Au point de rendez- vous, on fera une introduction historique de la ville et du monument et nous verrons les premiers vestiges de ce complexe de palais, qui reste aujourd'hui hors de la visite touristique. Après notre rencontre et une fois l'introduction faîte,nous entrerons dans l'Alcazar par la ligne rapide. Une fois à l'intérieur, je vous donnerai des explications sur la Salle de la Justice et le patio de la Plâtrerie. Vous serez fascinés par les décorations et les histoires qui ce sont déroulées ici. Ensuite, nous verrons la Chambre du Commerce et la Salle de l'Amiral et vous découvrirez l'importance de Séville et de l'Alcazar lors de la découverte et de la conquête des Amériques. Notre prochain arrêt sera au Palais mudéjar construit par Pierre I au XIV siècle. Le mélange des différents styles mauresques avec l'atmosphère chrétienne a fait que chaque roi voulait laisser son héritage dans cette forteresse. La dernière partie du palais que nous visiterons sera le palais gothique, le premier bâtiment chrétien de l'Alcazar construit après la reconquête. Pour finir, nous nous dirigerons vers les magnifiques jardins pour terminer notre visite guidée de 2 heures aux thermes de Maria Padilla. Une journée complète d'aventures qui commence par la cascade "Bridal Veil" de 60 mètres de hauteur où, les jours les plus chauds, vous pouvez vous y baigner et vous mettre votre tête sous la chute. Experience unique!!! Ensuite nous continuons en voiture à travers les montagnes pour arriver 30 minutes plus tard au "Blue Lagoon", leaux thermales dans un canyons près de Montanejos. Là c'est le coup de foudre, l'endroit est fantastique, l'eau est pure et sans l'odeur classique de souffre, les petits poissons, le saut de la falaise (pas du tout obligatoire), les grottes. Tout y est. L'eau est à 25C toute l'année. Après un arrêt pour le goûter, nous repartons pour 2 aventurettes pour terminer la journée. After a welcome coffee to our XV century old house, we'll go downstairs to the stables to brush and saddle up the horses, and then we'll ride for about two hours across the silent, ancient landscape of Segarra, the Catalan Tuscany, on our way to some small medieval Catalan village. Wheat and barley fields, organic wineyards, old almond and olive trees, hills and slopes furrowed by ancient dry stone walls and incredible views will melt before your sight. Nous commencerons d'abord notre voyage dans la ville bleue du chefchoun en découvrant la maison bleue et le lieu touristique à pied . Cette expérience est facultative pour les voyageurs. Notre voyage commence à faire du chefchaoun à akshour et nous verrons beaucoup de ferme autour de la voie et de la belle montagne . Chaque fois que nous arrivons à la cascade , au pont de Dieu , nous reviendrons et notre aventure est terminée

Nous nous réunirons à LaLlarga sur 22 Denia Street, à partir de là, nous irons au marché. Parmi ses étals pleins de produits frais et de gens, nous apprendrons ensemble Ramon, guide officiel de la mairie, comment acheter les meilleurs produits pour notre paella. LaLlarga est en détresse à 3 minutes à pied d'une agréable promenade dans les rues du quartier le plus bohème de Valence. L'endroit était une ancienne boucherie transformée en l'un des endroits les plus emblématiques du quartier, présent dans Lonely Planet, AD Guide, Tripadvisor et dans de nombreuses autres publications, LaLlarga sera pendant les heures de classe un endroit extraordinaire pour être ensemble. Dans l'ancienne banque de marbre d'origine, nous préparerons les entrentas, le bar-bar et les stocks de bois testeront l'eau de Valence, que nous ferons avec des oranges fraîches et des vins locaux. Au milieu des lieux, nous nous consacrerons à elle, la reine incontestée de la cuisine valencienne: la paella! Sans stress et de manière simple et intuitive, nous apprendrons comment couper l'ingrédient, dans quel ordre les mettre et comment bien doser tout pour que la magie se réalise. Une fois prêt, nous le mangerons ensemble et nous nous connaîtrons encore plus!

Nous visiterons des sites bien connus ainsi que des trésors cachés. Les visites se font uniquement en langue à la fois. En tant que moteur et miroir de l'histoire, de la culture et de l'art de l'Espagne mais aussi de l'Europe, le passé prendra vie. De l'influence musulmane à l'austère Europe du Nord des Habsbourg et le glamour des Bourbons, la ville est un mélange passionnant de cultures. Vous découvrirez comment une petite garnison du XIXe siècle est devenue la capitale d'un Empire. À Madrid, de belles histoires apparaissent dans presque tous les coins de rue. Le long de la visite, nous verrons une mosquée du Xe siècle qui est devenue une église, une église qui ressemble à une mosquée, un roi qui a eu 40 enfants dans une statue conçue par Galilée Galilée, des religieuses cloîtrées qui font des pâtisseries et comment un seul bouclier peut refléter (presque) toute l'histoire de l'Europe. Mon objectif est qu'à la fin de la visite, vous découvrirez non seulement quelques-uns des sites les plus beaux et les plus significatifs, mais aussi de comprendre leur signification profonde et la modernité de Madrid, le résultat d'une série d'événements inattendus, de conquêtes, de succès, de catastrophes et de contradictions qui créent une urbanisme, un patrimoine et une culture uniques avec un grand impact dans la culture occidentale.
