We really enjoyed our stay at the house. The location was great, peaceful village with a few good restaurants. The house was comfortable with every facility we could think of, nicely decorated and clean. Argyro was a great host, responsive ans helpful. Would definitely come back, and highly recommend!

The house and garden is even more beautiful, relaxing and peaceful than the description! John and Maria have been such fantastic hosts, Maria baked us an amazing cake to welcome us, and left us a bottle of local wine which was delicious. Sotiris and John have given us lots of interesting information about things to do and see, they are perfect hosts, very responsive, they are there if you want to ask something or need something but also leave you to enjoy your holiday. There is everything we need, the bed is very comfortable, the house is like home and tasteful, Maria keeps it looking lovely and changes our sheets every week. They have made a paradise, we will come again!

Overall we enjoyed our stay. Surroundings are beautiful and view from the balcony was great. Definitely need a car to visit places. Local grocery stores 5 minutes away by car. Local beach was dirty so we googled around for better beaches. Mid September the pool was cold so we didn’t enjoy the pool however the place was great for a family reunion of 9. There are beautiful beaches 20-30 minutes all around. Be ready for a very steep drive up to the house and plenty of friendly cats stopping by. There is a soccer field and basketball field 10 minutes walking from the house. Overall I would recommend this place for bigger families! We left with positive emotions as this was our first time in Turkey.

Despina was an amazing host. We checked in at 11pm at night because of a late flight and she was there to greet us which was so accommodating. They clean daily - so if you’re not interested in having someone come by then kindly ask them to forgo at check in. The airbnb is on a steep hill (which is classic for Greece) so did not bother me as I’ve been to Greece a lot. Just be aware if you are driving a car to make sure you’re comfortable with that. It was so nice having the beach and pool so close! Also have masticha trees on the route to the airbnb which was a treat. Nice clean space. The one bedroom downstairs does not have AC but the other two rooms do. Lots of space and it was great having bathrooms which tubs since we had an infant and did baths there. A rare find in Greece!

Konakladığım çiftlik evi, temizlik ve konfor açısından gerçekten beklentilerimin ötesindeydi. Özellikle bahçesi, geniş ve bakımlı olmasıyla huzur verici bir atmosfere sahipti; doğayla iç içe, keyifli vakit geçirebileceğiniz bir alan sunuyor. Evin konumu da oldukça idealdi; plaja yakın olması, tatilimizi daha da keyifli hale getirdi. Ancak, araçsız gelenler için biraz uzak kalabileceğini belirtmekte fayda var. Genel olarak harika bir deneyimdi ve bu evi gönül rahatlığıyla tavsiye edebilirim.

Beste Unterkunft,die wir jemals bei rbnb gebucht haben.Gepflegt,sauber und sehr geräumig.Maria hat immer geholfen ,wenn wir Fragen hatten.Sie hat Gebäck und Saft für uns bereitgestellt. Katarraktis ist ein schönes,ruhiges Dorf mit absolut freundlichen Menschen. Ich kann die Wohnung von Anasthasios sehr weiter empfehlen!

Wir haben unsere fünf Tage im Häuschen von Despoina und Ioannis sehr genossen. Schon der Weg dorthin, an Mastixbaum-Plantagen vorbei, ist sehr schön. Das Haus befindet sich oberhalb vom Vroulidia Beach mit außergewöhnlichem Blick in die Bucht und auf das Meer. Der Strand ist auch schnell zu Fuß zu erreichen. Der Ort ist klein und ruhig, es sind wenige Häuser in der Gegend und die Nachbarn gegenüber der Straße sind super nett. Die Terrasse und der Garten sind toll zum Verweilen, das geräumige Einraumhaus, mit einfacher, aber gut ausgestatteter Küche und separatem Bad, schön eingerichtet. Despoina hatte sogar für viele leckere Aufmerksamkeiten für den Start gesorgt. Auch die Kommunikation mit ihr war sehr freundlich, und schnell, sie gab viele Hinweise und Tipps für das Haus und die Umgebung; auch vor Ort in einem hilfreichen Manual zusammengefasst. Die Gegend ist wirklich toll: Pyrgi, Mesta, Avlonia (zu Fuß möglich) usw. Es lohnt sich wirklich sehr!

We had a very nice stay in Cesme. The place was clean and had all the listed amenities. It’s close to some supermarkets and restaurants and around 10 minutes drive to the town center/marina. Kemal was a very friendly and helpful host As an added bonus, you may make a couple cat friends in the back yard

Cagatay was very helpful and responded fast to our enquiries. The house was located in a quite area which we suited our family well. The walk to Çiftilik center took about 5 minutes. The beach at Çiftilik was ok but you need a car to get to nicer beaches which were about 10 minutes drive by car. We taught that the house was somewhat small for our party of 8 adults. 2 of the beds are bed soffas in the living room. Cagatay fixed an air mattress at our request which helped with our sleeping problem. The house was well equipped. Cagatay fixed most of what we missed in the kitchen in a day. I would highly recommend Cagatay as a host and his house in Çiflitik, if you are looking for a quiet and secluded accomodation in the Çeşme district.
