Dejlig rummelig lejlighed som ligger tæt på byens centrum men i en rolig sidegade. Vi kunne ikke have ønsket en bedre base for vores ferie. Pilar var sød og hjalp med at booke en taxa til lufthavnen da vi skulle med et tidligt fly hjem.

What a fantastic apartment in the most perfect location , it’s not often you find a place that’s even better than the photos , super stylish with immaculate detail throughout . we met Carlos’s partner who was friendly and very helpful .we had a wonderful stay and I would highly recommend those who are lucky enough to visit Valencia with the perfect base for your stay

We stayed one week in Kath‘s apartment as part of a longer workation in Spain. It’s located in the middle of the Ruzafa area and allowed us to explore all the great restaurants and bars on foot. The apartment has everything you could ever need for a workation: fast fiber internet, fully equipped kitchen and even our dog was allowed. We are definitely coming back next time we want to stay in Valencia!

We had a wonderful 5-day stay at this apartment. Communication with the host was clear, friendly, and helpful from the start. The apartment itself is beautiful — spacious, full of light, and tastefully decorated to feel both modern and cozy. Everything was spotless and hygienic, and the space was very practically laid out with plenty of storage. The location is another big plus: the apartment is in a safe, quiet neighborhood within walking distance of major tourist attractions. Public transport and a supermarket are just around the corner. Check-in was smooth thanks to clear instructions and a convenient key lockbox. The apartment was equipped with everything we needed, which made our stay comfortable. The shower had great water pressure. We also really appreciated being allowed a late check-out due to our evening flight — a thoughtful gesture that made our departure much more relaxed. Would definitely recommend this place and happily stay again!

We had a lovely time in Jorge‘s apartment, it’s exactly like in the pictures, very spacious and bright. The kitchen is very well equipped so we did a lot of cooking. The location is great too, just a short walk from the old town and in a nice neighborhood. Jorge was a super friendly host who gave us great recommendations!

What a perfect apartment for two! We had the best few days for our city break and can’t recommend highly enough! For us, the location worked perfectly, right in the middle of foodie heaven surrounded with a beautiful atmosphere. So close to everything and so easy to pop back if you need to without having to walk miles. Although it’s busy outside, if you close the two sets of balcony doors they give you a peaceful retreat or you can just sit with them open and enjoy the bustling energy listening to lots of happy people enjoying themselves. The check in was super easy and Maritza was the perfect host! I can’t fault this place and we’ll definitely be back! THANK YOU xx

The loft was great. It was clean and welcoming. Rosa (and her mother) were superb hosts. They were extremely helpful and went out of their way to ensure we had a great vacation. The neighborhood is a great place to stay in Valencia, especially during easter week, as there are lots of interesting processions happening. All main sights and the historic city center are easy to reach via bus, or Uber. Many great restaurants and the beach are within a few minutes by foot, Rosa gave us some recommendations.

Sehr gute Unterkunft alles war wie beschrieben . Angel hat schnell geantwortet und immer wenn es Fragen hat geholfen . Ebenfalls konnten wir sogar früher als geplant einchecken . Alles in allem eine perfekte Unterkunft man kann sie nur empfehlen

prachtig, schoon, gezellig en modern ingericht appartement. prachtige locatie, op loopafstand van het oude centrum, winkels, restaurants etc. vriendelijke en behulpzame host. Geweldig verblijf!!

Great place for cat lovers: there are two adorable cats coming to the terrace. And we enjoyed the hammock! Mila was very friendly, helpful and flexible, let us check out late, we are very grateful for that. A downside is a strong sewage smell coming from the bathroom, but it won't bother you if you keep the bathroom door closed.

The appartment is located very conviniently (metro station is about 5-7 min to walk). It is quiet and warm (we were been here in April, when the outside temperature could be unstable, but it was absolutely comfortable inside). No issues with hot water and shower but the bathroom could be a bit cleaner. Small issues with the kitchen equipment - table knives only are available, so if you need to cut a bread or cheese it would be a little bit more complicated, but not a big deal of course:)) The owner is very responsive and always ready to help. In general -very good place to stay, we do reccomend!

Our AirBnb was very clean, the couch and bed both very comfortable, the bed being neither too soft nor too hard. Plenty of hot water and good water pressure in the shower. Enough kitchen appliances to make pasta with a sauce for supper and eggs on toast for breakfast. Excellent WiFi for working and taking calls. Located on a quiet street but close to many restaurants and the mercadona for groceries was just around the corner. We had flexible check-in and were able to coordinate with our host to be let in early. Great for 2 people. Would definitely stay here again. Thank you!

Our stay from April 7th to 14th was truly exceptional! I feel so lucky to have chosen this apartment. The interior is excellent, with incredible attention to detail in every aspect. And the location? The view alone is worth a million! Just a short two-minute walk down the hill, you'll find the beautiful Mascarat beach, which often felt like our own private paradise. My husband, who loves the mountains, was thrilled with the opportunity to explore the nearby mountain roads and take in the breathtaking scenery. The apartment is also incredibly convenient for exploring the surrounding area by car. We highly recommend visiting places like Xabia, Moraira, Denia, and Guadalest. From Denia, we even took a ferry to Ibiza, which was an unforgettable day trip. Overall, this was a fantastic stay in a great location. We recommend Juan's place 100%!

Loft muy bonito y acogedor, perfecto para una pareja, bastante amplio y completo, todo funcionaba a la perfección, zona muy tranquila y a 5 min a pie del centro comercial Gran Turia, la cocina contaba con todo tipo de menaje, los baños estaban impolutos y completos, Carmen la anfitrióna super amable y super atenta, contesta muy rápido y nos indico a la perfección como llegar, el garaje es amplio para dejar el coche sin problema, un gesto que nos gustó mucho es que tiene una guía sobre las cosas más importantes para ver y sitios para comer en Valencia en definitiva super recomendable.
