The General Grant tree is the largest giant sequoia in the General Grant Grove section of Kings Canyon National Park in California and the second largest tree in the world. It is estimated to be 1,650 years old.
The third largest tree in the world is a Giant Sequoia inside the National Park just 30 minutes away.
Amazing and Magnonimous!! We look so tiny in front of these huge and majestic Sequoia trees.. a peaceful place to meditate and be with nature. Snow adds charm to this place.. just must visit.
General Sherman is the largest known tree on Earth. It is estimated to be about 2,300 to 2,700 years old.
