Great apartment in a beautiful building. Our second visit so its like a home from home, very comfortable and well designed, with everything you need. A great spot from which to visit The Pantiles.

We had a brilliant stay at Joes apartment . Perfect for a weekend in Brighton . Close to everywhere we wanted to go to . Joe was extremely helpful ,communicative and accommodating .

These guys came to my rescue, as I’d managed to lock myself out of our house in Worthing. It was quite late in the day, but they were understanding and professional. The front entrance is deceptive, as once you get through the small entrance. There’s a whole lotta flat. The garden was my favourite space, cool with fairy lights around the fence. Looked great!

My elderly mother stayed in the apartment and was welcomed by the host, Caroline, and made to feel at home. Caroline made sure everything was perfect and provided contact details if any problems should arise. I would certainly recommend Caroline's apartments for anybody looking for a leisure break or business trip as Eastbourne Town centre is within walking distance, as is the beautiful seafront. Thank you Caroline for your hospitality and friendliness.

The apartment was fabulous. Clean and well appointed, superbly located for local restaurants, cafes and shops. The sea views are second to none and the walks along the promenade to the De La Warr Pavillion were lovely. We will definitely be returning the this amazing property.

Delightful flat, we walked to the beachfront 15 minutes away where there were restaurants and bars. Definitely use this flat and Marie was immediately responsive when we had some questions.

A late notice booking and the owner was still flexible about an early check-in. The flat was really lovely, brilliantly furnished, spacious and located in the heart of Hove. In short a fantastic place to stay

This is our third year staying and it just feels like home from home for us now. It’s a beautiful flat in an amazing location. We had an issue (completely our own embarrassing fault) and Caroline was amazing responding super fast to help us get sorted. Looking forward to booking again!

Have stayed at Tunbridge a lot and it never fails to deliver. Dom is a great host and is always on hand for any last minute requests. Rooms were tastefully decorated. Very peaceful and welcoming. A real treat.

Beautiful clean home, perfect accommodation for a group get away!

We really enjoyed our stay at Nancy’s house. It was in the perfect location for us after arriving from France. It was clean and comfortable and everything we needed was provided for us. Nancy was very kind and flexible with arrangements. The area was quiet and we had a lovely walk through a park and past the allotments. Thank you Nancy, we would love to return.

Excellent property. Owners were really nice. Can’t wait to go again when the pool is open. Went to a local pub called Coach & horses, excellent food there. We took our dog and owners kindly asked if we kept her on the lead when in garden of property as they have sheep but there’s a massive field with a woodland walk out back so was fine to let off the lead then. Barn is exactly as described. There’s some good little board games there and our kids got a bit obsessed with cluedo. Was expecting to be chilly as it’s a barn but the underfloor heating makes it really warm and cosy. Will definitely come back.

A superb home with character, design features, and so thoughtfully laid out. I knew that the location was about rest, relaxation and peace but the physical location of the house with direct access to the sand dunes and the beach was epic. My partner and I took out three dogs with us and it was the exact medicine needed for complete rest, relaxation and was an oasis of calm. The sunrises and sunsets were stunning. Sophia was an impeccable host and I could not have asked for me. I have never wanted to book the same place twice but.... I will be booking again.

Beautiful home, very spacious, very accommodating to families. Love the decor and retro bathrooms! Very friendly and responsive host. Would definitely return!

A very special place and ideal for our pre Xmas family get together

This is a lovely house in the centre of Brighton yet it’s really peaceful and quiet. The house is spotless and clean and the sofas etc are really comfortable. Michelle was really helpful, especially when we requested to extend our stay.

We had a lovely if too short a stay at Jaclyns's appartment. It's a perfect spot to explore Brighton and Hove but also a lovely spot to just relax and not do too much at all

Dans place was easy to access and within a 10 minute walk of the beach and New Town. We found a lovely Italian La Cucini within 5 mins walk away well worth booking. The Old Town was around a 20 mins walk away always worth a visit. Dans place was very clean and tidy with lots of nice touches food in the freezer, milk, tea etc which we were welcome to use. What was most impressive was Dans availability when we had an issue. We were in Hastings to run a half marathon that was cancelled and Dan was not only on hand to help us with regard to alternative arrangements but extremely flexible regarding our stay. His instant responses to my text messages was well above anything I have yet to experience and I couldn’t recommend him more. It was a weekend of adventure and we will be back. Thanks Dan

Philip’s apartment was the ideal location for exploring not only quirky Kemp Town but Brighton as well. Spotlessly clean with a beautifully equipped kitchen and a very thoughtful welcome pack, I’d highly recommend this wee gem. Rosie

I can highly recommend this lovely and comfortable flat, very close to the amenities of Bexhill. It's amazing value at this price. The flat was pristine and well-appointed (we loved the reclining sofas!) and we had a very pleasant stay. The location was fantastic - it's on a quiet road but with a Tesco at the end of the street and a 15-minute walk from the beach, Pavilion and the shops and restaurants of central Bexhill.

Our second stay at Renny’s place, and we loved it just as much this time. Great location, easy to walk to plenty of breakfast places, restaurants and the beach. It’s a lovely flat, nicely decorated and feels homely and comfy. Very comfy bed and good shower - two non negotiables for us. Renny was friendly and responsive. We’ll certainly stay here again.

Fabulous apartment and excellent location with an amazing sea view. Close to all amenities and great walks. We did have a problem with the key safe on arrival but this was quickly resolved by Katherine. Bonus having an available parking spot too. Will definitely stay again.

The house was very clean and the decoration was lovely. The upstairs neighbours were a little on the noisy side above the bedroom but this is not the owners' fault in any way. We were so happy that we could take our pet with us and we didn't need to walk on eggshells with our pet. Connor was very quick with responses when we had questions and was very helpful. My two recommendations would be that it would have been great if hand towels could have also been provided and also a little coffee machine such as a Nespresso would have been a really nice touch (though there was a French press provided). Other than that, the property was so homely and was located at such a nice prime spot that if I was to go to Brighton again, I wouldn't hesitate to rebook this place. Highly recommended!
