lovely cozy beach place, almost directly at Scarborough's beautiful beach. we enjoyed it very much!

After week's of travel in Botswana with our 10 year old girls, Chris's bungalow and space was a mini oasis for our visit to Cape Town. The glorious setting, fabulous antiques, art, excellent kitchen, outdoor showers, wood-fired hot tub and having a million places to perch and just relax was near perfection. We were also so grateful to Chris for stocking the place with fresh fruit and other fabulous supplies that we didn't even really need to go out for food for a few days. We would recommend any of Chris's spaces to anyone who wants a home away from home with extra care, beauty and elegance.

Firstly, the pictures do not do this darling of a house justice! It is immaculate. We came for the weekend for my boyfriend’s 30th birthday and what a lovely time it is. Close enough to the beach and vibey places, but secluded enough that you can enjoy the peace serenity of the place. Karen was an amazing host! Very communicative, quick to respond and friendly.

Alicia was an amazing host, responsive and incredibly helpful throughout our stay. The beach house was perfectly equipped and offered stunning, breathtaking views. We truly wished we could have stayed longer. Highly recommend this magical spot for a memorable getaway!

We visited Swakop with our parents and their little sausage dog. The house is ideally located in a quiet street, yet close to everything you need. The communal space was great to spend time together. The rooms are large and each with ensuite, gave everyone privacy too. The house is well equipped. Great bbq area. Secure parking garages. We wanted for nothing. Fenya was always very quick to respond to any messages. Thank you. We very much enjoyed our stay. We can highly recommend this wonderful holiday home.

Had a great stay with my family at Beata’s beach cottage! Peaceful and Friendly. A few steps and we were at the beach! My daughter was thrilled! Beata is a great host and her place was perfect for a family escape. Beata is always there when you need her but also gives you space to enjoy the space in peace. We truly appreciated her approach to hosting. Kommetjie is a hidden gem!

This was an amazing stay! We frequently travel to Cape Town and were looking for something with awesome views of the ocean and a swimming pool. This house and its views are stunning! The place was amazingly well stocked with amenities and there was nothing that we lacked for our entire stay. The decor was clean and extremely tasteful. We spent our days on the beach, in the rock pools, going to Cape Point Nature Reserve and basking in the sun next to the pool. We spent our evenings admiring the stunning sunset over the Atlantic Ocean while our boys played in the pool. Thank you for a remarkable stay. I highly recommend this property!

This is a very convenient place and is walkable (20 mins) to shops and restaurants. This place offers good value and with a kitchen including basics and utensils which works well if you like to self cater as well as eat out. The host is responsive and helpful. We enjoyed our time here.

Such a wonderful place to stay! A beautiful accommodation (and nicely decorated too) in the middle of nature. The house has everything it needs. Simon (and his sons) makes you feel at home and had good recommendations for stuff to do in the area or at the property (including a wonderful “secret” small beach at the river, at walking distance). Simon facilitated a wonderful hike as well. Communication was very good too!

We hebben een geweldig verblijf gehad in dit mooie karakteristieke huis. In een veilige buurt met veel mooie bezienswaardigheden op loopafstand. Ook de uitgebreide informatie die we kregen was erg behulpzaam. Veel van de tips voor leuke uitjes hebben we uitgeprobeerd en deze waren geweldig. Vooral V&A Waterfront vonden we een geweldige buurt en de tour over het Kaapse Schiereiland was prachtig. Gautami was altijd bereikbaar en erg vriendelijk. Ook heel fijn dat er veel voorradig was. Toiletpapier, kookbenodigheden, houtskool, aanmaakblokjes, vaatwasblokjes, wasmiddel etc. Naast eten en drinken hebben we niets hoeven te kopen, heel fijn! Ook is het huis erg ruim, we hadden met 5 volwassenen meer dan genoeg ruimte. We hebben genoten!

Das Ferienhaus besticht durch einen einmaligen Panoramablick. Man schläft mit dem Geräusch der Wellen ein und wacht mit ihnen auf. Das Anwesen besitzt einen besonderen Charakter und absolute Atmosphäre - nicht zuletzt durch die vielen künstlerisch wertvollen Bilder. Sally war eine hilfsbereite Vermieterin, die jederzeit erreichbar war.

Natasha’s place was absolute heaven and the 3km bumpy dirt road to get there was perfectly manageable in our Kwid. And well worth the magical peaceful space. Thank you.

The accommodation was spotless, beautifully furnished, and had all the amenities we could possibly need. The atmosphere was warm and welcoming, making us feel right at home. The location was perfect, allowing us to explore the area with ease. The hosts were incredibly friendly, attentive, and always available to help with anything we needed. We truly couldn’t have asked for a better experience. We would love to come back and would highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a fantastic stay!
