We had a great stay at Stay Ari - Jang’s apartment was compact but had everything we needed. It was clean and well located - an easy walk to Shinjuku area and with several stations near by. Jang thought of everything even patches for our tired, sore feet and legs! The apartment was easily accessed and had a lift.

역 근처지만 조용하고 한적해서 편하게 쉬기 좋은 공간입니다. 엘리베이터가 없지만 직원 호출을 통해 도움을 받을 수도 있는것 같아 큰 문제는 없는 것 같았습니다.

Great location for shopping and eateries. But not for family that has kids as it can get abit noisy after 2100. With that said the noise usually settles after midnight. Location wise it's one of the best. Good size room as well. And Yuri has been a fantastic host.

This apartment is located in the bustling area of ​​Shinjuku, but in a quiet residential area. The environment is good. There is a Maruetsu supermarket nearby. The subway station is also very close, and the transportation is convenient. The apartment is on the 4th floor and has a large sun terrace, which is very comfortable. The apartment is fully equipped, but the room is small. If you have a large suitcase over 28 inches, you will feel cramped. There is no elevator in the apartment.

我们在这里愉快地住了六天，公寓位置非常好，离上野站入谷口很近，我们每天从这里进出，因为这个站口完全能满足我们的所有出行路线。公寓到上野公园的东京国立博物馆、国立西洋美术馆有一条翻越天桥的近路，对我们周五和周六去参观这两个馆的夜场很有用。 公寓楼下就是“罗森”，这里还可以换取网上购买的“三鹰之森吉卜力美术馆”的票，不远处还有个“全家”。上野站周边有非常多的餐厅，各种口味都有，若是想要自己做饭菜，上野站的“atre”楼靠近西出口有个大超市，里面有蔬菜水果和肉蛋鱼。不过公寓没有调料，需要自己买调料。 另外，中文房东很友好，有问题都可以问，应答非常迅速。推荐入住。

We had a great stay and thank our hosts for providing nice accommodation for us. There are two twin beds in one bedroom and one double bed that is in the living room separated by a curtain for privacy. The balcony is very nice although we didn’t get to enjoy it as much as it was raining for the majority of our stay. Overall we enjoyed the apartment and the surrounding area!

Eric was an excellent host. Super accommodating and offered and early check in options. The location was great and a short walk from lots of food/shopping!

Great space for family, quiet, clean and convenience. 6 minutes walking distance to Ikebukuro C5 exit. At least 3 supermarkets close by. Close to airport shuttle bus.

The place was very clean and Lee was a responsive, helpful host!

Motohiro is a great host who is super responsive and helpful. When we arrived we noticed a wet stain on the bedsheet, 2 hours later staff came by to immediately switch with a new one. The place has everything one needs even if you get unexpectedly sick. Minato City is beautiful and has lots of amazing restaurants and cozy places and shrines. Would definitely come back :) Thanks for having us!

Great place great price

Host was super helpful even with matters not related to the lodging. Location was really great! Everything was only a few steps away… transit, grocery, restaurants, convenient stores, pharmacy and many more! Would definitely book again when visiting tokyo

I had an amazing experience staying at Ms.Liu’s place! The home was exactly as describe clean, cozy, and beautiful. Communication with the host was easy and responsive throughout. The owner is so friendly and wonderful thank you so much again! The location was perfect—close to everything, but still quiet and peaceful at night. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend it to anyone visiting the area!

Great value and convenient. Though i would suggest travellers to bring their own towels s these were not provided. Overall, it’s a pleasant stay especially this close to city centre at this price.

Jian was an amazing host and his place was in a really convenient location. Far enough from the bustling of Ikebukuro but still close enough for a light walk to the train station and nearby restaurants. Above all the airbnb was absolutely spotless and very very clean. Jian himself was always responsive and provided helpful tips throughout the stay.

Great accomodation with all the amenities you need. If you love being right at the center with quick access to nightlifd, bars, etc. Then it’s great for you :) not the best location if you like peace and quiet

The place is super small and the laundry dryer doesn’t work and the host isn’t that helpful when it comes to the dryer other than to point out the closest laundromat. That being said, they are responsive and the place is clean. I would NOT recommend this place for groups larger than 2 people max. Ideally a couple that gets along in close spaces. Came here with my wife and 2 young kids and we stayed out the entire day to avoid being inside. The sleeping situation was decent for us but the rest of the place is insanely small. It doesn’t have a living room or even a useable eating area. Shower is so cramped and trying to use the sink is a major challenge for anyone taller than 5’5. I gave 5 stars cause the place is clean and host is responsive. That’s all we can really ask for as guests from a host. It worked out for us but it wasn’t a comfortable experience so know that when booking

The house is spacious, clean and and cozy. Some noise from train nearby but not bother to sleep. The nearest station is Shin-Okubo and Okubo station with 5 minutes walk. It take around 10-15 minutes walk from Shinjuku station. When I carry my luggage, I ride to Shin-Okubo station for easier to access to the house. But other time, I walk from Shinjuku station to the house because lots of think and shop along the way. Will stay here next time I visit Shinjuku.

A little tight but very convenient and overall good value with a weak yen.

We really enjoyed our stay here. The apartment was really roomy and clean and comfortable for 2 adults and 2 teenage kids. It was our first stop in Japan, so we were glad we stayed out of the hustle and bustle of busier areas like Shinbuya but we did find food options at night somewhat limited. Other than that we can’t fault the apartment and Hironbu was a gracious and responsive host. He let us check in early after a long flight from Australia and always responded very quickly. Thank you!!
