Milos był wspaniałym gospodarzem. Bardzo otwarty i sympatyczny. Świetna komunikacja, chętnie odpowiadał na wszystkie nasze pytania. Polecił nam mnóstwo fantastycznych restauracji z pysznym jedzeniem. Mieszkanie znajduje się w genialnej lokalizacji, w samym centrum Belgradu. Większość atrakcji można zwiedzić pieszo. Wszystko pomiędzy cerkwią Św. Sawy i Twierdzą Kalemegdan jest dostępne w zasięgu spaceru. Do tego restauracje i sklepy. Samo mieszkanie jest na piątym piętrze budynku przy dużej ulicy (jest winda:)) dzięki czemu, łatwo dojechać samochodem, a widok z okien na nowoczesną zabudowę miasta jest bardzo przyjemny. Do naszej dyspozycji był salon z częścią jadalną, aneks kuchenny, sypialnia i łazienka. Wszystko dobrze wyposażone, czyste i komfortowe. Mimo zimowego pobytu w mieszkaniu było ciepło. Milos osobiście przekazał nam klucze. Czuliśmy się komfortowo. Parkowanie możliwe jest w strefie parkowania na ulicy jak i w pobliskim garażu. To dość dogodne opcje jak na centrum, ceny ok.

Мы очень благодарны Jordana за такое потрясающее жилье! Все очень чисто, новое и крутое расположение. Хозяин очень отзывчивый и даже привез нам новогоднюю елку, хотя не обязан был это делать. Мы бесконечно благодарны и когда будем в Сербии, точно будем останавливаться именно в этих апартаментах!

This house was splendid. You can find everything you need easily. We had a wonderful time cooking barbeque in the summerhouse and relaxing in a cozy living room. The surrounding area was very quite. We really enjoyed the country life. I highly recommend this place for all those who want to have a rest far from a noisy city, for families with kids and those who appreciate their time.

A wonderful, quiet, and cozy place to escape the hustle and bustle of the city. We’re very happy to have found this charming house and spent a lovely weekend there. The house has everything you need for a carefree and relaxing stay. Huge thanks for everything!

Very rustic and historical place. The host was super friendly and spoke 4 languages. He offered us drinks and gave us tips for dining and exploring the city. Lastly he aided us in finding a traditional rug as there is currently no official store to purchase one and you have to be in the know to know… you know

Очень приветливая хозяйка и очень красивое место, можно рыбачить, идеальное место для отдыха с детьми. Им всё интересно. Очень чисто, тихо и уединённо.

Uživali smo u pucketanju vatrice, tišini, divnoj prirodi, svežem vazduhu, prostranim poljanama, šetnjama po šumi. Domaćini su ljubazni i dostupni. Hvala na svemu..🫶

We spend some wonderful days in dragans House. It was super cosy and perfect for some days in the countryside if you need some slowly and quiet days. The labrador in the Garden was our Highlight he is super sweet also always wants to play :) Dragans parents were super friendly and nicely looked after us! We highly recommend the place.

The photos don't do the place justice... you get the whole floor of the house (there is another one upstairs) so you won't get the complete solace and silence (which I don't think anyone but a mysophonically challenged person like myself would even notice) but! the privacy is absolute, you have the comfort of knowing Goran is close by and more than available for any questions or help needed! And let me tell you, the place is CLEAN. Like eat-off-the-floor-clean, I don't think I've been to a tidier cleaner and better equipped lodging ever! Full kitchen, utensils, frier, etc, and oh the BEDs are SO comfy (high-class memory foam matresses), the place is more than spacious, enough sunlight, calm, quiet street, an hour in total away walking to the Avala Tower (for all my mountain goats!) all tied in a bow with a morning coffee on my last day kindly prepared by Goran! This was me scouting the place and surroundings, I WILL go back once the pool is up an running! CANNOT recommend enough!!

Мы с мужем остановились у Марко и Тамары второй раз. Нам очень нравится эта квартира! Очень уютно, прекрасный балкон, который можно закрыть, или оставить открытым. Очень радуют цветы, сразу чувствуешь себя, как дома. Всё необходимое есть в квартире. Очень ухоженная, чистая квартира. Видно, что о ней заботятся. Благодарим хозяев за чудесное времяпрепровождение! Мы приедем обязательно снова! Спасибо большое!

I had such a lovely stay at Nemanja’s flat. They were always proactively reaching out to ensure everything was ok and whether I needed anything. I’ve never had that level of outreach before from a host. They even let me come a little earlier than the allotted check in time. The flat was even better than the photos (and the photos were great). I felt very comfortable in the space and it have everything, and more, that I needed for my stay. The bed was so comfortable. The WiFi worked great for working and I had a few zoom meetings with no issues. There was sometimes work being done during the day somewhere near but at night it was very quiet. The location was great and walking distance to so many different things. Also, easy to get down to the center area if that’s desired. I’d definitely recommend Namanja’s flat to anyone looking for a stay in Belgrade.

Stan izgleda isto kao na slikama, udoban je i prijatan, čist, terasa je sasvim dovoljne veličine. Krevet je udoban, kuhinja ima sve što bi bilo potrebno za jedan kraći ili duži boravak. Čak je i zgrada nova i održavana u savršenom stanju. Lokacija je tik iznad nekadašnje autobuske stanice, preko puta hotela Mona i zaista na pešačkoj udaljenosti od svega što nam je bilo potrebno, jezero je na deset minuta laganog hoda. Topla preporuka za ovaj smeštaj

Gayet güzel bir konaklama deneyimi yaşadık. 4 kişiydik ve hepimiz beğendik. Konum, iletişim ve ev çok iyiydi. Ev temizdi. Sadece yatak ebatları küçüktü. Bu büyük bir sorun değil ama geri bildirim olarak bunu verebilirim.

A very pleasant stay, quite and relaxing, very well cleaned. It was a bit hot from the central heating, but nothing serious. Oh, and Daniel was extremely pleasant person, very helpful and friendly. Highly recommend!

The place is about 5 minutes by bus or a 15-minute walk from the city center. It’s tucked away in a quiet, peaceful neighborhood, but getting to the heart of the city is super quick and easy. The buses are free, and there’s a stop just a 2-minute walk from the house. Branislava, our host, welcomed us with such kindness and care. She personally showed us around, explained where everything was, and even gave us local tips that made our trip so much easier. We instantly felt at home thanks to her warm hospitality. The house had absolutely everything we needed. Honestly, if we had only brought our clothes, we still could’ve stayed comfortably for a week. We’re quite detail-oriented, and we didn’t spot a single bit of dust. Everything was sparkling clean. We would definitely love to come back!
