La casa era pulita e confortevole. Si trova in una posizione ideale e molto tranquilla, vicina al centro della città e ai principali servizi. Floriana è stata molto gentile e disponibile, rispondendo prontamente alle nostre esigenze. Consiglio questa casa a chiunque cerchi un alloggio comodo e ben posizionato.

Maurizio helps alot. He always answered the messages a few moments after we messaged. He explained everything and the place was really clean and had everything we needed. He gave out recommendations of places and helped were he could. If I visit Perugia again, I will surely book with him!

Paolo is an amazing host - friendly, personable & extremely generous with his time. He goes out of his way to make his visitors feel welcome & at home in the family’s fabulous apartment. The apartment is spotless, tastefully furnished & just beautiful. Then there are the views!!! Spello’s unique charm & the majestic surrounding landscape is experienced in this amazing historical property. We would return in a heartbeat! Grazie mille Paolo😍

Appartement chaleureux et spacieux, dans un quartier calme et très bien situé dans la ville de Perugia pour laquelle nous avons eu un immense coup de cœur. Si nous devons trouver un petit bémol à cet appartement c’est la salle de douche qui est petite et pas très commode. Nous avons cependant passé un séjour merveilleux dans l’appartement de Marco, qui était d’ailleurs toujours très sympa et réactif ! Je recommande !

Lovely stay at Walter’s place. He is a wonderful host. Place immaculate and could park outside with ease! Highly recommend!

Ho prenotato questo alloggio per mia mamma e mio fratello, sono stati entusiasti sia della location che dall’aspetto umano dei proprietari, è stato come sentirsi a casa, consigliato vivamente per chi volesse ritagliarsi un po’ di tempo per rilassarsi e staccare un po’ dal quotidiano

Wir waren eine Woche bei Valentina, es war eine wunderschöne Woche. Der Landschaftspark mit dem Pool war ein Traum. Die Geschmackvolle eingerichtete Ferienwohnung lag privat vor blicken geschützt. Alles war vorhanden. Wir haben gute Unterstützung und Informationen bekommen im Vorfeld und während des Urlaubs. Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Restaurants sind gut erreichbar.Die Minimetro in Perugia und die Barrierefreiheit dort können auch Menschen nutzen die nicht gut zu Fuß sind.

The apartment is very clean and comfortable, with plenty of room. It is located right in the middle of everything. All of the shops, restaurants, and historical sites are within walking distance. The minimetrò is a five minute walk from the apartment. From the metro you are at the rail station within 10 minutes. Nicola was helpful and responsive, and self check in was very easy.

Siamo stati molto bene a casa di Barbara, bella,ben ristrutturata, ottimo design. La posizione è eccellente, a 5 minuti dalla Fontana maggiore e dalle principali località di interesse artistico e culturale. Barbara è stata molto accogliente e disponibile. la consiglio vivamente a tutti

The apartment is a two-storey studio in a house with two further apartements, that of the landlords and a second holiday apartment. Both the landlords’ apartment and the studio have roofed terraces with a wonderful view onto the Valle Umbra. Although landlords hardly use their terrace, a construction between the two terraces that would ensure privacy, would have been nice. The studio is tastefully furnished and artfully decorated. The landlords had prepared a welcome box, when we arrived!

That was a really nice stay. The place is just like the pictures. The apartment is placed on ground floor of the old walls of the Piegaro village . it has a really nice view . Inside there is a natural air condition because the walls are made from stone and are 1 meter thick. It was a paradise inside with the heat wave of August. The kitchen is fully equipped in case you want to cook something. The pool was great with this heat and is was big enough to swim around. It is shared with 3 other apartments. Usually you have space to leave your towel and have some sun in the sunlounges. Tomas was really friendly and was there when we needed him. We also did a wine tour with him the last day and it was really nice . Also there are some nice suggestions (for food and to-do) in a leaflet inside the apartment. The only thing we didn't like was the mattress and pillows (it was very soft and seemed outdated). We wish we had one more week to stay there I already miss the sunset from the pool.

The windows face the south so the sunshine does make the place feel warm and bright. Everything was clean and there were instructions for almost everything. It's not a brand new place, but it was clean and is in great shape. The balcony is huge and the views from it are really nice even on a rainy day. The location is a a bit further than you want from the center of town when you are pushing a stroller full of stuff, but for anyone not lugging around a 2 year old, the walk is reasonable. There is reserved parking which was one reason we went with Martina's place. There is also a cafe on the ground floor that seems to be popular (the chocolates and deserts were not the best offered in town though), and there is a little place across the street that cooks different dishes each day and to be honest, each dish was pretty good, and of course there are other restaurants nearby. No complaints really. Martina responds quickly and we will stay there again.

Andrea and Flavio were excellent hosts. The location is perfectly situated just outside the city gates. The parking on premises was very convenient and saved us a lot of money. The tub was perfect to give our little one a bath and the children’s park just a five-minute walk away was perfect to keep everyone happy as we would come and go in the city. I highly recommend this BNB to everyone, especially families.

Splendido appartamento in questa residenza storica nella campagna perugina, un'oasi di relax. Nonostante le temperature rigide fuori, all'interno della casa si stava benissimo tra il camino e gli spazi cozy, inclusa la cucina attrezzata. Noi eravamo due coppie di amici, ma probabilmente l'appartamento e' meglio indicato per una famiglia con bambini (date le dimensioni diverse delle due camere da letto). Infine, Karin molto disponibile e rapida nelle risposte. Tutto perfetto, da ritornarci in estate!

Ci siamo sentiti super coccolati,suite stupenda, arredata in modo raffinato,completa di ogni confort,bagno turco ed idromassaggio sono state la ciliegina sulla torta... Il personale è presente e disponibile,la colazione è fantastica,vasta scelta e tutto buonissimo! Torneremo sicuramente!

We had a perfect stay at Paola‘s apartment. It is very cosy , smart and quiet and it was easy to get to and from the centre. Check in was very easy. Facilities and amenities were excellent and everything worked perfectly. Wifi was good and we liked the work space as we needed to study some of the time. Shopping was easy at the nearby supermarket. Paola was very helpful and gave us good tips and was very welcoming. A charming host. Would definitely come back and we felt it was very good value for money.

This is an absolute gem just outside of Todi town centre. June and her daughter were lovely hosts and gave us a warm welcome, providing very clear instructions and a tour around the site. They even gave us a bottle of wine, biscuits and a bottle of water. We were quite late checking in (11pm) but that was no problem for them. The apartment was bigger than the pictures and very spacious. The pool was idyllic. This was a perfect place for some R&R before getting married in Todi. On our check out, June and the residents in the other apartments had planned to surprise us with confetti which was absolutely lovely. Would 100% recommend.

Casa a poco più di 10 minuti a piedi dal centro di Perugia. A 5 minuti c'è una pasticceria favolosa, dove l' host ha anche predisposto degli sconti per i suoi ospiti, così come in molti altri locali e negozi della città. Giuseppe è un host fantastico, è stato sempre disponibile e reattivo nella comunicazione, ci ha fatto trovare l' occorrente per la colazione e un regalino per il compleanno del mio compagno. Nella casa c'è tutto il necessario per la cucina, pentole, stoviglie e anche olio, aceto, sale, caffè... un forno a microonde, uno scalda pizzette, un altro fornetto, i fornelli a gas... insomma davvero tutto! Che dire poi del caminetto e della fantastica zona spa con idromassaggio, bagno turco e doccia con cromoterapia! Un sogno! Anche i riscaldamenti funzionano perfettamente, cosa importante se si va in autunno - inverno. La casa è arredata con gusto, silenziosissima, e circondata dal verde. Perfetta per visitare Perugia sia in macchina che a piedi. Grazie di tutto Giuseppe!

un attico con una vista unica nella zona,dove si vede molto bene sia il centro storico che le montagne, l'host molto professionale, sicuramente lo riproverò
