We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful lake house! The house was spotless and very well-maintained, making it a perfect place to relax and unwind. It was also really easy to find, which made our arrival stress-free. The views of the lake were absolutely breathtaking—whether we were enjoying our morning coffee or watching the sunset, it was pure serenity. Christle was exceptional, always attentive and quick to respond to any questions or requests. She really went out of her way to ensure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. We can’t recommend this place enough for anyone looking for a peaceful and picturesque getaway!

Perfect get away. She has everything needed from a multitude of games for adults and kiddos to beach/yard toys (from frisbees and balls to kayaks/SUPs). The fire pit was perfect. Kitchen, although small, was well stocked, and we had no problems cooking/grilling. Accommodations were clean and very comfortable. We spent a lot of time on the big deck and on the lake. Absolutely Loved our stay!! There aren't enough good things to say about the view, location & beautiful house. So fun! There's a pool table, air hockey & 2 free standing video games. Spent every sunset in the Lakeview room😍 Just gorgeous beyond words! Did i mention the Bald Eagle that hangs out in the tree right outside the Lakeview bedroom? Incredible! the lake doesn't freeze over in one spot in front of the lakeview window, saw all the big birds of prey hunt. It was definitely wildlife at its finest. The owners are Very responsive & told us to be on the look out for the eagle! Fantastic time! Loved Loved Loved it & already reserved for our Wedding weekend❤️

We had an absolutely wonderful time. Nancy was truly kind and made various thoughtful arrangements to ensure our family felt comfortable. Her dog, Pepper, was also very friendly and played with my daughter. The room was impeccably clean and left nothing to be desired. The bathroom, in particular, was spotless, allowing us to relax in the bath with peace of mind. Thank you so much!

I am more than pleased with our stay at Larry’s beautiful home! My boy graduated from Navy boot camp and I wanted nothing more than to give him a beautiful, comfortable place to rest and chill after a long 9 weeks of no sleep, yelling, exhaustion, and non-stop grueling activity. From the amazing panoramic lake view, to the nautical themed decor, and the huge hot tub! This place was the epitome of comfort for our family! My son was able to relax with us in the hot tub, nap on one of the super comfortable beds, and take a nice relaxing bath in the jetted tub. With the available amenities, I was able to cook for him and truly make him feel like he was home. This place provided the perfect respite for his transition into the next part of his journey. When Larry says this is not the Ritz, he means it, and that is the best part for me! Who the hell wants the Ritz? My boy needed a comfortable home-like experience and that is exactly what this was! We recently had the pleasure of staying at this waterfront property on Fox Lake with our three dogs. The home offers direct access to the lake, providing a serene and picturesque setting for a relaxing getaway. The house comfortably accommodated our group, featuring three bedrooms and two bathrooms. The interior was clean and well-maintained, offering all the necessary amenities for a comfortable stay. The kitchen was well-equipped, allowing us to prepare meals with ease. Our dogs enjoyed the spacious yard and the proximity to the lake. The neighborhood was peaceful, making it ideal for morning walks with our pets. Additionally, the property's location provided convenient access to local attractions and dining options in Fox Lake. The host was responsive and accommodating, ensuring our check-in process was smooth and that we had everything we needed throughout.

Soooooo nice and peaceful! Host is super nice and helpful. Place is comfy and peaceful. Sauna was the icing on the cake. I can’t wait to have an excuse to go back. Plus dog friendly!

Tim’s place was very clean, close to Lake Geneva’s downtown, and he was very accommodating! We came for just a weekend in winter, but I bet it would be even better in summer! We were happy with our stay and would highly recommend!

Great place from a great host. The space is very quiet and serene, and well appointed for a large family with kids. The clubhouse amenities are convenient and well-located, and the use of a golf cart makes everything super-easy. Host was proactively communicative without being intrusive. Everything was clean and the place was well-appointed. We will certainly consider returning in the future.

This place was absolutely perfect for a wedding in the area. It’s close to the action and the breakfast at Abbey Springs was delicious. Beds are comfy, couches are even comfier, and the screened porch allowed for peaceful vibes on an early fall weekend. Nancy and Fred’s accommodations were perfect and I can’t thank them enough!

This home is in a beautiful wooded area near the golf course in Abbey Springs. The house is lovely. We enjoyed the wood-burning fireplace and the open-concept main floor. We had a group of seven, including three children, and there was plenty of space, thanks in part to the fact that each of the three bedrooms has at least one extra bed, and there's even a trundle bed in one of the rooms, so it can sleep four people comfortably. We got plenty of use out of the pool and grill at the rec center. We hope to return soon!

Perfect retreat for our family of 4 to get offline and outdoors. The condo was everything we needed and more. From snacks and wine left for us, a full kitchen with dishwasher, plush linens and the fluffiest towels, we felt right at home. The golf cart and club access was incredible to have. The kids stayed busy with plenty to do and were super cozy at days end. We will definitely visit again!

This house was perfect for what we needed. I was impressed with the quality of items that were provided (blankets, shower towels, beach towels, life jackets, etc). The house was very clean. There was ample parking. It was easy to get around the compound. It took roughly 10 minutes to walk to the beach, volleyball courts, basketball courts, and even less to get to the pool. If you take the golf cart, it takes even less time. If you are into deer, they are right in front of the house at almost all hours of the day! Would recommend this house for a family of 4.

Very homey and private. Very helpful and generous hostess! The idea of sharing a hot tub with potentially other people is a bit off putting. Went is the winter months, it was still a BLAST!

A very comfortable lake house! Fantastic view and access to the lake. Fully furnished kitchen makes cooking any meal as easy as at home. Plenty of space for guests to spread out. Host is responsive and accommodating.

Demitri's place was comfortable and cozy. The commute to the Metra was short and convenient. The place was clean and lives up to the pictures.

We had a great time! It was peaceful and nice to wake up every morning with the sunrise! The weather was beautiful so getting out onto/into the water was easy and fun! I do have to say, if spiders make you uncomfortable, then maybe not the best place for you :) It was a super cute spot and fun to be right on the water!! We really had an awesome weekend!
