Was a great place to stay for a few days and visit the city from, relatively close to just about anywhere we needed to be. Very clean and spacious.

This was such a nice stay, super close to many restaurants and grocery store. The area was super peaceful and private would definitely stay here again!

Mario’s Lake Ray Hubbard condo is cozy, private, and peaceful. If you are looking to stay on the east side of DFW and don’t want to pay for an entire house, this condo is a great value. Mario is super friendly and responsive. I travel to DFW frequently for work and 100% plan to stay here again.

We enjoyed the stay! The apartment was well kept and had everything we needed for a long term stay (>4 months). Although there was a lot of road noise during the day, it was calm on weekends and in the evenings. Being an apartment, we could hear our neighbors at night (bedrooms next to each other), but a pair of earplugs solved that issue. There was a table and chairs on the patio that we took advantage of when the weather was nice. Caroline was an amazing host and that is the main reason we highly recommend this location. She responded almost immediately when we had questions. She proactively let us know when there was a Wi-Fi outage. Overall a great experience!!

Great location and easy access to the interstate with lots of shopping and food nearby

A family friendly home with great amenities. Comfortably sleeps six (3 beds and two bathrooms). Single pane windows do let street noise come through (street is mostly quiet). Only quirk of the house I found is that the second floor has a separate thermostat but I believe it is for cooling only (should be turned off during the cold season).

I had my team stay out here for a good period of time. Tieumy and Nhi were very kind and helpful when it came to any questions and requests. Unfortunately some of the team members did not leave the house in good conditions and Tieumy was generous in compromising on the cost of any damages. Thank you Tieumy and Nhi for allowing the team stay out there and again apologies for the inconveniences.

We travel back-and-forth between Rockwall and Austin twice a month. We waited a little long this time to book our Airbnb so we found one in Royse City. Upon checking in the place was completely filthy and we immediately left not realizing that it was Super Bowl weekend, and that there was very little Airbnb’s available. I found AJ’s place and I reached out to him and I let him know what was going on and he told me that he was sorry, but that his cleaner had not shown up that day either. I have four kids under 10 including an infant and all of the hotels were sold out so we were desperate. He got up at 7 o’clock at night and went and cleaned the Airbnb spotless so we could check in at 9 o’clock and even provided a pack and play for my infant. I have never seen a host to go so far above and beyond. Next time we come into town, we will definitely be staying at his properties. It was worth every penny. There are TVs in every room, which is a huge plus for my kids!!

We have a big family and were in town for my nephews wedding weekend. Song’s place had plenty of space for all of us!

Tiffany had excellent response time with any questions we had. She was flexible with our requests. The accomadations were very clean. Appliances in the kitchen very nice. Various notions and incidentals were available for use if needed. Complimentary bottled water was a nice welcome. We enjoyed the view from the back patio and spent time there to relax. This location is close to restaurants, Bass Pro Shop, gas & convenience store and easy to find from the nearest highway. We were comfortable and plan to return again when visiting family nearby.

Absolutely loved this space . Nice area near the lake and quite . Had a few restaurants near by and host was made my stay very welcoming .

Can’t say enough good things about this place ! It was exactly what we needed. I especially appreciated all the extra touches to make our stay comfortable. (hooks to hang coats and towels, hangers in the closets, well stocked kitchen, window seat in bedroom) Laura is also a very good host. She went above and beyond for me, even after our stay was over !

Nice condo located near the lake. The host, Charles, went above and beyond to make our stay comfortable. It was Valentine’s Day weekend and he set the balcony with a nice romantic setting. Place was well maintained and clean. His instructions and helpful tips for food were great. Would stay there again for sure.
