Mandalay is a quirky, homely yet grand house in a beautiful part of Dorset. My friends and I enjoyed our stay here immensely. Louise was on hand to help when needed and all in all the place had everything we needed. And the beach is amazing!

This apartment is in a great location for the bay and the beach. When you step inside, everything is just like you see in the photos. There is a room immediately on your left as you walk in that has a long clothes rail and clothes airer that we used after washing as no tumble dryer, but this got all clothes and beach towels dry. Fully equipped kitchen (inc washing up liquid, laundry detergent and cleaning products) and the children found board games in the cupboard that you can use. The heated towel rail in the shower room is quite high, but the one in the main bathroom is not. There are no wardrobes to hang clothes but each bedroom has a rail on the wall with coat hangers for you to use. The 2 smaller bedrooms each have a set of drawers too. There are 2 parking spaces for you to use and the Tesco Express is really handy for buying food and drink or anything you’ve forgotten ! Loved watching th sunsets on the bay side . McKinley Road is such a beautiful place with quiet, wide, tree-lined roads - you would never think that the beach is just a few minutes walk away. The apartment is exactly like the photos, it is done out to a high standard throughout. The underfloor heating throughout makes this a lovely warm apartment, especially this time of the year. The apartment has lots of mod cons as well as all of the daily living essentials that you would need. It is comfortable and spacious. Would highly recommend this apartment.

Stephanie's apartment is on the second floor of a quiet retirement block. There is a nice balcony with a view of the sea and it's a bit of sun trap in the mornings. Nice and close to the beach, which is a short climb down to via a zig zag path. The beach itself is lovely, v sandy and extensive. During the summer season dogs aren't allowed in the beach but off season it's a great place to let them run. We ate one night at the closest pub - the Spyglass and Kettle. It was dog friendly and cheap, a great place to stop for a drink in the sun but the food wasn't all that good so recommend traveling a bit further afield to eat.

Beautiful accommodation! We absolutely loved our stay at Admirals Watch. Perfect location with lots of dog friendly places to eat and drink in walking distance. The flat itself was amazing. Every room looked fantastic, it has everything you need for a long weekend (or extended) stay and it was such a nice relaxing place, we didn’t want to leave! To top it all off the hosts very kindly left us a bottle of wine and some lovely biscuits as well as plenty of coffee, teabags and milk. I would definitely book this again and highly recommend. Absolutely fabulous little cottage about 20m from a calm, beautiful sea. Woke to the sounds of the waves lapping the shore, swam each morning despite it being November, walked West along the coast to a great pub and East on Saturday to Lulworth Cove taking in some breath taking views. The little area the caravan is in is secluded and private, there's a nice cafe about a 5 min walk away and the decking area is the highlight to have a coffee on as the sun rises or a glass of wine as it sets. Really beautiful, we will 100% be back.

This was an out of this world stay! So peaceful and relaxing in this hidden gem. Felicity was amazing, made our mini moon super special and even provided us with some treats. It was private and luxury and the perfect stay with our Labrador to relax and enjoy the UK spring weather. Lots of lovely walks around and things to do. The hot tub was a great addition to maximise relaxation. Would definitely look to stay again.

We had a great time staying at Hoburne Naish. Great location, with plenty to do in the local area. The lodge was really clean, tidy and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

Had a lovely break at Sandhills. The caravan was in a perfect spot with all the home from home comforts. Gareth and Marie were very helpful and prompt with any questions I had prior to our arrival. The park and surrounding area is very dog friendly and our dog loved her early morning walks on the beach.

Great caravan; clean and well equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. Particularly welcomed the puzzles and toys which were enjoyed by our little one. Would stay here again 😊

Me and my family came for early Mother’s Day get away and couldn’t ask for a better peaceful place than this. The caravan was spotless and felt like home. Very warm and cosy! Carly had so many recommendations for us and everything she said was easy to find. She kindly left us Prosecco in the fridge so that was a bonus to start our weekend haha. Such a nice peaceful and quiet getaway. Honestly 5 stars for everything. A big thank you to Carly 😁

We really enjoyed our stay in Jenny's lovely caravan. We were very comfortablein in it, and also enjoyed the facilities on the quiet and clean site. It was close to the beach, and also to beautiful walks. A perfect place to stay.

We had a lovely stay at the cottage. Richard was there to welcome us and answer any questions. The cottage was clean and had everything that we needed for the week. The location was fantastic, only a few minutes walk to the beach and lots of lovely walks.

Fantastic new year break. The house is really spacious and perfect for a group of 4 adults and 4 children. Kitchen was very well equipped and everything was clean and tidy. Ideal location, just a short walk from the beach and town.

John's apartment is very comfortable, and conveniently situated close to the beach and a short walk from the town. Everything was spotlessly clean and fresh. John was very communicative and we appreciated the welcome pack of milk, bread, savoury and sweet treats left for us.

had a wonderful weekend. we were blessed with fab weather so got to enjoy the beach. The flat was gorgeous,spacious, comfortable, warm with glam shabby chic style which we loved. walking distance to beach. great taxi service in the area for getting around, so easy even without a car to get around. kids loved the trampoline and the Wendy house plus books and toys. friendly neighbours, greay value for money. would totally recommend

We had a wonderful stay! Robbie and Karen were very helpful and gave clear instructions on how to get inside, which made everything super easy. The location is beautiful, and the view from the balcony is very nice. The place had everything we needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. Highly recommend!

Fantastic views! lovely and clean all throughout. WiFi had good signal. Restaurants and shops nearby. Short walk to the bus stop. It was perfect for our mini holiday!

We have just returned from a relaxing 3 days over New Year 2024 to 2025. Ideal size for 3 couples with a bathroom for each couple. Living area was great with a nice modern open plan kitchen living and dining area. Cooking facilities were very good with modern appliances which made catering for our group very easy. Main fridge freezer was complemented by a separate wine cooler All the bedrooms were of a good size as were the beds with the exception of the double in the 3rd bedroom which felt small ( we have a super king at home so it may have just been an adjustment to that ) We stayed close to the house and ate at the Lake Yard which is 5 mins walk away. Whilst it is a members club we were able to book a meal which was subject to a 20% non members price increase. We ate at The Yachtsman on NYE. Luke the host was very responsive and helpful answering any queries quicker than advised and we all appreciated the welcome basket. Good trip had by all
