Such a beautiful home! The deck was relaxing to sit on and listen to the waves crash in the distance. Beach was easily accessible, Mary provided everything we needed for a nice day at the beach. Great location just outside of the busy area on the Seawall. If this place were for sale I’d buy it in a blink! 😉 Thanks Mary, we made wonderful family memories and watching my kids experience the beach for the first time was priceless!!!

Had an amazing stay at this beachfront Airbnb! The location is unbeatable—just steps from the sand with stunning ocean views. The place was clean, well-equipped, and had a cozy, relaxing vibe. The host was friendly and responsive, making everything seamless. Highly recommend for a perfect beach getaway!

Julie’s home is a very well maintained beautiful piece of Galveston history. From the original ceiling planks , the chandeliers, & the glorious tile in the kitchen to the very tasteful decor in the main living space , she has went above & beyond what we expected. There were adequate house hold supplies provided, even some surprising extras. We definitely will be returning to Julie’s Cottage! 100% recommended!

This Airbnb was perfect for my family and I. Check in was easy, the home was clean and had everything we needed. The outdoor spaces (both front porch and backyard) were so nice. The location is walking distance to the beach and Seawall. The baseball field across the street was a nice surprise. The only downside is that the house is on a very busy street. We had little ones, with us and so we weren’t able to enjoy the front porch because of the many cars driving by and the fear of them running out into the road. It Would have been perfect if it had a fence. It should be mentioned that There are two dogs that live in the house next door. Seem to be outdoor dogs. Nice dogs, but they did bark whenever we went out onto the front porch. Overall we had a great stay and would stay again.

This was our first time in Galveston and everything was as described. The area was peaceful, family oriented and very beautiful. The location was perfect for my morning tea watching over the beautiful beach. Carl was very responsive, our stay at his condo was great! It was clean and had a very comfy bed! We will definitely be back!

My family and I came here for a last minute spring break stay. Check in was very easy, the host communicated very well. They had several board games and plenty of towels (which is important with kids). They also provide a variety of spices, and kitchenware. My favorite part was the sound machines, I slept like a baby! We would definitely stay here again.

Our family had a great time staying here and would recommend it to anyone. Everything was spotless and there were plenty of amenities. We did not run out of anything for our stay. It was so much fun being able to spend time on both the upper deck and the doc. It was a fantastic stay and would look for this home to stay in again, as we have family in Galveston and travel often to the island.

We have stayed there a couple times now. We will definitely be coming back beautiful accommodations and always friendly and helpful.

The place and location were wonderful. We will definitely stay there again. If we’re in the area, the lift was not available, It does not say that in the description so we were a little sad about that because the stairs are no joke while hauling stuff upstairs. And the other thing is the handrail did cause a a lot of large splinters In our kids hands. Other than that, the property was beautiful the Location was beautiful.
