숙소는 번화가에 있으며 찾아가기 매우 쉬워요. 건물에 엘레베이터가 있고 - 엘레베이터까지 계단 약 7개 있음. 객실로 향하는 통로가 안뜰을 사이에 두고 있어 아주 조용합니다. 내부 외부 모두 소음이 없었어요. 전망은 2개의 테라스에서 via dione 가 내려다보입니다. 욕실과 객실 주방 모두 아주 청결해서 쾌적하게 잘 지냈습니다. 세탁기 사용시 추가요금이 있고 (1주일 10유로) 잘 작동합니다. 체크인할때 객실관련, 주변 즐길거리 관련 상세하게 안내해주셨고 마실 물도 넉넉하게 제공받았습니다. 숙소 바로앞에 쇼핑거리이고 수산시장도 아주 가깝습니다 바로 앞에는 까페가 있어서 30초내에 도착 가능합니다. 대성당까지 도보 10분거리. 오르티지아 내에서 어디를가도 가까워요. 저는 성수기를 지나서 여행했기때문에 주차도 큰 문제가 없었습니다 talete 주차장에 주차하고 easy park 어플로 주차비를 결제했어요 주차 자리도 많았고 오가는 사람들도 많아서 무섭지 않았습니다. 호스트가 주차와 ZTL 관련 친절하게 설명해주었기 때문에 주차장소에 대한 걱정이 많았던 저에게 매우 큰 도움이 되었습니다 깨끗하고 좋은위치에 있는 숙소덕분에 시라쿠사 여행이 아주 즐거웠습니다 ^^

We had a wonderful stay for 9 days. The flat was clean, comfortable and in a great location—just steps from the train & bus stations and Ortigia. The host was gracious and left waters, breakfast items and a well stocked kitchen. Lots of hot water and very comfortable bed! Host was amazing at communication and even helped us make dinner reservations. We would love to come visit again!

This place is what I was looking for, very close to the beach (literally 20m) but still not far away from other hotspots such as Noto. It was very clean and well equipped. Also communication with the hosts has been perfect. The host helped me book a parking spot for the week right in front of the Appartment which was convenient.

A comfortable apartment with a large balcony and a wonderful view! Easy walking distance to the town centre.

Beautiful stylish apartment, very modern and high quality fittings. Gods location on a lovely piazza . Nice local bar directly outside the apartment.

Dejlig lejlighed med stor terrasse lige ned til en flot sand strand. Der var rent og pænt, og ved ankomst stod en kurv med lidt varer klar, samt vand og juice i køleskabet👍 Vi havde lidt problemer med at finde adressen, da GPS viste os vej til et hotel på samme vej med samme nummer, som angivet. Værten var dig hurtig til at komme og hente os og vise vej.

We stayed in the small flat for 4 Nights after a few very busy and touristy days in Palermo. It had everything we needed to be comfortable and it's close to different beaches. We especially liked the small garden, which we used for lovely dinners and game nights just the two of us. The flat had everything you needed to cook a meal and having a washing machine made our lives a lot easier. It was perfect for a few days of rest and relaxation, but also close to Syracuse and Noto which we visited. Davide answered quickly and efficiently. All in all we had a lovely time in Avola thanks to a very nice little temporary home. I'd always come back to Marinella's and Davide's flat !

We really liked our stay in this beautiful place. Anna and Santo awaited us and made us feel welcome right away. The apartment is spacious, very clean and equipped with everything we needed for our stay. The rooftop terrace is also amazing! And on top of that, you have a lot of really nice cafés, restaurants and all the sightseeing attractions of Siracusa right in walking distance. Thank you Anna and Santo!

Giuseppe was a very helpful host and the accommodation was perfect. Located right around the corner from the Duomo, this place was an amazing find

Luca and Benedetta were great hosts. Very responsive and helpful throughout. The location is close to everything in Taormina.

Sicilyanın kalbinde konaklamak isterseniz, çok güzel ve tarihi bir kasaba alan Grammichele'e bayılacaksınız. Matteo Silvano ve ailesi sizi evinizde hissettirecekler. Harika insanlar. Kaldığımız yer konaklama için temiz ve yeterliydi.

Die Unterkunft ist schön, praktisch und liegt sehr zentral. Ortigia ist in gute 10 Minuten zu Fuss zu erreichen. Dort hin und auch auf die andere Seite viele Möglichkeiten zum Essen gehen. 10 min. zu Fuss vom Bahnhof. Um einen Parkplatz zu finden, braucht man etwas Glück (was wir hatten). Sonst ist es sehr laut, wenn das Fenster geöffnet ist, aber das ist halt wenn man so Zentral wohnt. Die Gastgeberin immer git zu erreichen. Wir waren zwei Wochen in Oktober dort.

Originallyour group of 5 would like to book the larger apartment of Rudia but it wasn't available. So we came up using two smaller apartments which were fitted with all the necessities in a stylish way. The location of the complex was convenient to most sightseeing places in Modica, except that it was quite humid due to the geographical nature of Modica. The problem was eased out by the use of a dehumidifier. Rudia sent me all the related and information beforehand and they are useful for planning our daily schedule. She and her helper Liliana were very accommodative in letting us check in when we arrived earlier. It was a very pleasant stay and I recommend her apartment to other users.

Clean; comfortable (AC, stove, microwave, hot/cold water...everything worked); centrally located with easy access to bars, banks, walking distance from train/bus, lots of quality things to do w/in walking distance; and most importantly, communicative and caring hosts (thanks for the cookies and bottled water). Do heed the instructions for getting in the building and turning on electricity. Oh yeah, and the stairs to the pad and the bedroom may be challenging for some--good for those who want to offset all the good eating.

Angelo et son papa sont très accueillants et disponibles. Le logement est idéalement bien situé et la terrasse sur le toit avec vue sur le port et l’Etna est un véritable plus qui rend le séjour encore plus inoubliable. Le quartier est calme et bien entretenu. Je recommande absolument.

Totul a fost minunat. Gazda a fost proactiva si a rapsuns de fiecare data nevoilor noastre. Locuinta are toate dotarile necesare, iar pozitia este una foarte buna, avand posibilitatea de a ajunge pe jos in toate punctele de interes ale localitatii.

We really enjoyed our stay here. It is a very beautiful apartment and was very well equipped, especially the kitchen. The garden was amazing with a nice view of the church and we enjoyed our time outside. Lorenzo was very helpful and gave us great instructions and local recommendations. The beds were super comfortable too. The location was great for walking into town and we walked everywhere. Lots of convenient parking nearby on the main road. A superb Airbnb.

We had an outstanding experience here. Was excellent. Giuseppe was so welcoming and oriented us to the area and gave us recommendations. He really took pride in his and had a great personal touch. The space is very large and airy, I would say here without hesitation in the future.

Federica’s apartment is even better than the description! After Naples and Palermo, this was just perfect for some time relaxing. The pool is lovely and overlooks the sea, you can swim at anytime. You can also go down some steep, narrow steps to the beach and swim in the sea with little fishes! The house is spotless, has a very comfortable bed and best of all, mosquito screens meant we didn’t need to use the air-con and could fall asleep listening to the sea! There is a lovely balcony set up with chairs and a table where you can enjoy the sea view and sunrise if you’re up early enough! All in all, perfect, a lovely bottle of wine was left for us too. I really didn’t want to leave!

Fabrizio’s apartment is real gem, beautiful design and thought through details through out all the apartment. Felt cozy and really homey. Romantic and super inspiring. Apartment has an amazing private terrace with sun chairs, dining tables and jacuzzi with magnificent view to the cathedral and town. The Jacuzzi is not actually a hot tub so its not the most comfortable to use in the colder months. Great location, walking distance to all restaurants and sightseeing spots in town. Highly recommended!

Prachtige plek met alle nodige voorzieningen en meer. De faciliteiten (zwembad, bubbelbad en barbecue) konden we 24/7 gebruikt worden. Ideaal. Appartement is ruim en van alle gemakken voorzien. Roberto en Erik zijn zeer vriendelijk en gaven ons de nodige tips. Je hebt genoeg privacy en met een auto is er veel moois in de omgeving te ontdekken, of per fiets die je gratis mocht gebruiken. Zeker een aanrader!

Beautiful apartament, located in a beautiful town. Very quiet, clean with a gum and swimming pool jacuzzi at disposal. Wonderful host, very helpful and comunicative. We will be returning soon and will reccomend to all of our loved ones. Thank you for having us

Marta jest wspaniałym gospodarzem! Bardzo dobry kontakt zarówno przed przyjazdem jak i w trakcie. Mieszkanie jest bardzo komfortowe, ciepłe i posiada mnóstwo sprzętów codziennego uzytku i wszelkie udogodnienia dla małych i większych dzieci (nawet zabawki!). Wspaniały widok z okna, lokalizacja w centrum, idealne miejsce dla rodzin! Dziękujemy za gościnność, czuliśmy się jak w domu! Napewno wrócimy.

La casa de Alverio es increible! Las vistas frente al mar, la luz, tiene todo lo que necesitas! Alverio fue muy majo, nos recibió en persona y dio algunas recomendaciones de Siracusa, muy útiles ya que era nuestra primera vez y nos sirvió para ubicarnos. Levantarse todos los días mirando al puerto con los barcos en el mar... ojalá pudiera quedarme más! Si puedo, volveré sin duda!
