Naxos : locations de vacances en bord de mer

Maria Anna is the perfect host. She put personal touches all over the home. She left snacks, drinks, tissues, beach towels and toiletries. The view is incredible with a market across the street and great restaurants in walking distance. Maria Anna arranged our taxi from the airport and she greeted us a check in. This home is spacious and comfortable and it feels like vacation as soon as you step inside. We enjoyed every second there.

Wir haben zwei zauberhafte Wochen auf Naxos verbracht! Das Appartment war einfach perfekt: es ist mit viel Liebe zum Detail und sehr geschmackvoll eingerichtet! Die Lage ist ideal im Zentrum von Naxos! Zur Altstadt sind es maximal 7 Minuten zu Fuß. Der schöne Strand St. Georg befindet sich direkt um die Ecke und ist nur einen kurzen Spaziergang von 2-3 Minuten entfernt. In der unmittelbaren Umgebung der Wohnung findet man alles was das Herz begehrt: Supermärkte, authentische Tavernen und Restaurants, Auto- und Fahrradverleih, sowie kleine Boutiquen oder auch Bäcker und Geschäfte mit Spezialitäten aus der Region. Trotz der zentralen Lage ist die Wohnung ruhig gelegen. Maria und Nikitas waren einfach großartig! Sie waren stets erreichbar und haben auf Fragen immer schnell reagiert. Sie hatten viele hilfreiche Empfehlungen und tolle Tipps für unseren Aufenthalt und haben dazu beigetragen, dass unsere Zeit auf Naxos wirklich unvergesslich bleiben wird! Nochmal ganz herzlichen Dank!

We loved our stay at the rooftop appartment. The terrace is just awesome, it's very spacious and you can see the ocean from two different points. The bed is comfortable, the bathroom is very big and the kitchen works just fine. The host was very friendly and even helped us with renting a car. When we arrived a bit early his father welcomed us already. Would go again!

Le studio de Daniele était vraiment superbe ! Il correspondait parfaitement aux photos et très propre ! Le lit est confortable, et la salle de bain spacieuse :) La petite cours permet de prendre ses repas dehors et la machine à laver est très pratique ! Les instructions d'accès étaient très claires, et nous ne nous sommes pas perdus dans le vieux Naxos ! Le studio est tout proche du port, des restaurants et des petits commerces. Mais la petite rue reste très calme, idéal pour se reposer ! Daniele a été très réactif, de l'arrivée au départ, et à su répondre à toutes nos questions. N'hésitez pas à venir séjourner chez Daniele ! Un séjour parfait à Naxos :)

My stay at Glyfada Sea View penthouse was fantastic! The space was sparkling clean and well-organized, making it feel welcoming and cozy right from the start. Everything was as described and the view from the house was everything i needed and close to the beach as well. Plus, Kostas was incredibly cool and accommodating, making sure I had everything I needed and even giving me great local tips! I couldn’t have asked for a better host or stay. He took care of everything i could possibly need. Highly recommend for anyone looking for a clean, comfortable, and friendly place to stay!

Amazing place, the views are incredible! The terrace is bigger than it looks on the photos. Very peaceful surroundings, and the apartment is beautiful and very clean. Theodora and her mom are very friendly and helpful. Would highly recommend this place!

Apartment, location and host were perfect. Cleopatra was responsive and gave us a great welcome. Only caveat is that if you go with kids, the private terrace's apartment is maybe not the best one due to the number of stairs

We had an amazing stay at the Beach Suite Kastraki! The house is charming, well-equipped, and provided everything we needed—from kitchen essentials to bikes for exploring the beautiful surroundings. We loved starting our mornings with breakfast on the patio, watching breathtaking sunsets from the roof terrace, and unwinding in the jacuzzi pool after a day at the beach. The location is perfect, with the beach just steps away and great restaurants nearby. Angelika was incredibly attentive and made sure we had all the information we needed for a smooth, enjoyable stay. We’d absolutely stay there again!

Our stay was wonderful. Stelios and all the staff were very friendly and responsive. The location is peaceful and private. Bedrooms and living area were extremely comfortable and stocked with all you need. The fruit, coffee, wine were a nice and unexpected touch. The private pool was an extra bonus. Would definitely stay again if visiting Naxos.

Awesome place! We stayed with 4 kids and 4 adults and it accommodated our needs perfectly. Great views and the beach and forest right outside of the pool area. Also loved the restaurant that is across the street. Would definitely love to return at some point.

Wow! This is one of our BEST experiences! Absolutely beautiful home with every luxury amenity. We especially enjoyed the private pool and rooftop deck. But the thing that set this experience apart from all of the others was our host. He welcomed us with sweets, water, and homemade apricot jam. He gave us dinner and sight seeing recommendations and even stopped by with a final parting gift to thank us for our business. He called and had a rental car delivered to the house and sent fault housekeeping. Our stay was just PERFECT and made our stay in Naxos very special. We will definitely return!

The team at Sivanis is wonderful! Answered all questions in a timely manner. The place is in a quiet area away from all the tourists which we loved but central enough to get to Nauossa and other areas on the island by car. Loved how close and walking distance it is to the beach, only a few meters. The pool is wonderful for a great swim in evenings❣️The place is spectacular and so comfy. Thank you!! 🙌🙏

We had a fantastic week at Anthi's place, we felt completely at home and relaxed for the entire time we were there. Anthi was super friendly and gave lots of recommendations for things to do while we were on Naxos, and was also able to sort our hire car for us in advance. The villa itself was spotlessly clean, really spacious and we had a nice view of the sea/sunset from our pool terrace area. The location is great for exploring Naxos and felt so peaceful throughout the day. We really enjoyed the communal pool area too, which never felt too busy. Breakfasts were delivered each morning by Alexandros - plentiful and delicious, lots of Greek treats! It made for a special start to each day. The villa was cleaned daily to a high standard too. Highly recommended! ☆☆☆☆☆

Juste PARFAIT ! Le logement est impeccable, les chambres sont faites chaque jour et c’est très agréable. Les petits + sont vraiment appréciables —> mise à dispo de serviettes de piscine, un rooftop avec une jolie vue, un panier garni (ça a sauvé nos petits déjeuners). La chambre est spacieuse, un vrai cocon Et niveau localisation le logement est très bien situé, près de la belle plage d’agios Prokopos, un grand parking privé, et pas loin de bons restaurants que Betty saura vous recommander. We loved country villas, we were so happy to be a little away from hustle and bustle but yet very close to beach and great restaurants. Stefanos and Stavros were extremely responsive and kind hosts who made us feel so welcome. Loved the pool after a day spent visiting sites such as Demeter temple and Plaka beach. Villa was beautiful and spacious. Air conditioning worked well.

My wife and I spent a few nights here during our trip through Europe and we were blown away the moment we arrived. The place is so cozy. The view of the beach is unmatched. It’s on one of the best beaches of Europe and is secluded we had our privacy and could be in town in 5-10 minutes depending which way you went. We will no doubt dream of Greece for the rest of our lives and Mairi’s property will always be a part of it too. Will no doubt try and get back to this magical place. Had a great few days at Niko’s place. We were welcomed early by our host as we had to check out of another place, and we really appreciated the accommodation. Access to a lovely beach was so easy from the apartment it made for a relaxing few days. Niko was very responsive in helping to arrange transportation to our excursions and the airport. Location is great. While you feel away from town, it’s quick to access many parts of the island, and car rental was super quick and easy. I would not hesitate to stay a Niko’s place next time in Naxos.

villa située à 5 minutes à pied d' une longue plage de rêve ( sable, eau turquoise, grande tranquillité...) le logement est très propre et très bien équipé. La terrasse grande et très bien exposée pour y prendre tous ses repas offre une vue superbe sur la mer et les couchers de soleil. les 2 chambres donnent sur la terrasse de façon independante. Seule une chambre a des placards de rangement pour les vêtements. L emplacement est idéal pour visiter l île loin de la foule de Chora qui reste cependant vite accessible à 25minutes de voiture. Merci à Nikos et Natasa pour leurs délicates attentions trouvées dans leur logement et pour leur souplesse pour les horaires d entrée et de sortie du logement. Nous recommandons fortement ce logement.

My family and I had a wonderful stay in Paros. Konstantinos villa was amazing and much better in real life. We enjoyed it very much. It’s spacious and has everything you need for a good holiday. The view of the sunrise, mountains and ocean is beautiful. There’s a perfect beach 1 min away and you are close to the harbor. It’s just amazing. Thank you for a great stay.

My stay at Manolis' Airbnb was truly unforgettable! Nestled in a peaceful, remote area surrounded by nature, it's the perfect retreat for those seeking tranquility. A car is necessary since there's no public transport, but it's well worth the drive. The house was cozy, spotless, and had everything I needed. The best part was the stunning sunrise view—waking up to that beautiful scene every morning was magical. Plus, you're super close to the sea, with plenty of beautiful beaches nearby to explore, perfect for a quick swim or a relaxing seaside walk. Manolis was an amazing host, providing helpful tips and ensuring I had everything I needed for a comfortable stay. If you're looking for a peaceful escape with breathtaking sunrises and easy access to multiple beaches, this is the place to be! I'm definitely coming back! P.S. There are great restaurants nearby, just a short 10-minute drive away, perfect for enjoying delicious local food after a day by the sea.

The place was cozy and a very close walk to the beach and restaurants. Check in was smooth and we were greeted with fresh local fruits and a list of recommendations. Highly recommend this area close to beaches and airport/ferry.

What a sensational villa! Everything that was described in the listing was better than the pictures! The location was divine. The views incredible, the place was really 5 star. You felt right at home the minute you entered the villa, so peaceful and relaxing. You do need a car to get around and see the magical villages of Naxos and their clear blue/green beaches however you have fabulous beaches and restaurants all at walking distance. The restaurants are outstanding and Giorgos's recommendation were always excellent. Giorgos is truly the best host I have ever experienced on airbnb. So helpful, always accommodating, finding an excellent car rental - Ocean Blue, our stay was extraordinary. I would recommend Giorgos's place to all. Truly an exceptional place and host. Thank you Giorgos! We hope to visit again!
