Nedal ist einer der besten Airbnb Gastgeber den ich bisher getroffen habe. Das Zimmer war genau wie beschrieben, aber das Highlight ist Nedal. Wir haben zusammen gekocht, Weihrauch probiert oder einfach den Sonnenuntergang auf dem Dachgarten genossen. Ich komme definitiv mal wieder!

Abdullah’s place is a little gem.. situated @ Juman, the building has much higher standard than other buildings at the Mouj. What is so unique is the view, which you can enjoy from the very big balconies, Albudllah is a great host, and he planned everything to make the place a home form home : water bottles, great coffee machine, essentials at the fridge , all you need to clean/ use @ the kitchen, some fabulous touches all around the flat, that make it such a great experience. I had asked Abdullah to arrange extra items that were required specifically for us, and this was done so well and kindly. Abdullah does respond very quickly and always available for any requests… We shall be back… as we were very sad to leave!!! Oman is such a fabulous place and what makes it so special is the kindness of Omanis. Abdullah is a true reflection of this… kind, helpful and a pleasure to talk to.

Abbiamo pernottato qui qualche notte. Nedal è una persona molto gentile ed accogliente, che ha piacere ad intrattenersi con gli ospiti mettendoli a suo agio. Ci ha anche offerto un delizioso caffè al cardamomo e dei dolci tipici. Dalla finestra della camera puoi vedere e sentire il mare. Dal villaggio di Al Bustan, molto tranquillo e caratteristico, si raggiunge facilmente Mascat in auto, senza nessun problema di traffico o parcheggio. Lo consigliamo!!!

We had a pleasant stay at Sukoon's apartment. We had a very fast and smooth communication, and we got answers and thoughtful guide to our questions. The apartment has a very nice view to the city and beach, and is a short walking distance to the beach.

Nedal est un hôte exceptionnel, généreux, disponible, il nous fait sentir chez lui comme à la maison dans ce village de pêcheurs Omanais tout blanc, devant la mer et à seulement 15 mn en voiture du centre-ville historique de Mascate J’ai passé un séjour magnifique chez Nedal, je le recommande absolument et je reviendrai séjourner chez lui sans hésiter, merci Nedal !

Amazing and spacious place with stunning surroundings. Perfect for groups of 5-6. We were 3 couples and stayed for 3 nights to explore Muscat. The only drawback was the third room, which had a small single bed, so one person had to adjust with a mattress. Overall, a beautiful stay and highly recommended.

Sehr freundlicher und hilfsbereiter Host. Die Wohnung ist an einer sehr guten Lage. Es gab einen beheizten Pool im Innenhof.

The apartment is one of the best that I ever lived in nice view accessible . Said and his brother Faisal are really reactive whenever we had anything they were answering rapidly I was glad we had to choose this

The location is great. Apartment was very clean and met our expectations. The kitchen has everything you need. Majdi was responsive for all our needs. I highly recommend it.

Had a great time at the blue gate. The apartment is just a few steps from the sea. It's quiet and private, communications with Aleksi and his staff were easy. We arrived very late at night and had no trouble finding it and getting in. The apartment is in a cozy and well maintained village/ neighborhood. It is a bit outside the city but well connected by the highway if you have a car. A great location.

House is beautiful and Kayan was very helpful to answer our queries 👌
