My wife and I really enjoyed staying at this facility! It's a cute and cozy home with a nice fenced backyard. We were driving on a road trip and reached out last minute to stay here. They were very responsive and we appreciate them allowing us to stay on such short notice. If we are in the area we would stay here again.

Nice and quiet. I enjoyed the peaceful location, very nice sipping my coffee in the morning on the covered porch. I will definitely stay again in the future.

Julian was a great host responded in timely manner and even came personally to fix an issue we had late at night. Very friendly! The home and yard is very beautiful and peaceful!

We had a short stay at the Historical Red house, but, it's exactly what we needed. Christin was super responsive. We were able to check in early. Traveling with pets and a 3 month old. Had everything we needed and more! A fenced in yard! yay! Comfy bedding/linens, couch and bath towels. Extra goodies for guest Thank you so much for the accommodations.

We really enjoyed having our own space while visiting our Army brats. We will definitely stay again if the kids stay in this area.

Alex was a great host. He was attentive and proactive. The stay was gorgeous! Simple, clean, inviting feel all around. This place is easy to find, easy to check in, easy to check out. Romell was available every time we needed something. The description of the property was perfect. We felt very safe in the neighborhood.

Loved our stay at the Urban Oasis. Kenzie was great with communication and made us feel right at home. Place was plenty big with 3 bedrooms (including queen bunk bed). A handful of restaurants and bars within walking distance. Would definitely stay again! -Parker

CJ was an amazing host and this place was perfect for us! We were accidentally double booked by another host of an Airbnb. An hour after we checked in to our previous Airbnb, the host took our stuff out and messaged us that we did not have reservations. We had nowhere to stay to because of this. I found CJ’s Airbnb for a great price, booked it and within 15 mins after explaining our situation, CJ answered with confirmation and check in instructions! We got all checked in and were back to Broadway within an hour! The place fit its description perfectly and was a great location! I cannot recommend CJ or his property enough, literally saved our trip!

We had a great stay for our first time visiting Nashville. Location was great, we were able to walk to most places we wanted to visit. I would definitely stay again on our next visit.

We loved the location and the place. We had some initial cleaning issue that was quickly and fairly resolved. The cleaning person they sent was AMAZING. I would DEFINITELY stay there again. Thanks Alex.

Great spot within walking distance of all the major Nashville areas! Easy on street parking and protected, reserved garage parking. The host made several local recommendations and checked-in to ensure everything was going well during our stay. We travelled with our 1.5 year old child. They had a pack and play in the AirBnb which was an added bonus. The space was well appointed with great accents and a nice size balcony overlooking the pool. The bed, bedding and pillows were much better than you find in most AirBnbs. The gym is on the smaller side but is an added benefit and provides enough options to get a good workout in while on your trip. The only thing to make note of is that the second bedroom has a curtain instead of a door. It didn’t bother us or our child, but something the keep in mind if needing the privacy. Overall our expectations were exceeded and we would stay again when visiting Nashville.

Our stay was excellent! Alex was quick with responses and was in action in a timely manner! The beds were SO comfortable and the place was large - it would have been great to enjoy the pool (it was winter lol). Something to mention is that if you are a light sleeper, the highway noise at night might be too much, but we had no issue with it - it was our version of white noise! 10/10!

A great big family home in Clarksville, matched all descriptions, Host is very responsive and friendly, a good to again when in the area.

We were in Palmyra for a friend's birthday. Lovely Day was suggested to us when our original host in town had to pull out due to he hosting a displaced local family. Kim was happy to host us, and the space was exactly as described. The dogs and goats were friendly, and it was beautiful and quiet. One note is that although it sleeps 4, both beds and the sleeper are all in the same room, so you might want the larger space upstairs f you need separate bedrooms. Kim answered all of our questions and was perfectly charming. I would happily stay there again.

Stephen focuses on great hospitality. He is personable, but also mindful of his guest’s privacy. Unlike some hosts that manage a portfolio of listings, Stephen is singularly focused on your experience within his unit located directly under his own residence. He was responsive and accommodating throughout my time in this unit. The unit is also very nicely laid out and fully separate from the main residence. It is a converted garage/basement space that is outfitted with every amenity that you would need in a furnished apartment. Stephen also went beyond by investing in a few enhancements to maximize my comfort and that of future guests. I would stay here again and I recommend this unit to anyone needing a place to stay in this area. Thank you, Stephen!

Brandon’s place is in a great neighborhood. Quiet, clean, and very easy to find. He is an outstanding host. Prompt replies to messages and easy to communicate with.

It was spacious and clean. We loved the kitchen and washer and dryer. Bed and couches were clean. The bathrooms were nice and updated. For a dog friendly place, it was outstanding. The instructions were very clear.

Great place to stay. Close to anything you would need.
