The apartment was perfect for what we were looking for. Location There is very good resturants and cafes in the block and a great little mini mart. it's a short walk into Cagliari centre, Marina, bus stop to go Poetto and a 10 minute walk from the train station. Apartment the apartment was very clean and larger than we anticipated, the master bedroom has two lovely double doors which open up for air flow. Each room had air-conditioning and there was a functioning kitchen and washing machine. Hosts Max and Davide were very friendly and informative of the local area and provided multiple recommendations. They allowed me some flexibility with times and only requested we communicate with them about any issues. As a conclusion, I re-booked this apartment for next year and I am trying to convince my friends to rent the neighbouring apartment hosted by Max and Davide. Wir hatten eine wunderbare Zeit bei Taty und Luca. Die beiden sind tolle Gastgeber, waren immer gut erreichbar und sehr zuvorkommend. Das Apartment ist wie im Inserat beschrieben und der Blick aufs Meer einfach traumhaft. Wir haben uns direkt wohl und wie zuhause gefühlt. Die gesamte Unterkunft ist sehr gut ausgestattetes - insbesondere in der Küche fehlt es an nichts und man kann sich wunderbar bekochen. Das Meer ist eine Minute zu Fuß entfernt. Wir kommen gerne wieder und können das Apartment, sowie Taty und Luca als Gastgeber nur weiterempfehlen. :)

Ospiti squisiti e alloggio perfetto, moderno, ben arredato e pulitissimo. In più ci è stato fornito il materiale per la colazione. Non posso che raccomandarlo. A presto !

Barbara war sehr aufmerksam und hat sich regelmäßig nach uns erkundigt. Die Wohnung war sehr sauber und wir haben uns sehr sicher gefühlt. Die Lage war perfekt; Strand, Restaurants und ein Supermarkt waren 2-3 gehminuten entfernt. Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Urlaub hier.

We had a very nice stay in Nicola's apartment. The apartment is large, bright and modernly furnished and is within walking distance of beaches and bus connections to the city. Communication with Nicola was very good and uncomplicated. We even got some recommendations for activities in the area. Nicola was also very flexible and accommodated us with the check-out time. We would definitely recommend it. Tip: Pack plenty of mosquito spray in August.

Wir hatten eine tolle Zeit in Danieles Wohnung. Die Wohnung liegt direkt am Strand mit einem wunderschönen Blick auf das Meer. Alles war sauber und Daniele war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Wir hatten mit zwei Kindern alles was wir für einen schönen Urlaub brauchten. Besonders gefallen hat uns die Aussenküche und der wunderschöne private Strand mit SUPs. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!

Strand, Supermarkt und Restaurants in unmitelbarer nähe. Die Unterkunft war mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht, es stehen sogar zwei Fahrräder, zwei kleine Strandstühle, ein Sonnenschirm für den Strand und zwei Strandtücher zur verfühgung. Uns hatt es sehr gefallen.

Wir haben einen perfekten Urlaub in Marcos Haus verbracht. Alles hat den Beschreibungen und den Fotos aus dem Inserat entsprochen. Das Haus liegt in einem wunderschönen Garten mit Außendusche, Außenküche mit Webergrill und separater Waschküche . Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Matratzen im Bett sehr bequem! Wir konnten alle Mahlzeiten auf der wunderschönen, ruhigen Terrasse einnehmen . Sehr guter Ausgangspunkt für Ausflüge in den Süden Sardiniens! Der wunderschöne Strand ist innerhalb 1 Minute zu erreichen und ermöglicht lange Strandspaziergänge. Marco ist ein sehr zuvorkommender, hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der immer innerhalb weniger Minuten geantwortet hat. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder !!

Wir durften 12 sehr schöne Tage in Valentinas Wohnung erleben. Die Lage direkt am Meer hat uns sehr gefallen. In der Wohnung gibt es auch alles, was man während den Ferien braucht, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Nebst Frottierwäsche für die Körperpflege stellt Valentina auch Strandtücher zur Verfügung. Auch Kinderspielsachen, Sonnenschirme und 2 Liegestühle dürfen genutzt werden. Man kann den Strand also sorglos und bestens ausgestattet geniessen. Im Nachbardorf Torre delle Stelle gibt es einen gut sortierten Lebensmittelladen, in dem wir alles für den täglichen Bedarf gefunden haben. Um den Laden zu erreichen, braucht man aber ein Auto (Fahrt 5 -10 Minuten).

Ich liebe Solanas schon seit meiner Kindheit. Das Haus von Andrea liegt in unmittelbarer Nähe zum Strand. Der Ausblick vom Balkon zum Meer ist atemberaubend schön. Andrea hat es uns leicht gemacht uns direkt willkommen und wohl zu fühlen. Er war immer zu erreichen und hilfsbereit. Das Haus war sauber und mit allem ausgestattet was man benötigt. Am Morgen nach der Ankunft hat uns Andrea viele Tipps für Locations und Unternehmungen geschickt. Wir danken Andrea für den tollen Aufenthalt. Wir werden gerne wiederkommen. 🫶🏻

We had an amazing family holiday here and loved the ambient of the house with its vicinity to a wonderful sandy beach and crystal clear water. Thank you to Enrico who supported us with helpful advice!

We loved staying here as a family. The hosts were so helpful and friendly even loaning a fishing rod. Their advice was great! The house was great and had everything we needed. We liked that there were 2 bathrooms. Couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay with stunning views & wonderful hosts. Our tips for people staying: You need a car to get around but do get an SUV as the roads around are full of holes so it was easier compared to a normal car. If you stay in the back bedroom and like to get up past 7am or sleep in the afternoons take ear plugs. The neighbour has loud conversations on his telephone & you can hear it all & their shower etc If you are a light sleeper you will need this or use the 2 front bedrooms. Make sure you watch the sunset. It’s beautiful The recycling takes a bit to work out what is where if you don’t speak Italian but use a translator app and take a picture and it translates it for you

If you want a peaceful and relaxed holiday then look no further. Philip was responsive in messaging and Cedric whom met us was lovely, helpful and made us feel so welcomed. It was everything we wanted. A nice simple place close to a beautiful beach without the hustle and bustle of tourists. There is a small supermarket close by with a cafe and restaurant too. A small village that had fresh fruit and veg, pizzeria, pharmacy and post office. The house itself was perfect- 2 adults & 4 kids. It was peaceful and really did feel like a home away from home. I hope one day we can return.

Nous avons passé un merveilleux séjour en famille dans cette très jolie maison au calme ! Tout était parfait ! La vue sur la baie est époustouflante et tellement apaisante ! Tous les soirs nous avons eu droit à un magnifique couché de soleil. La maison ne manque vraiment de rien, le frigo et les placards sont très bien garnis…on se croirait vraiment comme à la maison. Nous aurions aimé pouvoir rester encore quelques jours 😊 De plus Morgana est tellement adorable !! Elle a été très arrangeante, toujours très disponible et de très bons conseils pour que nous puissions passer un bon séjour. Super communication ! Je recommande vivement!!! Nous reviendrons avec grand plaisir🥰

La casa è esattamente come mostrata in foto, curata, nuova e funzionale. In cucina non manca nulla, è presente tutto come a casa! Bagni pulitissimi, doccia grande. Grazie anche all'host che ci ha accolto e indicato ogni dettaglio della casa.

Silvia è stata una buona Host, ci ha fornito indicazioni chiare per un self check-in in tarda serata. L’ alloggio assolutamente corrispondente alle foto e alla descrizione, a due passi dal lungomare del Poetto.

Casa Levante ist sehr empfehlenswert! Super sauber und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Es war alles verfügbar und es hat alles funktioniert. Die Lage ist großartig. Ein paar Schritte und man ist am Strand, den man auch von der wunderbaren Terrasse sehen kann. Sehr bequem war, dass Strandstühle, Schirm etc. zur Verfügung standen. Die Kommunikation hat bestens geklappt. Silvia und ihr Mann sind sehr nette und hilfsbereite Leute. Bis zum nahe gelegenen Supermarkt sind es nur ca. 3min. mit dem Auto, man kann auch gut zu Fuß gehen. Dort gibt es alles, was man für den täglichen Gebrauch benötigt. Ich kann Silvias Wohnung definitiv weiterempfehlen! Grazie Silvia!

Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit bei Andrea und seiner Frau. Andrea ist ein sehr freundlicher Gastgeber, der schnell auf Fragen antwortet und viele Vorschläge für Unternehmungen bereit hält. Das Apartment ist sehr groß, modern und sauber. Sichere Parkplätze finden sich direkt vor der Unterkunft.

Thank you so much Joe and Laura for an amazing stay. Your hospitality went above and beyond. We really appreciated the breakfast items, pasta, bread and wine you had ready for us, so helpful. Joe was so helpful and chatted with us for over an hour and gave us tons of local tips as well as did research for us to have the best experience possible. The parking pass was super helpful and a short walk away from the apartment. The apartment had everything we needed, including a really useful washer and dryer. The hosts were very responsive and fast to communicate when we had some questions. Great communication. The apartment is near restaurants, a grocery store, shopping outlets and a pharmacy. Very well located. Hosts recommend Deliveroo app for takeout food, and we had some awesome meals at the apartment when we were too tired to go out. Excellent location, excellent apartment, excellent host. Highly recommend you book here.

Agréable séjour en période de fin d'année (22/12 au 04/01) dans ce logement bien fonctionnel pour une famille de 4 personnes. Nous étions à Cagliari pour accompagner notre fille qui séjourne en Sardaigne dans le cadre d'Erasmus. Les 2 salles de bain sont un plus très appréciable. Le voisinage est calme et la plage à proximité permet les promenades quotidiennes. Martina et Daniele nous ont offert le traditionnel panettone à la vielle de Noël. Nous avons bien apprécié ! Bonne Année à eux !!

This stay was easily one of our best Airbnb experiences. This apartment was so clean, tastefully decorated and had little details that made it feel intentional and luxury. Sheila's communication was seamless and professional, and she left a book of recommendations that we referenced often. It was quick to get to Poetto Beach, there's a wonderful supermarket a 5 minute walk away, and it was easy to get downtown. Fast WiFi for remote working. We loved exploring Cagliari from this base!
