What a lovely place. Amanda’s place had everything we needed, was very clean and was close to the beach and some great places to eat. Would highly recommend!

I would highly recommend staying with Joanne and David. Lovely people who greeted me when I arrived. Very modern well appointed apartment with plenty of room and a well stocked kitchen with everything needed to cook a meal. I look forward to staying with them again.

Neville’s welcome and induction was friendly and thorough. A lovely quiet spot in the best little holiday spot in the area. Beautiful sandy golden beach swimmable at all tides. Nice walks nearby. Very comfortable flat , spacious and well set up. Good beds and lovely linen.

Loved our stay here ! Right on the waterfront in an easy to get to location. Matt & Jocelyn had amazing communication throughout and their property manager Amanda who met me onsite at check in was so very helpful. The apartment was fill with so many thoughtful extras. Highly recommend.

What an outstanding apartment! Right on the main drag but so quiet and private. Stunning views, comfortable beds, super clean and Kirsty was right on the end of the phone when we needed her. I have stayed in lots of places in Picton and this is by far the best.

We had an amazing stay at Karryn’s property. Beautiful view, great location and just a cosy place to stay with everything you need. Loved it! Sure made Nelson feel like home.

April's place was a home away from home, everything was well thought about, it was very roomy, very comfortable, had everything one could need and the outdoor space was lovely and relaxing. Great house! Plenty of space and you really can't beat the location. The serenity and privacy of Monaco Peninsula and a short drive to Nelson City, the beach, Rabbit Island. Plenty to do! If you're looking to get away from it all, and also have access to plenty of activities and day trips, this is your place.

Debbie’s home is very comfortable, clean, and quiet. We had everything we needed to cook the couple of meals that we did (really happy to have a barbecue grill). Location was good for what we were doing between going down to the wharf and up to Abel Tasman. It is spacious, well-equipped, & beds were comfortable. Would stay again. Debbie was very responsive to my questions.

We had an incredible stay at Lou’s place while celebrating our friend’s wedding! Lou was an excellent host and the place was clean. The views from the house are incredible and the outside shower is a nice touch as well!

Absolutely one of the best spots we’ve been. The house is very clean and nicely appointed to the best possible view. The host is very helpful and really went out of way by helping us prepare the clean sheets and linen at the last minute, which really made our day easy. What a wonderful stay before we have to leave your beautiful island. The waves and beach were just what I needed. This is a very walkable location. The trains were short and no bother at all. The market was a few doors over. Perfect location. The inside was comfortable. The kitchen was great. The instruction booklet on the table was quite helpful. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We absolutely loved everything about staying here! It’s more like staying in a luxury hotel. I’ve rented a lot in NZ and especially in Picton. This by far the best place I’ve ever been in. The 5th floor views are mesmerizing from the kitchen, lounge , balcony and master BR. Comfy sofa with a nice TV. And the beds!! Heavenly. Even my grandkids commented on how well they slept and how much they loved the sheets. We could have spent all day watching the boats and ferries but did get out for some nice shopping and great meals. I highly recommend Oxley’s bar and restaurant downstairs. The food was great. We loved this apartment and would love to stay again! Rochelle was great.
