Merci à Laura pour son sympathique accueil. Logement de style local ancien, propre et bien agréable. La terrasse est bien clôturé ce qui était important pour nous avec nos 3 petits chiens. Laura est disponible, elle nous a donné de bonnes informations touristiques. Nous espérons revenir, la proximité de la plage de Bellaria-Igea à pied nous a séduit A 2 min à pied nous avons pu profiter des commerces dans la rue piétonne et son ambiance. Alloggio molto bello con rapporto qualità/prezzo ottimo: casa molto spaziosa, in tre persone siamo stati più che comodi e probabilmente sarebbe stato lo stesso anche se fossimo stati 4! È molto accogliente, con un bel giardinetto privato; l'ideale per rilassarsi! Ampiamente consigliata

It was a nice stay, the apartment was clean and at a very calm location. Annamaria was very helpful and ensured we had our stay as nice as possible. The neighbors can be a bit complicated, but as long as you keep it within the rules and follow the guidelines of Annamaria, there shouldn't be any problems. Would definitely recommend to people who like to explore the area during the day!

I recently had an incredible stay at an Airbnb that exceeded all expectations. From the moment I arrived, the host's warm welcome made me feel right at home. The space was immaculate, beautifully decorated, and equipped with all the essentials, plus some thoughtful extras like local snacks and guidebooks. The bed was extremely comfortable, and the location was perfect—close to all the main attractions yet peaceful and quiet. Communication with the host was seamless, and they were quick to offer helpful recommendations. Overall, it was a flawless experience, and I can't wait to return!

Wir waren sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung und vor allem auch der Lage der Wohnung. 5 Minuten vom Strand entfernt, kostenloser Parkplatz in der Nähe, sonst paar Minuten entfernt Parkplatz für 2 Euro am Tag. Die Wohnung liegt zwar zur Hauptstraße mit tollen Essens Möglichkeiten, aber trotzdem etwas privat, weil sie sich in einer Art Hinterhof befindet. Alessandro war stehts top erreichbar und konnte gute Empfehlungen geben, check in und check out total einfach mit code. Alles da, was man braucht für den Urlaub. Das einzige, was man beachten muss ist, dass das Wlan Signal schwach ist, weil man es sich teilt und man kann nicht mehrere Haushaltsgeräte gleichzeitig bedienen (z.b. Waschmaschine und Herd).

Il nostro soggiorno è andato molto bene. L’appartamento è delizioso e perfettamente rispondente alle foto. La posizione è molto tranquilla, ma comunque vicina al lungomare e non distante dal centro. La disponibilità di Francesco è un valore aggiunto. Abbiamo soggiornato con un bambino di 2 anni e l’esperienza è stata ottima, consiglio.

Haus ist in einem gute Lage. Zu Fuß 25-35 Minuten weit weg von Strände. Nicoletta war immer erreichbar und hat geholfen. Nur Wasserdruck in obere Badezimmer war nicht genug. Sonst alles war echt super. Vielen lieben Dank Nicoletta für deine Gastfreundschaft und Hilfsbereitschaft. Liebe Grüße aus Tirol Engin

Appartamento in centro a Cattolica di facile accesso, ampio, spazioso, funzionale, pulito. Ottimo l’ampio terrazzo, fruibile per cenare o pranzare all’aperto. Due balconi e l’esposizione su tre lati garantiscono un’ottima ventilazione dell’appartamento che permette di utilizzare il condizionatore al minimo. La disponibilità di quattro biciclette è stato un plus molto gradito. La cucina funziona egregiamente. Unico lato negativo, non legato all’ appartamento in sé, è il rumore dei motorini che sfrecciano nella via sottostante. Non posso che lasciare un’ottima recensione, un posto da tenere a mente per le prossime escursioni in riviera romagnola.

Wir sind so liebevoll aufgenommen worden und extra für uns wurde noch einmal die Zeit unserer Ankunft aus Mailand aktualisiert. Die Unterkunft war so wundervoll groß, hell, sauber, modern und chic ausgestattet. Sehr sehr verkehrsgünstig zu Fuß und mit Auto gelegen. Sehr gute Klimaanlage! Die Vermieter haben uns noch viele Discounts für Bagnio, Essen Unternehmungen gegeben. Bettwäsche, Seife, Handtücher, Shampoo waren wie ein sehr gutes Hotel vorhanden. Die Küche fantastisch ausgestattet. Supermarkt, Restaurants, Strand alles sofort fussläufig möglich. Wir waren sehr glücklich dort und würden am liebsten immer dort leben.

Meine Familie und ich hatten einen schönen Urlaub. Das Objekt und die Gastgeber waren großartig! Unsere Kinder haben sich über eigene Zimmer gefreut, ein Baby Bett gab es auch. Gab es ein Problem, konnten wir sofort die Gastgeber kontaktieren und bekamen schnell Hilfe. Wir sollten auch die Pflanzen am Objekt gießen, was einem das Gefühl gegeben hat zu Hause zu sein. Das Haus ließ keine Wünsche offen und der Bäcker, sowie der Strand waren gleich um die Ecke! Toll.

Wir haben uns in der schönen Wohnung von Monika und Christoph sehr wohl gefühlt! Mit Liebe eingerichtet, viel Platz und extrem sauber! Super Lage direkt neben der schönen Altstadt und einem kostenfreien Parkplatz. Die Kommunikation war perfekt, Monika und Christoph immer erreichbar und extrem freundlich. Herzlichen Dank, wir kommen auf jeden Fall wieder!!
