The villa proved to be an excellent location for my dad's 60th birthday party. There was plenty of space and the hosts were very communicative throughout our stay.

host was aware of Muslim needs. he prepare prayer mats and Muslim kitchen ware. swimming pool are clean. location are great. we were there for weekend road was busy till midnight. but we were not affected by the noise around the house.

It is huge place and easily fit up 10 + people. The location is nice , 3mins walking to shopping mall. Overall we enjoy the stay very much

We had a fantastic stay with our family. The host was very responsive and ensured everything was smooth from check-in to check-out. The place was perfect for both adults and kids. The swimming pool was great, the karaoke room added so much fun, and the play area kept the little ones entertained. It’s definitely an interesting place, and we truly enjoyed our time there. I recently stayed at this villa, and it was an absolutely amazing experience! The place was incredibly private, offering a perfect escape from the hustle and bustle of everyday life. It’s a peaceful and beautiful setting, ideal for relaxation. However, there was one drawback: the location. The villa is quite far, and the road to get there isn’t the easiest to walk on, which could be inconvenient for some. Overall, though, the positives far outweigh this one issue, and I would highly recommend it for those looking for a serene getaway

Our 3 families with kids ranging 8 to 13 years had a wonderful stay at Rock Inn. The house was wonderful - modern and beautifully-designed, taking into account the natural rocks. Kids enjoyed the pool table, arcade machine, swimming pool and master bath (complete with bath bomb). Adults played mahjong and chilled out, enjoying the sounds of nature. Yasir was helpful with our queries, and when we needed help.

The house is large can housed 22 adults with 11 beds. Taufiq the assistant was so friendly and responsive. Really nice place with nice well kept landscape. Walking distance to the beach with lots of restaurant around though we had our BBQ dinner. Only problem we had was the house is too near to the main road. In the middle of the night there are groups of mat rempit (group of bikers, not 1 but few groups taking turn) making so so much noise until almost 3am caused so much of nuisance. We reckon it was a pre Labour Day hence all the Malay guys were out for fun but that was extremely inconsiderate considering revving the bike during that hour. However that was beyond anyone’s control since they did in public space. We will certainly come back if opportunity allows. All the adults and kids had great time staying in this house.

great place for family gathering

Patricia was extremely responsive and polite. The villa was exactly as advertised. We booked it for a team engagement trip and the team of 24 has an amazing time. There were badminton rackets, putting, balls, pool with floats and even a kayak. We didn’t have any issue getting grab trpt or food and our bus is able to park right outside the property. Will definitely book this again if the occasion arises.

Brought my whole family — parents and siblings to Langkawi and stayed at The Fint Hus. We love it! The place was cozy, modern and beautiful. The host is very friendly and responsive. Everything was splendid.

Lovely stay with great communication from host and attempting to do everything to help our needs. We hosted a lovely birthday for my mum in the Villa and everything was catered for. Make sure to shut all doors to avoid any flies from getting in and also check the seasonality of the paddyfields. All in all a fantastic stay, in a great location

Atiya was very helpful and communicative throughout. We had a number of questions around local pediatricians, laundry etc and she helped us every single time. The house is pretty spacious and the area is quiet and residential. There are insects like cockroach, lizard, mosquitos etc but these are common in most warm countries. So would be good to carry insect repellent. The breakfasts served were delicious. All of us had an amazing time. We would recommend the home.

My family and i booked a 3 days 2 nights stay at this airbnb and everything was extremely wonderful. The host Jc was always responsive and gave a prompt answer whenever I had any questions and is always helpful as well as considerate. We felt very comfortable during our stay and enjoyed the pool as well as bbq pit provided. All was as described in the posting. Strongly recommend this place to everyone! Thanks again JC😊🙏

Excellent place and very nicely located centrally to all the places. We had hired a car from the host as well and it they made the whole process very smooth and amazing hosts.

Perfect place to stay, we and our friends loved the cold pool after a hot beach day. Absolutely perfect!

The family accommodations provide a comfortable stay, and the swimming facilities are well-maintained. However, additional outdoor lighting would enhance the nighttime ambiance and encourage guests to enjoy the outdoor areas more fully. One area for improvement is the privacy of the toilet facilities. The open design poses safety concerns for female guests, as there have been instances of lizards entering the shower area and the possibility of someone peeking in. Additionally, the room is meant to accommodate eight guests, but the provided plates and mugs are insufficient.

Nice place in between the paddy field, a perfect escape from the city. Property was as described by host, there is a nearest “kedai runcit” open until 12am within 50m radius. Overall everything was good, except the pool could be a bit clean as there were insects otherwise everything was perfect. Host was very responsive 👍🏻
