We stayed here for our annual Cousin vacation and had an amazing time. We were a party of 10, and spent lots of time downstairs playing games that were in the cabinet. The entire home was so comfortable and we all felt right at home. We cooked a huge Thanksgiving meal and were pleasantly surprised that Ken & Thomas had every kitchen item you could need.

Kevin's please is beyond what we expected. the men of our church had a men's conference there for the weekend and it was amazing even though it was winter. what a beautiful place. can't wait to visit again in the summer

Belle Terre Chateau was only minutes from downtown Helen and was great for a large group; in our case, we had 7 adults and 3 children. We used this place as our base in Helen, fixing food in the kitchen or getting take out from the restaurants in Helen, which were expectedly overrun in the days between Christmas and New Year's Day. Bedrooms were as advertised; one connects oddly between the master and the front hallway. Four-person hot tub was great for morning coffee wake-up. A few other nits typical of AirBnB rentals during the holidays: - Cleaning was not complete before 3:00 PM. (Late cleaning was non-issue as we arrived after cleaning finished.) - Previous guests left garbage disposal jammed and indicated non-existent problem with Keurig coffee maker. (Kathryn arranged fix to disposal. We determined coffee maker was fine.) - The lock box on the door to the basement confused us. (We ignored it.) Would return if visiting Helen again.

Of all of my AirBnB stays Natanya's place was by far the best experience to date. The house was amazing. It was perfect for what we were there for. There was so much space. Even after viewing the listing numerous times I was still shocked at how large the home was. It was perfectly stocked. It had something for everyone. The kids kept busy with the numerous activities the home has to offer - the game room, books, toys. The moms enjoyed the dock and hot tub, and the guys loved the fact that they could dock their fishing boats on the property. It was literally a dream house and we can't wait to go back.

Absolutely loved our stay at this Airbnb! The location is perfect—close to downtown yet feels like a peaceful retreat right on the river. The space is incredibly clean, open, and spacious, making it ideal for relaxing or entertaining. The amenities were top-notch; we especially enjoyed the hot tub and grill, which added a luxurious touch to our stay. Waking up to the beautiful river view in the morning was the cherry on top. Highly recommend this gem for anyone looking for a comfortable and memorable getaway!

We loved the cabin! It was just as described. It was clean and had everything we needed. I would definitely bring a different vehicle next time, had a little bit of a hard time maneuvering on the mountain roads to get up to the cabin. Steep downhill and inclines. Immaculately clean! We are very selective renters and this place went above and beyond expectations. Came to relax and we achieved that! It was quiet with plenty of privacy. The views were amazing, even with the water receded this time of year. Close to town without the feel of being close to town. Would definitely stay again!

Home was even larger and more beautiful in person! Jerry’s home was a dream and our group enjoyed our weekend there. Plenty of room to accommodate our entire group and the place immediately felt like home.

It’s nice place

We had a wonderful family Christmas at Baby Bear. Our family of 8 had plenty of room. My mom and husband, who have mobility issues loved the middle floor, my oldest daughter and her husband enjoyed the privacy of the downstairs room and their 15 year old twins had the top floor. The playroom was a delightful surprise and was well used and the fireplace was thoroughly enjoyed. The house was beautiful and the Christmas tree was such a sweet treat. We loved the kitchen and used it a lot, since the crowds in town were such that a party of 8 was nearly impossible to get seated. I can’t say enough about the house and location. It was beautiful, peaceful and just what we were looking for.

I had an absolutely amazing time staying at this house. The place was incredibly peaceful, and I loved every moment of it. The house itself was beautiful and well-maintained, making it a perfect getaway. One of my favorite features was the stunning view of the mountains, which made for some fantastic bird watching. I would definitely come back again. Highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful stay. Tim and Leigh are very kind and easy to communicate with when we had any questions. The location on the river is even more beautiful in person. The kitchen was well stocked. Leigh even had fresh basil in her garden for us to use for our dinner. We all loved our stay and hope to go back again.

Great place and conveniently located not far from town.

This was the most well-equipped vacation home we have ever rented! Kelley’s place is gorgeous, comfortable, and so close to Dahlonega. It was perfect for our family Christmas trip! From morning coffee lounging by the Christmas tree to after dinner drinks watching the projector screen in the movie room…just perfect! And only 3 miles to Dahlonega for a trip into “Christmas land.” If you are considering renting this place, just do it! Kelley is a dream to work with…she couldn’t have made it any simpler. 6 stars on a 5 star scale!

Home was exactly as described; home was clean and perfect for what we needed. Linens were fresh and clean. Definitely worth the cost for my family. Next time I am in this area I will choose this home. Not a lot of traffic outside, very peaceful and relaxing. Wish we could have utilized the fire pit out back, but we just didn't have enough time.

This was a great place for me and my family to get together for the holidays. The house has ample room for large families traveling with kids and fury friends. Being right in the River brings the relaxation to another level. Mitch was very quick to respond to any questions we had and was a great communicator. I would recommend this place to anyone looking to stay in the Dahlonega area.

We have stayed in many rentals and Lane’s place was by far the cleanest we have ever stayed in. It was the perfect size for two people and had everything we needed for the week. All we had to bring was our meals for breakfast for the week and then we ate out every other meal. Every morning we looked forward to waking up so we could look out on the beautiful mountains to see the Wagyu cattle and also to see if we could see any wildlife coming down the mountain. It was too cold to sit on the porch but we could see everything out the front door. We never seen any wildlife on the mountain but everyday we would go into a different town about an hour away and we seen at least 75 deer along the drive. We have never seen so many in one area. Lane was very nice and answered all the questions we had. We had a fantastic time and would recommend staying there.

What a wonderful weekend! Girls trip to wineries and this place was the perfect stay. Very comfortable, clean and zen. There were 10 of us and it fit us perfectly. Marla was so nice and easy to communicate with. Very responsive as I had lots of request. We are already planning our next trip and this will be exactly where we’ll wanna stay. Plus our new girls wine squad yearly getaway! Thank u for sharing ur beautiful home with us. Can’t wait to be back!

This place was FANTASTIC! It had everything we needed and more. Every detail that was put into this house was so thoughtful and planned out to a T! They definitely outdid themselves with this beautiful gem of a house. We came for our annual girls trip and will definitely be back!! Thanks for having us!

This place was such a peaceful retreat and I couldn’t recommend it more. Ralph was an excellent host and always responded quickly.

This Christmas vacation was one for the books! There was 13 adults and a 2 year old. There was so much room, we never felt crowded. This beautiful home is right in town and walking distance to all the restaurants, shops and the cutest town Square you’ve ever seen. We had zero problems but if I had a question, Lauren was very quick to respond and was very friendly and made us feel so welcomed. I loved that the kitchen table was big enough to sit all of us and the home was beautifully decorated for Christmas. This home was absolutely perfect in every way and these Christmas memories will last a lifetime!

We absolutely LOVED this cozy cabin! Highly recommend for anyone wanting a mountain getaway. It is in the perfect location to walk into town and drive to multiple hikes/trails within 30 minutes of the cabin.

It was a great place to stay! We liked that it was peaceful and quiet but we’re still able to go to surrounding towns.
