Bardzo Polecam to miejsce ! Ilaria była cudownym gospodarzem ❤️ To był nasz pierwszy pobyt we Włoszech 🇮🇹 i czuliśmy się dobrze zaopiekowani. Ilaria była cudownie cierpliwa gdy pytałam o wszystko, bardzo dobra komunikacja między nami 🙌🏼❤️ Bardzo Cię cieszę że trafiliśmy do takiego domu ! Coś o domu : Był cudowny, klimatyczny i czuliśmy sie w nim wspaniale ☺️ Bardzo czysto i schludnie , wszystkie udogodnienia jakie tylko chcesz mieć, kuchnia wspaniale wyposażona, ręczniki do dyspozycji w dużej ilości, pościel i poduszki czyste i schludne, telewizja (Netflix oraz Disney idealnie dla dzieci na wieczorne oglądanie), zabawki i dużo dużo książek dla Dzieci 🧒🏼 Moje dzieci były zachwycone tym miejscem 🙌🏼 Pralka i suszarka do dyspozycji gości. Miłe i spokojne, klimatyczne miejsce. Sklepy i restauracje bardzo blisko. Cudownie było spacerować po okolicy. Najpyszniejsze lody 10 minut spacerkiem 👌🏼🤩 parking z dużą ilością miejsc parkingowych, piękne budynki, plac zabaw i park tuż obok.

We truly enjoyed our stay at Patrizia‘s. The house and surroundings are so peaceful and quite. Patrizia was so welcoming and helpful with anything we needed as well as very knowledgeable about the area. We truly thank her for a wonderful Tuscan experience.

Super schöne Gegend. Wunderschöner Pool und super liebe Gastgeber. Die Anreise war kein Problem auch die etwas beschwerliche Straße war nach der 2 Auffahrt kein Problem mehr. Würde ich nur nicht mit einem tiefgelegtem Auto empfehlen 😉. Die Gastgeber waren bereits Vorort und der Check in war ein Träumchen und auch jederzeit zu erreichen. Werden definitiv wieder kommen. Absolute Empfehlung. 🫶

Alcova romantica a due passi dal centro città ma con i pregi della casa di campagna, silenziosa e ritirata. Bella struttura dove abbiamo passato una settimana di relax e che abbiamo usato come base per visitare Pistoia e l’Appennino. La signora Gianna ospite impeccabile. La consiglio

Nous avons passé un superbe séjour chez Carlo et Elena. Le jardin clôturé et la piscine étaient de vrais plus. Sans compter toutes les petites attentions que Carlo a pu avoir pour nous, et même un cadeau pour notre petit chiot. Le logement est paisible entouré de montagnes avec une belle vue. Nous recommandons cette maison et son hôte car tout était parfait!

Casa affascinante , molto curata e in ottima posizione per visitare San Gimignano, Siena, Volterra, Peccioli e altri borghi. Ottima comunicazione con Lorenzo che si è dimostrato cordiale e disponibile. Ci siamo trovati molto bene.

La casa è veramente ben fornita e Sabrina si è rivelata un’host veramente molto cordiale. Avremo sicuramente piacere di ritornare!

Wundervoller Rückzugsort in den toskanischen Bergen. Der Ausblick ins Tal ist grandios und lädt zum träumen ein. Im Jacuzzi die Sterne genießen und die Lichter im Tal, herrlich. Sehr ruhig und abgeschieden, weit weg vom Remmidemmi der Touristenorte. Wer es ruhig mag wird dort fündig. Die Unterkunft selbst ist rustikal und schön, alles vorhanden was man wirklich benötigt. Für meine beiden Töchter und mich war es eine schöne erste Station auf unserer Giro d‘Italia, wir würden wieder kommen :-)

Franco & family were outstanding hosts. Helped us with reservations & shopping recommendations. You must visit his leather stores. We all bought gorgeous coats & bags. Apt. Was beautiful in great location. Wish we could stay longer. Do not hesitate to book this.

Nous avons passé un excellent séjour dans cet appartement au charme italien. Il est idéalement placé, car très proche des monuments emblématiques de la région et des restaurants et autres commerces de proximité. Tout se fait à pied!!! Les propriétaires sont très accueillants, et rassurants (c'était ma première fois en Italie) et répondent rapidement aux messages. Nous recommandons cet appartement pour sa fonctionnalité, sa proximité et surtout pour le contact bienveillant des propriétaires. Si nous revenons à Florence, nous re prendrons cet appartement!

We had an amazing stay at Francesco’s place. It was within walking distance to everything. About a 10 minute walk from the train station. It was just as described and Francesco and his team went over and above to allow us to check in early and store our luggage when we had to check out. They were so friendly and easy to work with. This Airbnb has an elevator and it has about 1 and a half flight of stairs up to the location. Once again, we highly recommend this Airbnb for the walk ability of its location as well as the kindness of the hosts. Thank you so much!

‘Perfect’ is the best way to describe our stay. Location, staff, communication, apartment, everything was just perfect! Look no further, this can only be highly recommended for everyone going to Florence. Consider though that the 2nd bedroom is on an elevated platform in the main living space, so it lacks a bit of privacy if that’s crucial to you.

Luca was a great host! Easy check in and they provided everything we needed!The apartment was clean and beautiful! The location is great! In the heart of Florence! Wonderful stay! I highly recommend! I would most definitely stay there again!

O apartamento de Marzia é incrível. Não tenho um ponto negativo para falar sobre ele. Espaçoso, localização excelente (fizemos tudo a pé em Firenze), limpo, com diversos utensílios. Marzia foi extremamente atenciosa. Com certeza me hospedaria novamente.

We could not have asked for a more perfect place and location for our first time in Florence. The rooftop was a bonus and had exceptional views. It was a great way to end each night up there. We could walk everywhere from the Airbnb. We felt very safe. The apartment was very clean so cute, so quaint. I really can’t say great things about it. Massimo was incredibly amazing as well. He waited for us outside the Airbnb to make sure we got in ok, showed us around, and gave us a little gift before leaving.

Our three-night stay in Florence was truly unforgettable, and the private rooftop apartment we stayed in made it all the more special. Marusca personally greeted us upon arrival and offered excellent recommendations for local dining and sightseeing. Some of the best pizza and gelato we’ve ever experienced! Nestled in the highly desired area of Ponte Vecchio, the location was perfect—just steps away from the iconic bridge and surrounded by the charm of Florence’s historic heart. From the moment we arrived, the breathtaking views from the rooftop took our breath away. We enjoyed glimpses of the Arno River from our bedroom, along with views of the Duomo and live music from the old Florentine jazz band down on the street below. The combination of location, luxury & the stunning rooftop views made this stay an exceptional experience. It was the perfect base for exploring Florence, and we’ll forever cherish the memories made in this beautiful city. Counting down the days until our return!

Der Aufenthalt war wunderschön! Die Villa war unglaublich, der Ausblick, die Möbel, die Zimmer und der Pool. Wir waren so glücklich, dort zu sein. Die Zimmer waren neu und sauber. Auf jedes Detail wurde geachtet. Christina war unglaublich hilfreiche und immer erreichbar. Ohne sie wären wir aufgeschmissen. Wir hatten leider öfter private Probleme und jedes Mal hat sie uns geholfen und uns Lösungen gebracht. Wir mich und meine Freunde war dieser Aufenthalt unvergesslich!

Gorgeous accommodation in an amazing location. The closeness to Lucca, Pisa etc… makes everything so easy to reach, absolutely convenient. The house is huge with extremely comfortable beds and unique furniture. The bedrooms and bathrooms were spotless and tastefully equipped. It’s hard to spend any time in the house though as the garden is simply divine, it’s a gorgeous, park-like garden with thousands of flowers, so peaceful. Our children spent many hours in the gigantic pool, perfect in the hot summer :-). The owners were incredibly friendly and made us feel very comfortable and we loved cuddles from the beautiful Hugo X. Thank you again and highly recommend this beautiful home away from home.

Eravamo uno storico gruppo di amici composto di 12 persone. La casa è grandissima e molto attrezzata con diversi spazi comuni dove è possibile ritrovarsi comodamente insieme. Il terrazzo e la vista sono spettacolari. Una casa lussuosa che ci ha permesso un soggiorno splendido in bella compagnia.

Besten Dank. Es hat uns gut gefallen. Vor allem der Pool war eine Bereicherung für diese Hitze. Achtung, es hat sehr viele Mücken. Gut einsprayen oder was da haben, wo raucht gegen Mücken. Die Badezimmer sind hübsch, sowie die Zimmer. Es hat fast alles was man braucht. Auch die Grillecke ist toll. Wir kommen gerne wieder. Danke und liebe Grüsse

We had a lovely stay at Leonardos villa in the hills of the Tuscany. The place has different villas that are within walking distance of each other but with enough distance so that privacy is kept. The villa is very rustic and old, which creates the Italian charm, but of course ants also find their way into the house which you need to be aware of. We were not disturbed by that and loved the country- style feeling of the place!

Abbiamo trascorso 3 giorni per un addio al nubilato. La villa é davvero pazzesca, anche più bella che in foto. ogni piano é indipendente, con al sua cucina, il suo salotto, il suo bagno e le camere. La casa é pazzesca in ogni dettaglio, dall'arredamento ai servizi inclusi. la pergola, la piscina e la vista sono spettacolari e ce le siamo davvero godute. Abbiamo anche organizzato una festa con il deejay nella pergola, stupenda! il proprietario é stato davvero top: molto disponibile in ogni nostra richiesta ed é stato anche molto flessibile sia nel check-in che nel check out. Posto assolutamente consigliato!!!

Very nice place with everything you need for a successful vacation. The kitchen and especially outdoor kitchen were well equipped to easily cook nice dinners for a bigger group. The pool was very nice. The house was clean and the bathrooms looked completely renovated. The best part was the hospitality of the owners. Very welcoming people that know the answer to all your questions about the area. Would recommend!

Wonderful stay at Domizio’s place. The villa and the whole property is huge and magical with hidden rooms and spaces all around. Everything was a unique experience: from the entrance at the gate and passing through the park and gardens to jumping on your comfortable king bed with a private terrace. We are a big group of friends cooking a lot and having fun at the patio, the pace was perfect for that.
