I felt right at home, in this very private condo with private parking and balcony. It was much more spacious than anticipated. Great location walking distance to coffee shops, restaurants and downtown Santa Monica and the beach. Perfect for a morning stroll before a work day and or a leisurely weekend. My work trip felt like vacation. Will stay again.

A peaceful place to stay! The location is great, with a supermarket nearby for convenience. The atmosphere is calm and relaxing. The host was welcoming and attentive. Highly recommended!

Staying at Carlos’s place was perfect for us. The place was spotless and the neighborhood pristine. Shops and restaurants were in walking distance with a nice variety to choose from. If we had questions, Carlos was easy to get in touch with. I’d definitely stay here again.

My family is from a small town and this is out first west coast vacation. We enjoyed the vibrant city location walkable to the beach, stores, and restaurants. Even groceries were close by. Also felt safe were the apt is located.

This was the cleanest most comfortable rental we've ever had. Quiet, comfortable, ceiling fans, new windows and very oretty interior. Great pillows too which is rare. No outdoor space but the bay is 4 doors away. We didnt have a car which might have been a challenge to park but the Circuit took us everywhere we coukdnt walk!

Apartamento extremamente limpo e confortável, todo equipado com fogão, máquina de lavar, geladeira. Ideal para viagem sozinho ou casal. Ótima localização, em frente ao Píer de Santa Monica, ponto principal da cidade. Perto de bons restaurantes e da orla da praia. A facilidade de ter um estacionamento seguro no prédio também é um ponto positivo. Comunicação com John foi fácil e ele responde super rápido. Os dias em Santa Mônica foram ótimos.

The home was perfect for a Monrovia/ Los Angeles stay. Very clean and Richard was great with communication. Prior to booking he explained the unit is located on a busy street with no on property parking, as I was visiting with my child. There is street parking is very close and on the busiest holiday weekend in Monrovia we had no issues parking. The property was spotless with everything we needed. I will definitely book again.

Nice place. Unit has everything you need. Small driveway, definitely not for SUVs. Would definitely stay again!

I enjoyed my stay at Mia’s place in so many ways! The place is situated right next to so many spots around LA. You can easily walk and explore, or grab an Uber somewhere since it is in close proximity to many well known areas. The home is very minimalist and chic. It felt welcoming and cozy, giving the feeling like you are actually living and working in LA. The area felt very safe with no disturbances occurring during my time there. It is located right next to a Main Street and I loved seeing the busy traffic during rush hour, so if you like a lively, city vibe experience, then this is for you. Mia is very responsive and is very timely in contacting you via text right before you check in to make sure everything goes smoothly. She answered questions I had within minutes of texting her. I was very comfortable staying here and it would be my go to spot if I were to ever return.

As my first Airbnb stay, I couldn’t have had a nicer host. Very helpful and kind. Flexible, responsive, and helpful! Such a nice guy! Charming place.

I loved the location, it was perfect for us since we needed to be walking distance to Sunset Blvd. for our trip planned. There was not any hot water the entire stay but Sonya was very responsive and tried to get it taken care of so I do appreciate that! Other than the hot water issue I loved everything else. Would go back again.

I really enjoyed my stay and wish to come back to this place again! The host was very helpful and friendly and quick to respond! The location was close to everything and grocery store is just steps away. I definitely recommend this place to everyone! :)

It was an absolutely great stay! We booked the place super last minute (literally an hour before arriving) and it was already late in the evening (around 8/8:30 PM), but both hosts were incredibly responsive and accommodating. The place was clean, cozy, and in an amazing location. We’ll definitely be back!

Excellent place. Very quiet. Great shower. Peaceful and good sunlight. The only downside for me was the bed is too soft for my preference, but I would stay again since the place is well worth it.

The apartment is spacious and cozy, providing ample space to sleep and relax — a great pied a terre for visitors looking to get around the city's various corners. The building is clean and the heated pool and hot tub are welcome additions. The bus stops outside the building, but a parking spot is available upon request, making it a convenient jumping-off point. Maxime herself was proactive in making sure we were comfortable, reaching out during our stay to ensure everything was going smoothly and that we were satisfied with our accommodation. I'll definitely be checking in again next time I visit the city.

Le logement était parfait par sa localisation. C est une résidence sécurisée avec une place de parking sécurisée également. Situé non loin du portail de l entrée principale, il était de ce fait un peu bruyant mais ça allait. J aurais apprécié également pouvoir assombrir la pièce pour dormir , il manquerait peut être des rideaux épais pour la nuit. Sinon nous avons passé un bon séjour dans cet appartement. Merci Joy

With 3 kids, I’ve become a germaphobe when it comes to them. I felt right at home as soon as we walked in. Truly immaculate!! The open space and cleanliness of it all made me feel so good about our stay. Communication was on point with any questions that we had. Definitely recommend this place to everyone staying in the LA area!! Thank you!!

Really clean apartment, spacious and equipped well. Conveniently located, just 15mins from airport, Venice Beach is close by. Overall a pleasant stay!

This downtown Hollywood apartment was the perfect stay! The space was incredibly clean, well-maintained. The complex itself was great with amazing extras like pool and gym. The host was incredibly responsive and made sure I had everything I needed. The location was great, with easy access to restaurants and parking included. Highly recommend!

Nice place. The building is very confusing. My girlfriend didn’t feel very safe in the garage, since there’s drug consumption and lots of dark corners. But to be clear: This is not the Mona’s fault!

Leon's place was spacious and clean with easy access to all Hollywood and LA have to offer!

The location is fantastic—perched perfectly for amazing views. That said, it’s still Los Angeles, so I’d highly recommend having a car. Checking in can be a bit tricky if you're driving, but the provided instructions are clear and helpful. The amenities are top-notch, and the layout of the place is very well thought out. The dimmable lights add a cozy, welcoming vibe that really makes the space feel like home.

This was an absolutely amazing place to stay! The place was super clean, had the most incredible view of LA and the building is super SAFE and thorough which really stood out to us as travellers. Place was very close to public transportation, grocery stores, restaurants and cafes! James was also amazing to communicate with, quick responding, friendly and very accommodating. Thank you for making our first time in LA incredible!
