Great location for FSU game weekend. Clean and had everything we needed. Would definitely stay again.

We enjoyed a great stay with friends at Jonathan's Midtown Quaint Retreat. It was convenient to FSU and restaurants. Plenty of parking for 3 vehicles, rooms were clean, beds were comfortable, and the living room accommodated us comfortably. The retreat was easy to access and we felt safe. We appreciated Jonathan's hospitality!

Great AIRBNB. We were so happy to stay there. The host was so nice to us and easy to communicate with that I wish we were friends. The house is charming and the location is excellent--close in but right on Lake Ella so it was beautiful and quiet. It had everything I like. I like lots of pillows--it had lots of pillows, blankets, hangers--the kitchen was set up great with lots of dishes. And so importantly, the beds were amazing: very comfortable and good for our backs. It was very nice to have a first class temperature control system. We went at the coldest time of the year--December--and it was great to be able to adjust the temperature. All in all I would definitely stay there again. Wish they were all like this. Nancy

I selected this location based on it's proximity to my areas of need (Capitol complex) other factors I weighed were the layout, safety, cost and comfort. This was a 15 day stay and I had a lot of needs to meet. The property is fine, it is as presented and well resourced. There are certainly plenty of locations that meet this standard. The standout is the exceptional communication and support from the host. It would be impossible to be find a higher standard of excellence in user experience. Other favorites were how clean the property was upon arrival and the beds are memory foam (which was a factor in selection for me as well). I would stay here again or any property they oversee. While there is no obligation or expectation that a host meet such a high standard to service, it certainly creates an elevated experience and should bring comfort to anyone considering this property or these hosts.

House Carianna is really a home away from Home. The home is extremely clean, peaceful, cozy and within a 15 min ride to the state Capitol. All the necessary stores and restaurants are close by. Parking is available in the driveway. Host is very friendly and attentive with quick responding. Can’t wait to come back.

We will definitely seek out this rental when we visit Tallahassee again. Janice and her team thought of everything to make our stay exceptional. The bed in the main bedroom was very comfortable and there were plenty of linens. The kitchen was fully equipped and the washer and dryer is a plus. You could not hear the neighbors at all. It is so close to shopping and a variety of restaurants. Thank you so much for making our stay so pleasant.

We really enjoyed our stay at Lourdes house for thanksgiving. The place was very clean, comfortable and the beds were very comfortable. One bed is more firm than the other two which worked out great as one person preferred more firm beds. Lourdes was very responsive to our questions.

Nhan’s place was one of the nicest Airbnbs I’ve stayed in. The rooms were spacious, immaculately clean, and well appointed. The living room furniture and beds were super comfortable, the interior was quiet, and the blackout bedroom shades ensured a great night sleep. We were 2 couples in town for a funeral. This was the perfect place to be together or have our own space when we wanted it. My sister-in-law didn’t want to leave! Thank you Nhan for a beautiful place to stay and for being a great host!
