Great place to stay, has all your needs but seems more of a short term stay than long term because of no cookware as mentioned in the listing, safe area, a small drive to get to hot spots but worth the privacy and safety

We enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again. It was our base to visit White Sands N.P. and Organ Mountains N.M. We liked the furniture and artwork in the house a lot. Neighborhood was very quiet. We appreciate being able to have our dog with us. The house was very clean and we took advantage of the full kitchen.

We stayed here for three nights . Loved the house--the wonderful decor, fenced back yard for our two dogs, and the best-equipped kitchen we've ever had at an Airbnb! And, it was close to so many things--shopping, restaurants, and a park with a small lake and ducks, which our dogs enjoyed. Next time we're in Las Cruces, we'll definitely try to book Suzie's house!

Nice, roomy property in a quiet neighborhood. Check in was easy with a keyless door and directions were clear. The home was comfortable with a large smart TV, dependable WiFi and a nice king bed (and others we didn’t need). Parking was convenient in the driveway and our dog enjoyed the enclosed backyard. It was a good stay that we are happy to recommend.

The level of preparation to anticipate a guest's needs was amazing. All bedrooms were tastefully decorated, with matching towels for ease of identification. The open floor plan in the kitchen, eating area, and living room was wonderful. The showers were extremely clean, with washcloths, q-tips, shampoo, meeting guest needs. Also the kitchen was stocked with a toaster oven and toaster, coffee maker and keurig, stove and oven and a huge assortment of cooking utensils, a huge variety of cookware, glassware,etc. Above and beyond - truly above and beyond is the set up of this property. Finally, the bedrooms are well appointed, beds comfortable, with an assortment of pillows, huge closets oh, and a separate room altogether for laundry. As we will be visiting aging relatives often, we hope to make this our preferred location in which to stay for future trips.

Wow! What a magical place to stay for Christmas. Lisa went out of her way to make it feel Christmasy for my son that was feeling homesick. House was better than described, everything you could possibly need or want was thought of. We loved our stay!! One thing not mentioned is there are 7 saucer sleds for sledding in White Sands National Park. We had a blast doing that, be sure to buy the wax at the gift shop to make the sleds fly. The hosts were extremely responsive to a small issue we had, sending a plumber over within minutes to save the day. We had lots of fun in the pool and liked scampering over to the hot tub after to warm up. This place was a hit for everyone in the family from grandparents, to us, to our son. Also, the kitchen was really nice and very well equipped. We were able to make a beautiful Christmas dinner easily. There are so many extra sweet touches in this place, you will have a blast discovering them all. Stop searching, just stay here!!!

Carla was wonderful and her place was exactly as advertised, along with a stocked kitchen and extras, like snacks, some spices and plastic wrap! Place itself was very quiet and peaceful and being right across the street from the college was perfect for morning walks/runs.

We had a wonderful stay; everything was very clean and comfortable. The bed was nice and comfy. The cookware and utensils were good, although some of the utensils and the blanket were dirty. Overall, we had a great stay.

The space was clean, lots of sunlight and it’s private. We enjoyed the ac that worked really well and the bed is very comfortable. The weights and treadmill was a nice amenity. Responsive and friendly host, highly recommend!

My sister and I loved staying at this lovely home in Las Cruces! We used it as a home base to explore White Sands on a long road trip. So we were so grateful for the extremely comfortable beds, the big and well stocked kitchen, laundry, and cozy living room. Thank you Del for your kindness and lovely home—especially when we had to extend last minute due to a dust storm. We were grateful for the safety of this lovely home!!! I highly recommend!

Honestly my stay couldn't have been any better. The location felt safe and was outside of any noisy city like stuff. The apartment was clean and had a very warm feel. Lots of light all around! I was there to hike the Organ Mountains and visit some surrounding areas like Carlsbad Caverns and Gila National Forest ( not planned but found in guest book. Thank you! ). It was a quick easy drive to the Organ Mountains.. Maybe 20 minutes or so depending on what trail. If you're a hiker or looking for some beautiful sites this air bnb is for you! It's also not far from main Street in Las Cruces and the small historical town of Mesilla. Highly recommended spot

Great location near the historic Mesilla Plaza. Perfect space for our needs. We were three adults and the space never felt cramped. Would book again on a future trip.

This was the second time I stayed at this property and it was very clean, I felt very safe in the gated community, very peaceful and good location. I will definitely stay here in the future!

The location and building complex was perfect. We enjoyed being able to walk to Mesilla. The place is much more spacious than it shows in the pictures, which was a very pleasant surprise, with lots of storage space too. Very bright place and quiet. It felt very safe and the perfect location to do day trips around Las Cruces area. We stayed for a little bit over two weeks, and we would stay there again if available.

Cute little nice spot in a convenient and walkable location from within the city. Cozy experience and Marco was excellent at responding and giving us any necessary details we needed. Would stay again!

This large, beautiful new apartment was immaculate, quiet, had a comfortable bed, was well appointed and well-stocked with everything we needed. Shirley responded quickly to our needs and was flexible with requests. A good location near many restaurants and the charming old town of Mesilla., we would recommend and return again.

We have stayed at 3 locations in the same Villa and this one is the best so far. Great location. My wife and I like to host Thanksgiving lunch every year and the place was a little tight but everyone loved the place, they are all locals. Really like this Villa and everyone is very friendly. looking forward to next year.
