La Paz : locations de vacances avec terrasse

Quedamos encantados, el lugar muy bonito y cómodo. Está cerca de todo lo bonito, queda como a 7 minutos caminando del malecón, la atención es súper rápida y siempre están pendientes a los mensajes Súper recomendado, sin duda queremos volver!!!

Great location with awesome ocean view. It was also peaceful and quiet with a great deck overlooking the pool. We were able to walk to restaurants, had a parking space for our car and the stroage closet with beach chairs was fantastic, as we went to several beaches and made use of them. Tom was very responsive when we texted needing some recomendations. We would definitely stay there again.

Really enjoyed staying here while on a solo trip to La Paz! The loft was the perfect size for one person and was set in a safe quiet commnuity.

Place is simple with everything you need for short or long stay. Gustavo is a friendly and helpful host! Noise from traffic and barking dogs is unavoidable, but earplugs to sleep worked perfect for me.

una estancia bastante agradable, por la noche cero ruidos, así que tu descanso es total. dos baños completos y 1 de tocador , es excelente. frente a un soriana, a una cuadra de avenida principal, lo cual te hace muy fácil agarrar camino hacia el norte, y hacia el malecón llegas en 10mn. la casa excelente, un extra fabuloso es que tienen botellas de agua en el refrigerador . una terraza para llegar a tomar un vino por la noche , cuando llegas de las actividades. muchas gracias por todo, en mis recomendaciones quedarán incluidos para mis conocidos que viajen a este hermoso destino La Paz Baja california

El lugar es tal cual y las fotos , una casa súper bonita y acogedora , si es invierno no hace frío en la casa y el fraccionamiento es muy seguro, la comunicación con la anfitriona es súper buena y muy atenta, el lugar está a 20 min del malecón en auto pero súper fácil de llegar , 100%recomendado

Muy acogedor y a gusto la casa. Tenía variedad en los utensilios de cocina y nos dejó agua y sack lo cual es un muy lindo detalle. Incluso tiene lugar para secar ropa en el exterior. Daniela estuvo atenta todo el tiempo y fue muy rápida respondiendo. Lo único que diría es que no cuenta con estacionamiento propio, es en la calle pero se sintió seguro el lugar.

Fue sumamente agradable el hospedaje sin duda regresaré, todo estaba súper bien, muy equipada la casa y limpia, además de contar con tiendas cerca y la zona es tranquila, además Reyna fue muy amable y nos ayudó en todo momento, muchas gracias.☺️

Es la primera vez que viajo y utilizo el servicio y quede encantada, todo muy cómodo, el lugar estaba tranquilo y con todo cercano, sin dunda volvería

Tom was very responsive. The place is great if you bring kids, with a warm pool they’ll enjoy. It’s a big place and you can have everything you need for having lunch there. It’s safe if you bring a car.

Armando fue un anfitrión excelente. Su lugar estaba impecable, bien ubicado y con todas las comodidades necesarias para una estancia cómoda. La comunicación fue clara y rápida en todo momento, lo que hizo que todo el proceso fuera muy sencillo. Sin duda, volvería a hospedarme aquí. ¡Recomendado al 100%!

Our experience at this Airbnb in La Paz was nothing short of exceptional! From the moment we arrived, we felt welcomed and at home. The host was incredibly attentive, providing clear instructions for check-in and offering great recommendations for local area. The property itself was immaculate. The decor had a modern yet cozy touch, and the space was thoughtfully designed with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including a fully equipped kitchen and high-speed Wi-Fi. The outdoor balcony was perfect for morning coffee or sunset cocktails. I will say there isn’t a dryer in condo as listed, but we were able to hang clothes on dry rack and they were dry by next day so no biggie. The location was ideal, close enough to downtown La Paz for easy access to shops and dining, yet tucked away in a peaceful neighborhood. This Airbnb exceeded all our expectations, and we can’t wait to return.

Great spot for home base on a 3 day stay in La Paz. Apartment was clean, rooftop patio was super fun to chill at, and Andrea was super responsive. We would definitely stay here again!

It's a nicely appointed and well managed apartment about 10 minutes from the malecon in a safe neighborhood. It has a view of the water and we loved that we could walk out the sliding glass doors and directly to the pool area. We also enjoyed eating outside and watching the beautiful sunsets. We appreciated the amenities, including the small gym, pickleball courts, and playground. Miguel and Julio were very responsive and helpful. We appreciated their support and understanding with a problem we caused and resolved it quickly. They also recommended a local tour group who were fantastic. Our kids loved the pool (unheated) and hot tub. It felt like our own private pool since we only shared it one other time during our stay. One thing to note, you do need to ask for the hot tub to be turned on and it takes 2 hours to heat up. This wasn't a problem for us and either Miguel or Julio would ask for us or there is someone who cleans the pool daily so it's easy to ask in the morning.
