Nous avons occupé le logement de Catherine durant 45 jours et le recommandons sans réserve . Tout peut se faire à pieds . Garage disponible dans l’immeuble. Le logement est équipé de toutes les commodités pour faciliter la vie de tous les jours . Superbe terrasse ensoleillée et confortable avec vue directement sur la mer .

Piccolo appartamentino in posizione super centrale, all’interno di un cortile e quindi senza vista sul mare, però molto comodo per tutti i servizi. Sottolineo l’estrema pulizia, l’organizzazione e l’ordine dell’appartamento, cosa non scontata. Era dotato di tutti i comfort necessari per un breve soggiorno, l’appartamento è in ottimo stato, tutto l’ arredamento, bagno compreso, è nuovo.

Our stay in Nice was absolutely great. Sabine and Elodie were extremely kind to us. Despite running into issues very late at night, the hosts were extremely responsive and did their best to help us. They’ll never leave you stranded and will always try their best to help you solve any issues. As for the place itself, it was very clean and just as we expected! Location was great, and very safe at night. It was a great stay and we would do it again :).

À proximité de la Croisette, des commerces et restaurants ou épiceries fines , le soleil est bien visible sur la terrasse dès le matin .

El apartamento estaba en perfectas condiciones, todos los muebles muy muy bonitos, y en perfectas condiciones, en perfecta armonía con la decoración, muy bien equipado, no le faltaba nada, la atención del Host fue excelente, siempre muy atento, nos sentimos muy cómodos.

Le logement est très bien placé et bien équipé. Le petit balcon est un vrai plus. Les nuits sont calmes malgré un peu de passage sur le boulevard. L'accueil de François était chaleureux et complet, nous reviendrions avec plaisir.

Daniel est un hôte très honnête. Bon rapport qualité/prix Appartement propre et la place de parking très appréciée. Merci beaucoup.

Annie's place is a great way to experience Nice. It is perfectly located: walking distance from the main train station, main shopping street, and beach front, but at the same time nestled in a side street so it's not too noisy. I felt very safe walking at night in the area.

Die Unterkunft ist fantastisch gelegen, mitten in der Altstadt von Antibes. Julie hat stets schnell geantwortet und war sehr hilfreich.

Very nice property with great furnishings and all amenities. The place looks to have been recently renovated and well maintained. Mathias was very responsive and great to deal with. He was flexible where he could be which helped a lot. Would definitely rebook if staying in the area.

여행을 마무리하고 니스에서 출국하기 전 마지막 숙소였습니다. 마지막 정리를 하기에 불편함이 하나 없는 매우 깨끗하고 넓은 숙소였습니다. 전날 일정으로 매우 늦게 도착했지만 미리 알려주신 정보로 숙소에 잘 도착했습니다. 주차도 매우 쉬워요! 아침에 일어났들때 양쪽의 넓은 창으로 보는 정원은 정말 아름다웠습니다. 다른 숙소에서는 볼수 없었던 아기침대와 방충망도 있었고요! 길게 머물지 못했던 것이 아쉽네요. 적극 추천하는 숙소입니다.

Perfect for our three night stay. Has all the essentials that you need. The pictures and description are very accurate. We had an issue with the dishwasher but Romain was quick to respond and come to the property to fix it. Highly recommend.

A beautiful apartment, spotlessly clean and very comfortable. We loved our stay here! The apartment is perfectly located for exploring Nice. It is only 5 minutes walk from the beach and with lots of restaurants, boulangeries and supermarkets nearby. Most of Nice is easily accessible on foot, but there are other transport links (tram, bus, train) nearby too. The perfect place to stay in Nice, we hope to return one day!

Le logement es très bien situé, tout est à proximité et se fait à pied : la plage, le port, la gare, le marché couvert...Ce qui est top, surtout avec la place de parking !! L'appartement est fonctionnel, dans une très belle résidence, conforme à l'annonce. Vanessa et son mari sont super disponibles, réactifs et arrangeant pour les horaires d'entrée et ou de départ. Un cours séjour mais à refaire. Je recommande, allez y !!

We had the most amazing stay at Etienne’s Airbnb! The location, cleanliness, space & facilities were all fantastic! It was an easy walk to the Palais, supermarket, harbour, and shops! Etienne is such a lovely gentleman that was always there to help! If you are elderly or have mobility issues, please note that there isn’t a lift and you need to carry your suitcase up 2 flights of stairs. We will definitely return and stay at Etienne’s Airbnb!!

Logement pratique, à quelques minutes de Grasse. Hôte accueillant et sympathique. Lit confortable et parking sécurisé.

très bel appartement, tout petit mais très bien organisé, parfait pour une escapade en amoureux, un cocon très accueillant dans un village calme et agréable. Brian a été incroyablement proactif et clair, super hôte et super lieu.

Nous avons passé un très bon moment dans ce logement, tout était impeccable et joliment aménagé, les environs sont magnifiques, les hôtes sympathiques et réactifs, jolie terrasse et jacuzzi très agréable! Nous habitons la région et nous souhaitions un petit moment paisible et chaleureux : c’était exactement ce que nous recherchions, nous sommes ravis et comptons revenir bientôt :) ! Je recommande vivement !

Très bel endroit, un lieu parfait pour se détendre, avec l'atout majeur bien évidemment le jacuzzi... très agréable pour se détendre, parfait. Merci Jean Marc pour votre accueil.

We really enjoyed our stay at Miguel's place. It was only a few minutes walk to get into town amongst all of the lovely restaurants, and just a short walk to the seafront. The Jacuzzi was a great addition and there were several small details which were very much appreciated and made our stay really pleasant. For example there was a washing machine and a washing and fabric softener pod left out for us to use. Our only small criticism was that there is a fair bit of traffic noise in the garden as the apartment is close to a busy junction. There are some lovely big floor to ceiling windows which open the apartment to the garden. When these are closed the noise is essentially silenced, and the noise was not at all noticeable at night. Overall we had a wonderful few days - thank you Miguel!

Not even 2 minutes from the train station. Lovely view and near a lidl and some other little supermarkets which is very convenient. 10 mins max from either tram line too. Host is super quick getting back to you when you need anything which is great. Place was gorgeous! Jacuzzi was lovely. Had on his listing that is had scaffolding but there wasn’t any when we got there 10/10 loved out stay
