Royce is a great host. He was very proactive and responsive at all times. The place served our purpose. No car parking in the premise is a minus but the street parking was not an issue.

Excellent choice in the heart of the city, everything available in walkable distance. Rooms were kept very neat amd clean especially bathrooms. Care taker who is very friendly and supportive. Its surround by homes not suitable for party's and celebrations.

We had a wonderful stay. The location was great and peaceful off the main road but easily accessible to the metro. We did not need a car and were able to get around easily. The home was clean and the hosts were responsive and kind during our stay.

My recent stay at V's property was absolutely fantastic! From start to finish, the experience was seamless and enjoyable. Mr. V had clearly provided directions to reach the place. The accommodation exceeded my expectations - clean, spacious, and equipped with everything I needed for a pleasant stay. The attention to detail in the decor and furnishings really added to the charm of the place. The villa is very spacious with 3 bedrooms, a kitchen and a dining room. The exterior was also very mesmerising with lots of trees and plants. One of the highlights of my stay was the personalized recommendations provided by the host for local attractions, restaurants, and activities. It truly enhanced our experience and allowed us to explore the area like a local. The host Mr. V went above and beyond to make sure we felt welcome and comfortable. Overall I would recommend this stay to anyone who is looking for a stay in and around the area. Great quality for the price!!

This is hands down the best Airbnb experience we have had. The warmth and affection Viji Chechi showed made us feel like we were staying at a home away from home. By the end of our stay, she felt like one of our family members. Another great thing about this property other than its stunning infrastructure,space and warm host is that it is pet friendly. We had the pleasure of staying with Deepu and his family whilst on our visit to kerala. From the minute we arrived Deepu and Christine made us feel so welcome and helped us so much . "The apartment was absolutely spotless and beautifully decorated. Our host went above and beyond to make sure we felt at home. "Communication was seamless with the family . They invited us to meet friends and even go away to visit them on a trip we never would have experienced. I cannot put into words how special Deepu and Christine made our visit , Breakfast was absolutely beautiful and traditional I will certainly return. Thank you Deepu to you and your family and friends. I feel we arrived as guests but left as good friends . Highly recommend a visit to stay . Aanandam homestay felt like we were at our own home. Very comfy room, spacious living room and kitchen. They also provided some cooking dishes and dinnerware which came in handy for us. Office staff were always pleasant and welcoming. Overall very comfortable stay!

It is an extremely serene and calm place. It was perfect for our family getaway and apt for our occasion. 2 caretakers helped us with everything and were very responsive whenever a need arose. It was a great space.

The place was at a walking distance from lulu mall and metro station,So it was easy to reach many places .The flat was similar to the photos and extremely neat.Set in a great peaceful location,we found it very homely.The host was very welcoming and helpful.I would recomend this place to other people.
