Ko Samet : locations de vacances avec accès à la plage

The villa and the surroundings exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was spacious and fully furnished with tasteful decor. Beds were comfortable and the bed linens clean (actually the whole place was spotless). The pool was large and clean. What made our stay really special was the beach, just a few yards from the pool. The beach went on for miles in each direction and was pretty clean with wonderful views. We will certainly consider returning next year!

Cheap and cheerful, close to the beach and nice moo baan. Need your own transportation. Good value for money.

We had a great stay here. Would definitely be back and were actually pretty sad when we had to leave. The Airbnb is perfect for working remotely, even with an extra screen (HDMI connection). It's quiet, spacious, super modern, 10-15min walk away from the ocean and 7/11. There is a pool to use and laundry for 40 bhat. So everything here you need for a nice stay :)

Mikael ist ein super freundlicher Host. Die Unterkunft war doppelt vergeben aber Mikael hatte sofort eine Lösung parat die wunderbar funktioniert hat. Ich habe mich in det Unterkunft als auch in der Umgebung sehr wohl gefühlt. Großer Pluspunkt war auch, dass eine Sauna verfügbar war. Ich würde sofort zurückkommen.

We had a 4 night getaway at Pakawat’s condo. The room was super clean and everything was like new. The staff and security in the building were very nice and the surrounding area is quiet and peaceful. We spent our days on the beautiful beach right in front and in the evenings there are many restaurants and bars to choose from (we loved eating seafood on the beach at Laem Ya Restaurant). I would love to stay here again when I return!

Wir waren knapp 4 Wochen da und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Wir wollen auf jeden Fall wieder kommen.

Vi hade en jättefin månad i huset, vi var mellan 4 och 6 personer. Huset låg längst ner i området vilket vi tyckte var skönt. Mycket fina trädgårdar o vackert i området., rent och fint överallt, trevlig pool att simma i. Vi uppskattade cyklarna som vi fick låna så vi kunde cykla till olika stränder och platser och restauranger som låg lite längre bort. Kommer gärna igen till Mae Phim och Ingvors hus, rekommenderar det verkligen. Överlag bra prisläge i Mae Phim jämfört med andra delar av Thailand.

It is a great stay if you looking for a peaceful and quite rest, it is indeed quite far from the main busy area but worth your while if it's peace that you looking for during the stay. very quite at night, and love the surrounding especially the pond / lake view. The host is offering to open up the 2nd floor with extra charge, but for us who stays with 4 people only, it is more than enough already. All and all, we do enjoy the experience and stay at Paranee's place!

Quality time place! My family and I loved loved loved staying here! This is a relaxing and beautiful location. If you’re wanting something more close to walkable things to do this might not be the place for you. If you’re looking for peaceful, semi secluded and relaxing beach walking this is it! There are a few restaurants just a quick 2-3 mins walk down the road. The house is 3 stories of beautiful floors and a huge staircase. There’s a separated living area with a full bathroom that could easily sleep 3-4 people other than the 4 other bedrooms inside the main part of the home. The housekeeper is always on hand for all your needs and recommendations if needed. He lives in a house directly behind the main home. The pics of the home need to be updated a bit but if you like what you see on Airbnb currently you will fall in love when you get there. There is no washing machine or hot tub. One of the bathrooms has a tub. Will recommend over and over again! Miss it already!

Alex was a great host, his response time to our communications was always very fast and friendly. His house was exactly as described and the location was perfect, check in and out was effortless and the staff at the office extremely friendly and helpful. Can definitely highly recommend this home.

Fantastic Villa and great host, Myself , my wife and 2 teenagers needed a place to relax for a week after a week in Pattaya the villa was perfect very quiet area with enough bars and restaurants within walking distance to keep you going , close to the port to access Koh Samet , the only downside is around 4KM to local groceries store but we just hired a saleng for a couple of days very cheap , I would highly recommend this villa if you need some where to put your feet up relax and have some chill out time with amazing views

her two bedroom condo is very nice and comfortable I had just about everything needed for our stay, I wish there was a microwave. besides that my wife and I had a very lovely day

We really enjoyed our stay in Apichai’s apartment. We had everything we need: washing machine, equipped kitchen, TV, air conditioning and an amazing view from a big balcony/deck. You could hear the waves if you sleep with open doors. There is a great pizza place with a very tasty pizza in the same building as well as bakery shop with fresh bread and buns every morning. 7/11 is 10 min away and the authentic Thai restaurant is around the corner. The beach is clean and quiet. It is a paradise on earth. The owner was very kind to us. He even bought a new comfy couch for the living room while we were staying there. We definitely would love to come back.

Все чистенько, несколько комплектов постельного белья,полотенца,посуда, дочка оценила плэй стэйшн)))) а ещё отдельное спасибо за постоянную связь и помощь в вопросах "где магазин,рынок", "куда поехать' и т.д. Кондо находится в тихом и спокойном место)))) наша семья влюбилась в Таиланд))) спасибо ещё раз!!!!

This place is authentic cosy hideaway which gives us a real privacy and comforts. It is good for family to spend time together in a comfortably spacious & clean place equipped with sufficient amenities. This room provides panoramic scenery of both sea and mountain views. Tolle Wohnung im 28. Stock mit fantastischen Ausblick. Großzügig und genug Platz. Freizeiträume im Condo-Gebäude ohne Probleme benutzbar. Pool direkt vor dem Haus und Strand ca. 100m Fußweg entfernt.

Nice apartment with great views and lots of local amenities. Having the hotel next door is nice and we made use of the SPA. Easy to get to the local towns and plenty of food options nearby. Great stay. Thank you

Our stay in Ian’s place has been fantastic. The flat has everything you need for comfort in a daily life. We especially appreciate the privacy, the quietness and the easy access to the nature. Ian has given us loads of good advices and ideas how to spend a good time. The place is very local and you need a scooter or a car to get around. Shopping is easy and the restaurants nearby have excellent food and many choices. Beaches around are all great and the massages on the beaches as well. Impossible the make a list of priority. We had a 5 weeks stay and it is hard leaving such a wonderful place! Best recommendations for Ian, the flat and the surroundings ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
