wonderful place by the bay to spend Christmas with the family! lots of bedrooms as well as a bunkbed room made it really convenient and nice

The aptly named Coral Cottage is a lovely, charming getaway suitable for families of any size - kids or canines. Our three small pups enjoyed the roomy kitchen, large backyard and quick walk to the beach. The adults loved the comfy beds, outdoor grill and fire pit, and the full size washer and dryer which turned out to be an unexpected convenience. It is a very peaceful and quiet stay just a few minutes from various attractions. Our host, Liz, was great at communicating and setting expectations with plenty of tips on dining and entertainment options. We had such a pleasant time and look forward to doing it again.

The cottage is very cute. Many, many thoughtful appointments inside and out.The location. To the beach, 100 ft away was fantastic. We spent more time enjoying our puppies frolicking in the sand and water, as well. Trying to figure out horseshoe crab shells

We had an excellent stay in Cape May with our pup. The beach house is private and the surrounding is peaceful. We love watching the sunset every day. Lots to do and see around Cape May. Don’t forget to visit both wineries: Cape May Winery and Willow Brook Winery. Great for a nice long lunch with a glass of wine.

Beautiful location, near enough for easy access to many activities but removed enough from the hustle and bustle to make it relaxing. We had a wonderful time watching sunsets from the back porch after days of exploring. Would definitely recommend!

The cottage was exactly as described. The host was very response and proactively communicated with us about various accommodation.

Umi and Bill were wonderful hosts. Everything was exactly as described, great communication, very clear instructions, lots of recommendations, a full book layed out very clearly with sections of anything you would want to know about the area, what to do, restaurants they recommended. The unit was pristine, had everything we could have needed & then some and offered an amazing view of the ocean. I wouldn't hesitate to stay at any of Umi and Bill's properties in the future and I look forward to staying with them again!

Amazing location just a block from the beach and boardwalk. Cathleen was very proactive and responsive before and during our stay. The house was clean, well organized, and super easy to follow instructions. I would recommend this location to anyone!

This is a lovely home in a peaceful and safe neighborhood, perfect for families. We would stay again! It really is just steps to the beach. The kitchen was well stocked with spices and supplies to prepare meals. Everything was in working condition. The pool is beautiful! I loved the lights at night. The entire pool area is gated and locked, good to know for little ones. The shower had great water pressure. The outdoor shower has hot water too! The TV was very easy to use and had many options. Of note, the entire upstairs could accommodate a second family with a mini fridge, half bathroom, two beds, separate entrance, sofa/tv/table/patio - the photos really don’t do this home justice. I was very impressed when I walked inside. My kids LOVED the adorable spiral staircase to get upstairs! We had no problems with it, but it would be hard to keep little climbers off of it. The master bedroom is downstairs, something to consider with littles that wake up in the night and need to get down.

We enjoyed our stay and appreciated the amenities. One concern was the comfort of the mattresses. they were very soft and uncomfortable. Also, the couch was very low and not firm.

We had the pleasure of staying here for a few nights over Spring Break and really enjoyed the house. The house was exactly as described and we loved the location on the bay. The pool was amazing and our kids loved being able to swim at the shore in April. We also loved the game room with ping pong and mini golf. Hong was an amazing host and quick to respond to our questions. Would definitely come back again in the future!

This place is an absolute gem if you are traveling with children! Not only was the condo fully stocked for cooking/cleaning, but they also provide a storage unit downstairs to keep all beach toys and anything that may have collected sand! We were very impressed by Dan’s communication (prior to arrival and during our stay). The condo is as described, but better, considering there’s an additional amenity (a rooftop) that allows you to catch a sunrise or sunset with unobstructed views! We loved the close proximity to Sunrise Park, yet nice distance from the noise of the boardwalk. We had a lovely stay, and we would absolutely recommend!

We stayed at Jen's beautiful condo for the holidays. This is a stunning condo and location. We loved it so much, we extended our stay and Jen was great about that and a flexible checkout. Enjoy your morning coffee on the spacious deck enjoying magnificent sunrises. You'll have everything needed to prepare meals. I have to note how exceptionally clean the unit is. Very professionally run by Jen. Thank you for hosting us.

Deborah's place is so peaceful and quiet. You are literally ON THE BAY. Every window has a view. I spent my time walking and staring at the water. With the sliding doors open, you can hear the waves. HEAVEN. Important to note: You are on a beach with only several houses — adjacent to a coastal preserve. It's a private beach. This is not your typical beach town location. This is exactly why it's so delightful and perfect. The house was super clean, beds were comfy, kitchen was well-stocked. I almost don't want anyone to know how great it is. Ha! This house was an absolute slice of heaven. Peaceful, graceful, and loaded with everything you need for a relaxing getaway, a romantic indulgence, or a beautiful home away from home to explore any number of things to do nearby. The owners were excellent at answering questions, going over the amenities, and recommending restaurants & attractions. Any concerns were addressed immediately and resolved with great satisfaction. They are excellent communicators. The house and location are ideal for an amazing experience. The photos don’t even do it justice. I would recommend this property without hesitation.

This was our 2nd year staying here. It was another fantastic stay. It's so nice being so close to the beach to see the sunrise every morning and then also go out at night under the stars. Katie is so nice and accommodating. We can't wait to stay again next year.

My family and I had the absolute BEST time at Megan’s place!! The fenced in yard was perfect for our dog. We played corn hole and scrabble (provided by Megan!). It truly was amazing and we felt right at home! You are so close to the beach and downtown cape May!!

Peaceful, relaxing, beautiful views, and the feeling that you are in your own home. Beds and furniture were all very comfortable with ample space to relax inside and out. There are enough beach supplies for everyone and the kayaks were a bonus. It was one of those stays that you wanted to extend and not leave. We would definitely love to go back.

We were visiting Cape May for a girls' weekend, and Joe's house was the perfect size and location. Even though we visited during the off-season, there were some restaurants and attractions open, with easy & short driving from the house. We really liked the neighborhood-it was quiet and less than a block from beach access. We are already planning to return, and hopefully to Joe's house!

We had an amazing weekend at Brandon’s beach cottage. It exceeded our expectations! The decor and layout were very nice and comfortable. Loved being able to walk down the street to the bay for some beautiful sunsets. We can’t wait to book another trip. Thank you for your hospitality.

This place is truly one-of-a-kind, and you can feel the love and care the owner pours into every detail. Any concerns from past reviews have been thoughtfully addressed, so I wouldn’t recommend sorting by the negative comments—they’re outdated. The only policy that remains is bringing your own sheets/towels/paper products, but that’s just part of how the owner keeps the cost so affordable. She’s incredibly kind, and we’re so glad we decided to stay here! Plus, it’s right across from the beach, which is a huge bonus!
