The Kiwi Cottage was perfect for our family vacation. It was very clean, spacious and in a great location. Close to so much that Orlando has to offer with many restaurants within walking distance. The hosts were great! They responded quickly if we needed anything and gave clear instructions for checking in/out. The house had every amenity that we needed to make us feel right at home.

Staying here was wonderful! We felt right at home as soon as we got there! We were always comfortable there after a long day of traveling and having a pool just steps away from the house was a great bonus on days that we stuck close. I would highly recommend this place to anyone needing to stay close to Orlando but also needing a central location when traveling the state!

Lots of room and many beds to sleep in. We were only 2 so no need of those other beds It was nice to relax on the balcony, you see lots of different birds and turtles. Inside, shower is nice and spacious, kitchen really functional. We enjoyed our stay.

Love the lakefront property! Have stayed here twice now and would again!

Melanie’s Place was a lovely retreat from the cold Canadian weather! Would highly recommend, very friendly and responsive host! We were there 3 weeks and thoroughly enjoyed ourselves!! Lots to do in the area. Great pools on site!!

Hernan is a wonderful host. When a couple of minor concerns surfaced, Hernan addressed them quickly and was always positive in his responses. He is super friendly. He even sent me an unexpected lovely gift the day before we checked out. I would definitely recommend his place and the comminity to my friends and family. I would also stay there again. Renting Hernan's place flowed very easy from my initial inquiries to checkout and inbetween.

My mom and I had a wonderful week at the cottage, it was just as described and we were very comfortable there. Thanks to Joyce and her son Ron for trouble shooting the TVs. I'd stay here again in a heartbeat. The pair of Sandhill Cranes that visited a couple of times was a nice touch too.

An excellent stay for my two dogs and I while I worked remotely and attended a nearby conference for several weeks. The area the home is nested in has great amenities, including a wonderful dog park, pool, and hot tub. This worked perfect for both working at the home, as well as relaxing. For those visiting Disney or Universal Studios, the location is perfect for both - just a short 15 minute drive to Disney or 20-25 to Universal. There are plenty of chain restaurants nearby, as well as an Aldi right on the corner. Overall, I would definitely stay again!

Es un lugar maravilloso, la casa es tal cual la describe la publicación y cuenta con todo lo necesario. El entorno es muy tranquilo y con vecinos amigables. Es la segunda vez que nos quedamos allí y sin dudas volveremos. Sharon responde enseguida y cubre las necesidades inmediatamente. Muy recomendable

Hermoso departamento frente a un lago, cerca de las atracciones de Disney, la casa limpia y tal como se ve en las fotos. Excelente trato y fácil de llegar e ingresar al departamento. Bien acondicionado con lo necesario para sentirse cómodo.

We did rent this place because in the description it does say it has a heated pool unfortunately we came at the end of October and the pool wasn’t heated yet so we wasn’t able to swim

El lugar es muy especial, es muy lindo, tranquilo, esta acondicionado con todo lo que necesitamos, cada detalle lo hacen un verdadero hogar. realmente volveríamos. la piscina es muy fría. casi no la disfrutamos.

The unit was very clean and felt new. The photos accurately show what the place looks like. Host Daniel was friendly and very responsive, always answering my inquiries quickly and efficiently! Would stay there again for sure.

Very cozy park model set in a quiet, friendly rv resort. The cottage was perfect for our brief visit to Disney. The drive to Disney was easy and only about 20 monites away. Anabel had everything we needed. It was easy to find and easy to check-in, even though we arrive pretty late in the evening. We had no issues. The rv park is quiet and everyone walking around was very friendly and would say hi. There is an Aldi and CVS on the corner where you turn into the entrance, this was convenient to our needs. Everything was clean and ready for us to be right at home. Anabel was a great host. We would stay again if we return to the area. Thanks for hosting us!

Cute cottage which suited all our needs. Clean, bright, comfortable beds, good location for meeting friends at Disneyworld.

Daniel’s place was clean, comfortable, and close to everything we needed. Disney is 15minutes away. Universal just shy of 30. There are an abundance of restaurants in the area and a Target nearby. The neighborhood is quiet despite all the activities surrounding it. The beds are comfortable. Water gets plenty hot and good pressure. Love the filtered water spout in the fridge door. Would happily stay here again.

Anabel was a super sweet host and we very much enjoyed our stay there. Perfect location for visiting Disney World and the local attractions, and within walking distance to many stores (which was extremely helpful). Great value AirBnB for the price. For those seeking privacy, however, I'd like to give a heads up: the bedroom had no door. Not that this posed a great problem, but wanted to spare others from the surprise if a bedroom with a door is important. 😊 Overall, would highly recommend. Thank you for having us, Anabel!

BittyBunch’s place was very cozy and welcoming! The place was the perfect size for our group of 3, and the neighborhood was quiet with very friendly neighbors. Definitely planning on this place for our next Orlando stay

We enjoyed our short 2 night stay at Daniel's 3BR/3BA cottage in Margaritaville - Four Corners. The property was appointed as advertised, was very clean, and was conveniently located close to a number of restaurants, shops, and attractions including the Sunset Walk area of Margaritaville (10 minute walk). The check in/check out processes went smoothly and Daniel was available to answer the couple of questions we had. This is our second time staying at one of Daniel's properties and we would certainly look to stay with him again on our next visit to the Orlando area.

Una casita linda con una decoración agradable y bien equipada. Estaba limpia y cerca de todo, parques, malls, restaurantes etc. Justo lo que necesitaba. Sin duda la volvería a alquilar.
