Had an amazing stay! The host was incredibly welcoming, and the space was clean, comfortable, and exactly as described. The location was perfect, with easy access to local attractions. Highly recommend and would definitely stay again!

Lovely home, beautiful set up

Really enjoyed this location. We would definitely come back. Easy to get in, great location, clear instructions, and super responsive host. If you want a recommendation for food, we cannot suggest Fong's Pizza enough. Their Bahn Mi pizza was incredible.

What an awesome space. We had an amazing weekend at a fun location. We loved watching the movie from the apartment and there were so many things close by. We kept busy and had a great time. Highly recommend Brianna was great to work with.

Great place to stay close to downtown and very close to Court Ave. The studio is nicely decorated and has what you need for 1 or 2 people. Hosts were responsive to any messages sent.

Second time renting this house. Great location, host and house for a country getaway. The house accommodates everyone, and has many activities onsite - game room, theater room, fishing, pontoon, fire pit, and a great pond if you have kayaks or able boards.

Jana was a great host - very responsive and helpful. The house felt very comfortable and had all the amenities we needed. The beach is not really walkable from the house (at least not with all the lake gear), but Jana generously allowed us to use her golf cart - which was so great! We would definitely stay here again with our family.

This house was perfect for a weekend getaway with our teenage boys. On the edge of Pine Lake State Park, we enjoyed beautiful lake views, could get on the hiking trail from the back yard, and had easy access to fishing. The house was spotless and lovely, and most importantly, comfortable and relaxed. We followed our day of outdoor activities with a movie night in the projector room on a huge sofa that could fit the whole family. The hosts added many little details that made us feel welcome and right at home.

This place was perfect for our family when we went to Dubuque for a wedding. It was spacious and comfortable for 3 adult couples and 2 kids.

I have only nice things to say about my experience staying with Lu. He was very accommodating for my late flight/ check in and all instructions were written descriptively. I felt that the basement was very spacious and he even provided amenities such as bottled water and snacks (which I did not expect but appreciated). Additionally, everything was clean and smelled nice. Overall I really enjoyed my stay and Lu was a friendly, communicative, and accommodating host. 10/10 recommend

Barbara was a delightful and attentive host. She was very friendly and responsive to questions. I especially appreciated the flexibility she was able to give us with check-in and check-out times. We stayed in three of her rooms (Madrid, Venice, and Vienna), and the were all stunning. The continental breakfast was as delicious as it was beautiful. I recommend this wonderful B&B without reservation, and look forward to future stays!

A home away from home retreat! The hosts have setup a comfortable and welcoming home perfect for a family stay. Our family enjoyed a lovely Christmas at Rio. Our only disappointment was being unable to use the spacious backyard because the weather was too cold. Will definitely book with Elisabeth next time we need a place in Ankeny.
