This is a great option for anyone interested in the local area. It was a great experience staying at the property.

Our host, Tom, accommodated our family with a last minute request that was outside the typical stay parameters after another host had to do a last minute cancel on us for an unforeseen circumstance. He was the nicest host we've ever had! The home was very spacious, comfortable, spotless and well appointed. The kitchen was well stocked with pots, pans, paper supplies and all our cooking needs. Beds had soft, comfortable bedding. Bathrooms stocked with soaps, shampoos and plenty of towels. We truly just had to bring ourselves and the food/drink to enjoy a wonderful family Christmas stay. I highly recommend this AirBnb and we will definitely stay with this host again whenever we are in the area. Thank you!

The hosts were very accommodating and made us feel right at home with extra toiletries, fruit on the dining table, snacks in the kitchen, and some things in the kitchen that made us feel very welcome. The house was warm, clean and comfortable during our stay during a snow storm and the backyard was a good size for our dog. I would recommend double checking the gates as both were closed but not latched. Had a great experience overall.

House is everything we needed while traveling for work. We would stay here again.

This is our second time staying here. We visit RVA frequently, and this tidy bungalow is now in our rotation.

James' place was a perfect place to stay while I was relocating to Richmond with my 2 dogs. The house is a 4 minute drive to my new house and accommodated my dogs and me in all respects! It's such a cozy house, I wish I had been able to spend more time enjoying it! Also worth noting, James graciously arranged to extend my stay one day without a lot of notice when I realized I needed a bit more time. Service like that is hard to find!

The house was super cute, easy to find and checkin and communication was excellent. The beds were really comfortable. There was one small issue with the A/C. The host was quick to respond and fixed it immediately. Area seemed to be very safe and we had the added bonus of a turkey next door. I will definitely book this property again if I’m back in the area.

The place is big and was perfect for our office party. Everybody enjoyed their stay and had everything we needed. We will be back definitely in the summer.

Place was just as described. We had a good stay at the host’s secure and quiet apartment. Would certainly consider staying in the future. A good place for a couple people staying for a brief trip to RVA. Host was very responsive and provided all listed amenities.

We really enjoyed Shannon’s place. It was better than the pictures. It was in a quiet neighborhood and we felt right at home. The beds were comfy and the showers were great. The coffee bar was fun to try all the flavors. We realized checkout was on daylight savings. Shannon was awesome and allowed us a late checkout. I would highly recommend staying here.

Amazing location, the best stay we have had. The views was scenic, peaceful, beautiful! We loved this place sooo much! Clean in side, has everything you need from port to pans to linens and comforters. So much fun here!

During our stay there were several weather related issues. The electricity went out because of the weather. Since I was not the owner of the property, I could not report the outage to the power company. Once I informed Edna about the situation, she immediately contacted the power company, provided me with the information I would need to check on power status, and had the power company contact me. Edna was prompt with responses when there were some complications with her cleaning service.

This house is awesome. It's huge and priced very competitively. It did have issues, but they didn't bother us too much. If you're expecting perfection from a home this size, at this location at this price, you're not being reasonable. For our needs, it was PERFECT.

this is a very quiet place to stay with a very large living room. sitting in the back yard overlooking the creek was a nice place to be in a little bit of nature.

This home is delightful and warm. It embraces you the moment you walk onto the property and through the front door. You can feel the stories that this home has, and just knowing I am adding to its richness makes me come back time and time again. Virginia is an incredible host who goes out of her way to ensure comfort and satisfaction throughout your stay. I can't say enough wonderful things about her. This is my home away from home...and it can be yours too! I highly recommend it!

Alex's home is charming and comfortable, a welcome home base for my family's trip to Richmond. The yard was great for my pup to explore. Be sure to sort your recyclables, there's a separate bin in the alley!
