Beautiful place. It's our second time we stayed at this house. Really enjoyed the fireplace after the day on the hill. Kitchen was fully equipped and beds were vey clean and comfy. Thank you Mike for the nice present on arrival. Hope to stay here next time.

Emma's place was fabulous for a family gathering. Loads of space for everyone, great views and close to town Highly recommended.

We had an excellent two week stay in Melbourne. The house is lovely and spacious, with lots of light, set in a very peaceful and pretty part of town. It’s close to the tram and the CBD is 20 min by car. The place was very well stocked with essentials (salt, tea). It’s very residential but lots of options on Uber eats for delivery and restaurants within a few min car drive. Thank you for a great stay!

This place was gorgeous, the location couldn’t have been better—right on the lake with pretty views and direct access down to the bay. Plenty of space too so it was perfect for a large group. Close to everything but we barely wanted to leave the property because it was that good, has everything you could possibly need and so peaceful. Will definitely be back!

really well priced place, has everything you need. can accommodate a number of guests. has a fully enclosed yard so kids and dogs can play outside without direct supervision. was really great to be able to take our 2 dogs away with us to enjoy the weekend as a whole family. a 5 minute walk to the beach just at the end of the quiet street the property is located on. has all the comforts you require. heating, cooling, comfortable seating, and bedding, Wi-Fi and even a pretty cool man cave with a coonara which would be great to entertain even in the winter months. Highly recommend.

Very nice Victorian house. Lovely new kitchen and bathroom with period features in the bedrooms. So relaxing, we walked into Beechworth every day. Cassandra was easy to deal with, we changed the initial booking by almost a month and then extended for a couple of days as it was so pleasant.

We enjoyed our stay at Kim’s lovely house. A comfortable house in a peaceful location, it was just what we needed.

Loved our stay. Beautiful surroundings to take in. Our dogs loved the open space to run around and enjoy. Definitely a place I’d love to return to. Thank you Andrew for allowing my family to unwind and distress! Much needed.

Thanks to Monique for letting us stay at her place! We spent a weekend as a base to climb Mount Kozi and it was the perfect set up! Beautiful and clean, the house has all the amenities and great set up to spend time with friends! Will definitely recommend to friends & family and stay again in the future

Thankyou for a lovely stay for our family of 4! From the comprehensive guidebook, through to all the small touches that made us feel well looked after, we enjoyed our stay. The home had everything we needed to prepare great meals, entertain our young twins and was quiet and secure. The location is easy for quickly getting into the city, great food options and supermarket nearby. It was exactly like the pictures, we couldn’t fault anything. Next time we would like to utilise the in-house library and pool!

We had a lovely stay. Will be certain to return. The Elwood neighbourhood is our favourite in Melbourne. It is heavily treed, peaceful and walking distance to the beach, St Kilda Botanical Gardens as well as the shops in Elwood Village.

Michelle’s apartment was in a great location close to a really pretty park area, lots of restaurants / cafes etc and walking distance to the CBD and beyond. We had a very comfortable stay and had everything we needed. Communication from Michelle was really helpful and clear. Would recommend.

From the moment you enter this beautiful ecletic home, it encompasses you in a world like no other. Set upon a beautiful property with views, wild life and gorgeous colours. We spent time in each corner and section of the house, embracing the magical, tranquil space. Reading the magazines on the coffee table, speaks of the history of the house and shows it in all its glory through the various seasons. Full glass walls allows for natural light to embrace you and for what seems to be no boundary between inside and outside with the greenry throughout. At night you can watch the sunset and get lost in the stars and observe the sugar gliders and ringtail possoms as they visit. It is truly a labour of love & clearly the life work of the lovely Veronika. Although the host lives nearby in a guest house, you can see the pride and love she has for this retreat. A warm welcome, clear house rules to ensure the stay is comfortable but also to preserve her beautiful home. Perfect place to escape.

Villa Jones was such a great house for our multi generational family getaway, the living area is spacious and comfortable for everyone. Another bonus was the high chair and porta cot. The view from every room is spectacular and the abundant bird life kept our little ones totally entertained (sorry about the finger prints on the windows 😄) We will most definitely be back as we thoroughly enjoyed our hot summer weekend, with the pool in the backyard and the fantastic splash park walking distance away. We hope to be back to experience a cosy winter weekend with a warm open fire. Thanks again.

We visited Steven’s place on a long weekend. We were looking for a place that offered peaceful surroundings and was close to nature. Steven’s place met everything we needed for a break from our busy lives. Steven is a great host, was very friendly and communicated promptly. On our arrival, he and his beautiful dog welcomed us. We will revisit his little peaceful gem.

Have stayed here before and we were extremely happy, will be returning! Located on a private property with a great walk behind the villa. Very private, didn't see the host or other guests even though they were around. Check in/out was easy. The place was very well designed and fitted out. Personal touches like a gift voucher to a local restaurant and thoughtful ammenities topped off a great facility and location. Highly recommended.

A perfect base for exploring the peninsula, the accommodation was luxurious, private and functional. It is situated in a delightful and quiet residential area, a very short walk down to the beach. Hosts instructions were very clear and easy to follow.

Biarritz is a beautiful, stylish villa in a peaceful garden setting and Sylvie is an excellent host, always so friendly, responsive and helpful. We were three generations staying for eleven nights after Xmas and the five bedrooms, spacious, bright, open plan living, kitchen, dining areas suited us perfectly. The new spa and sauna were a well used added bonus. Sylvie has ensured every room is so well equipped, with all we needed plus many extras and thoughtful touches that we have not seen in other houses, and all is of a high quality.
