Die Unterkunft ist schön groß, gemütlich und schön eingerichtet. Sie hat eine tolle Lage direkt am Skilift. Es ist super, dass man den großen Wellnessbereich des Hotels mitnutzen kann!

Hallo Rocco, Euer Haus in Muenchen hat ziemlich genau all das geboten was wir brauchten: ruhige und guenstige Lage um in der Stadt zu verbleiben und sich dort umsehen zu koennen. Atmosphaere und Raeumlichkeiten waren sehr angenehm zum Verbleib, wann wir nicht unterwegs waren. Auch die Naehe zur U-Bahn, Edeka und DM haben zum guenstigen Bild beigetragen. Die Kontakte ( per App ) mit dir, Rocco, waren gut und trugen zum guten Gefuehl waehrend des Verbleibs bei. Alles in Allem einen sehr empfehlenswerten Unterkunft, die zweite Auflage unseres Verbleibs hier haben wir bereits im Kopf. Mit herzlichen Grueszen, Familie De Jong

My wife and I come to Germany nearly every year. This is where we will always stay in Munich. The location within 100 yards of a tram stop makes it an excellent location, but there is also a supermarket with a five minute walk and plenty of other restaurants that are outside of the tourist area. The kitchen was fully stocked, which we needed since we had to eat in on Christmas night. The washer/dryer unit is always helpful in Europe too. I highly recommend this apartment.

Bardzo ładne i czyste mieszkanko, jedna sypialnia z podwójnym i pojedynczym łóżkiem, bardzo funkcjonalna łazienka i kuchnia. Komunikacja z gospodarzem była bez zarzutu

Die Wohnung ist etwas vom Zentrum weg aber einfach und schnell mit U-Bahn zu erreichen. Ich habe mich in dem sauberen und schönen Apartment sehr wohl gefühlt. Evan ist ein engagierter , seriöser und ehrlicher Gastgeber. Vielen dank dafür! Das wird meine Favorit Wohnung in München.

We had a fantastic stay at Nicci's apartment for a week. It was simply wonderful. The apartment was impeccably clean, and the view of Lake Tegernsee was absolutely breathtaking! The thoughtful touches, like the fridge stocked with local beer and treats, were much appreciated. Nicci’s warm communication, her generosity made us feel right at home from the moment we arrived. She went above and beyond. The location was perfect, with bakeries and restaurants just steps away, and easy access to hiking trails. We felt completely at home and can't wait to return! We highly recommend her place!

Irmi is a friendly and responsive host with a great apartment in a very accessible location. Overall, we can recommend Irmi's apartment for staying a few days in the centre of Fuessen.

Incredibly inviting and well mannered. Wolfger was always happy to help when I needed help in some way with acclimating to living in Munich. Always invited me to eat with him. A kind soul that made my first month in Munich and incredibly warm welcome.

Hier ist alles vorhanden was man für ein paar Tage braucht. Die Gastgeber sind sind toll- gastfreundlich, sympathisch, freundlich kommunikativ. Man hat ein eigenes Bad. Sogar das Bett ist gut. Es gab sogar extra Service am Sonntag ;-)

Uns hat es bei Lukas super gefallen :) Die Wohnung sah aus, wie auf den Fotos und war wirklich sauber. Lukas war immer gut zu erreichen und hat sehr schnell geantwortet. Vor dem Check in haben wir viele gute Informationen bekommen. Das Schlafsofa ist super bequem- da lässt es sich auch mal eine Woche drauf schlafen:) Daneben gibt es noch ein Doppelbett. Das Fitnessstudio ist super und es gibt auch eine Sauna, die man gegen Aufpreis nutzen kann. Schön ist, dass die Wohnung eine Waschmaschine hat (besonders wichtig, wenn man eine Woche Ski fahren geht). Einziger Nachteil: bis in die Zillertal-Arena sind es mit dem Auto knapp 20 -25 Minuten, das ist gut machbar. Wenn man aber kein Auto hat, empfiehlt sich die Wohnung eher nicht (zumindest nicht, wenn man in der Zillertal-Arena oder umliegenden Skigebieten Ski fahren will) Wir würden aber sicher nochmal wiederkommen :)

Our stay was PERFECT! - The house was even better than expected! Plenty of space, big kitchen, a great layout, and kid friendly. - The location was excellent. We had a slight hesitation about not being right in the city center, but the tradeoff for a great house with plenty of space where our group could be together was well worth it! The S2 stop was a 7 minute walk from the house and was super convenient for getting into the city. We didn't take an uber/taxi once during our stay! - Moritz and Janka were super friendly, informative, and flexible. You can't ask for better hosts! I highly recommend a stay here if you are travelling to the great city of Munich and want a comfortable and convenient home base.

Absolutely loved our stay at Patrick and Sophia’s house. Perfect for our two little girls, easy access to Munich. Enjoyed the park right across the street, the awesome Biergarten, and the very convenient grocery store. If you’re looking for a great family friendly place to stay in Munich, don’t hesitate!

Cornelia's place was absolutely beautiful! Such gorgeous decorations and intimate small touches everywhere. Lots of lovely antiques and small figurines paired with modern fixtures. Cornelia was so friendly and helpful as well! She showed a passion for her home, and that made it even better to stay in a place that is so well loved and cared for by the owner! She showed me around the entire house which really helped, and she has a great book with suggestions for food and places nearby. The home has so much space for a large family or group, and everything in it is new and beautiful! The house has everything you could need from washer/dryer, hairdryer, shampoo, towels, blankets, piano, games, bikes, ping-pong and more! The location of the home is ideal for Starnberg visiting, and the visitors center in town can provide a map with additional city features and hikes to take. It was a perfect location for our family, and we will definitely be back! I highly recommend this home!

Peter und Pija haben eine wunderbare Möglichkeit geschaffen sich im Allgäu zu erholen und dortige Sehenswürdigkeiten schnell erreichen zu können. Wer ein paar Tage in stylischem Ambiente entspannen möchte und gelegentlich Ausflüge ins Allgäu plant ist hier genau richtig aufgehoben!

Wir hatten wunderschöne Tage in der Villa Alpenblick. Die Ausstattung war sehr gut und alles top sauber. Der Ausblick vom Balkon war traumhaft. Wir würden das Haus auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Evelyn ist eine ausgezeichnete Gastgeberin

Soggiorno di tre notti di 12 persone (8 adulti e 4 bambini piccoli) in famiglie di amici e parenti. Ottima disposizione dell'immobile che ha garantito tutti i servizi per adulti e bambini mantenendo la corretta privacy. Stanze calde e ben arredate, cucina fornita di tutto il necessario, zone bimbi esterna ed interna ben attrezzate, barbecue esterno, posti auto esterni adeguati per almeno tre auto SUV famigliari, reparto zona raccolta rifiuti esterno ben organizzato, splendida sala da pranzo stube tipica del Tirolo rivestita in legno con stufa. Location ottima per gruppi di famiglie interessate ad un soggiorno in un immobile tipico con tutti i servizi (centro abitato, supermercato, ecc.) e le attrazioni turistiche (terme, area Sky, sport di montagna) nelle vicinanze. Katharina has a nice place in a good location and is very responsive. The fact that this seems to be her primary residence makes it a bit difficult at times to know what you can and cannot use, but she was a very reasonable and understanding person when miscommunication occurred.
