My family and I loved the place. Very spacious and cozy with a retro vibe. Perfect for adults and children as well. Straight, convenient and short walk to the beach. I would love to stay again.

Outstanding on all fronts! Natalie sets the gold standard for host communication -- proactive, lightning fast and very friendly. We had a delightful stay and the cliche "easy to arrive, hard to leave" was very true. Wonderfully clean, personalized and welcoming house with very thoughtful touches from top to bottom. Can't wait to come back.

This home was a perfect space for our family’s (7 adults and two little ones) Christmas vacation. We walked and played on the beach every day and enjoyed sunsets in the evenings. It was easy to spend a day visiting Charleston too.

Wanted a nice, peaceful and relaxing getaway and Jeana's beautiful home provided just that! Had everything it said and was just a quick walk to the beach. There is a basket of blankets for pets and we did use one even though we brought our own. The kitchen was stocked with everything that you needed to cook with. We were able to get plenty of rest and relaxation away from home and decided not to venture too far because we just wanted to relax. We made a point to replace things we used (paper towels, trash bags, toilet paper ) just because Jeana was super helpful and a great host! We recommend staying here.

This was the perfect property for our weekend gathering of family from VA, SC, and GA. The location was great; just a short walk to the beach, pier, shops, dinning. It is a great three level townhome with nice marsh views. Nice garage on the bottom floor for parking. Open plan kitchen and living space, perfect for gathering the whole family. Kitchen was clean and well equipped for meal prep. Bedrooms were comfortable including, a bunk room on the mid level near the living room and two large bedroom /bathroom suites on the top level. Most importantly, it was exactly as described; I really count on an accurate list so I am well prepared for my stay. We had no issues during our stay, but we did have a couple question for the host before and during the stay that were answered promptly and throughly. If I ever need a place in the Charleston area, I would definitely book this property again.

So quiet and quaint beautifully placed within 50 feet of the seashore adorably renovated home!! Easy access with deck and stairs with handrail to the ocean and the soft sand with your own private stairs to sit on and enjoy your coffee in the beautiful stairs facing the sunrise every morning. Modern furnishings spotless tip to tell dishes, organized, silverware, and place, everything pristine clean like a brand new home. The hot tub is an amazing touch and perfectly positioned. The sunroom is perfect for those brisk days. Should you be here during the colder months. Very responsive and efficient, AC and heat. High tech up-to-date alarm system and cameras in a noninvasive location, knowing that everything is secure and safe. The host and hostess are easily accessible in the response times were very very quick for the simple question we had. Tons of beach chairs, downstairs to take on the ocean and a very quiet private part of the beach towards the end, which is lovely! Georg-Mir♥

The house is old, but the location is ideal. It is a short walk to the beautiful beach. The neighborhood is idyllic. The beds were comfortable, and we had all we needed in the house.

Awesome host, we will definitely be back. The dogs loved the backyard and the short walk to the beach. It’s the perfect location for everything Folly has to offer!

Pam was a wonderful host,-great communication! Was comfortable place with beautiful ocean views! Clean place and nice touches for Disney Polynesian decor —- We really liked exploring around Fripp Island with golf cart , beautiful island!!

We have stayed at this condo several times and love it! It has an ocean view, a nice screened in patio, and so close to the beach! Just the right size for the 2 of us- clean, comfortable, attractive! Just can’t beat the proximity of the beach. Brian is great!!

Glenn’s place in IOP is great! Has all the necessities and more to enjoy a beach filled week of fun. There are lots of sand toys for kids, beach chairs, towels, sunscreen, etc.! Having the condo so accessible from the beach was very convenient. We spent most days at the beach then spent another couple hours at the pool. After walking to one of many restaurants (Papi’s Taqueria was a favorite of ours) we’d enjoy the sunset from the private pier. All in all great spot and stay! Glenn’s communication was proactive and prompt. He also graciously accommodated us when we had to make a change to our dates.

Wonderful stay at Folly! Condo was perfect for our family of 7 adults and 2 children. Just a perfect location and space. We loved being able to easily walk to shops, restaurants, playground and pickle ball. Having Charleston so close provided a midweek break from sand and a fun opportunity to explore. We all appreciated the quality of the local restaurants, the touch of easily accessible night life but mostly the gorgeous beach. The unit itself was clean, and very comfortable. Would highly recommend and hope to book this unit again!

Very clean and nicely decorated. Close enough to walk to restaurants and pier. Quiet neighborhood.

Everything was very nice and welcoming. The condo was clean, furnished and stocked well, and decorated beautifully. Hiroko was very helpful and pleasant. The area was quiet at night and in the morning. We could actually hear the waves as we went to sleep. One thing I appreciated is that the linens, towels and even toilet paper were nice - not just the cheapest version as you often see in a rental. Beach access was convenient, as were several restaurants in walking distance. We had a great time!

Excellent location. Sound of the surf was magnificent. Very easy beach access. Kitchen equipment was amply stocked.

Lovely stay in this beautiful townhome! The view is absolutely stunning. We had everything we needed for a terrific visit with family! Comfortable beds, a well stocked kitchen, beach chairs, WiFi, dvd player and the fabulous balcony chairs. What fun we had! We hope to stay here again!

We absolutely loved our stay. The house was perfect. The layout was amazing and it had everything that we needed. The neighborhood is so cute and it’s so close to the ocean. We will definitely be back.

We enjoyed the house and it was larger than the pictures capture. we liked the openness of the kitchen, dining and living space. Great outdoor spaces as well. Quick walk to the beach and to a back dock overlooking the marsh. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms. All was as advertised. Everything was clean and worked well. Definitely a great option!

Martia's place is amazing. Starting excellent parking in a challenging area. The place is very well thought out, elegant "Scandinavian" decor and fixtures. Very comfortable and welcoming. Terrific shower and fire pit. Pristine appliances. Great communication and proactive correspondence. Really couldn't ask for more!

**Amazing Stay with Incredible Hosts!** Our experience was absolutely fantastic! The hosts were amazing—communication was seamless, and their quick responses made everything even better. The place itself was perfect—so homey, comfortable, and well-kept. The community felt incredibly safe and was impeccably clean. The beach was stunning and well-maintained, making for a truly relaxing getaway. An added bonus was the state park pass, which allowed us to explore an incredible park with some of the best shelling we’ve ever experienced. This was the perfect spot to unwind and reset. We highly recommend it! Additionally, the town of Beaufort was an absolute gem. The rich history, friendly locals, and charming atmosphere made it such a special place. I could honestly see myself moving there!

Alexandra was so kind to host us after we left our home in Asheville during Hurricane Helene. Thank you for helping us at the last minute and being so accommodating. There is nothing like a beach front stay to brighten your spirits. The location can’t be beat!

We have stayed at Twin Sisters many times. The location is perfect. We love the marsh views out back and it is an easy short walk to the beach.

Beautiful house with everything you need to make yourself at home. When you walk in the front door, it is very charming and inviting. It's a short, straight walk to a great beach. There is a 4 lane street to cross, but 95% of the time you can walk straight across without stopping. We had 8 adults staying in this lovely place and there was plenty of room and we shared a lot of great meals in the huge kitchen. If we are ever back in the area, this will be our "go to" house!

What a beautiful space with so much to offer! We wish we had more time at Mike’s place. Incredibly clean and homey. Great spot- near restaurants and beach. Next time we have to take advantage of the hot tub and kayaks!
