I was only there for a few nights but it was an overall a great stay for a great price!

Great stay! Good safe area that’s really easy to get into the city.

Our family of 7-2 grandparents, 2 parents, 3 teenagers-came to the DC area for a visit. When we arrived, we were overwhelmed with how nice the house looked. The house was immaculate, and we used every room in the house. The two bathrooms on the 2nd floor have been fully remodeled as has had the kitchen. We ate breakfast and dinner every day and it was easy to cook there. We enjoyed being together as a family and being at this “home”. Yet the house retains the flavor of a historic residence. Tyler is the perfect host. He answered every question I asked before we arrived and then continued to keep in contact if we needed anything else. We highly recommend this house.

Very beautiful and comfortable place. We enjoyed everything there: nice layout, convenient backyard for my pouch, peaceful place for light sleepers and more. Also so helpful with my husband’s charging problem with his ev car. Can’t wait to stay there again.

Can’t beat the location, a block and a half to the Metro, a short block from lively King Street, which is lined with restaurants and boutiques, and a lovely walk down to the harbor. Diane was extremely responsive, even bought a Nutribullet blender when I asked if she had one!

Patricia's place is conveniently located next to an Amazon Fresh (walking distance) as well as the Rock Creek Park. The boys and dog were out walking there every morning at 6.30am and loved the almost immediate access to the Park. The house is neat as a pin and had a nicely equipped kitchen - even with a massive supply of coffee and tea - as well as laundry and dishwasher detergents. Patricia was incredibly responsive and made our stay effortless. A great place to stay on the edge of the city.

My husband and I and are dog stayed in Mark’s ArBNB for a 2-week vacation, while we saw lots of sights in the DC area and golfed in Virginia. We really enjoyed the location - walking distance to the metro, and also relatively easy to drive into DC - especially during non-rush hour times. 10 minute drive to Old Towne- which had many good restaurants. Mark is a great host - extreme responsive to questions and very willing to go out of his way to make sure we had everything we needed for cooking. He has an incredible selection of different coffees too! House was very comfortable for us - beds are very comfortable (which was important since we stayed 2 weeks)! It was nice having a fenced in yard for our dog, and the neighborhood was very walkable! Only 0.5 mile walk to a great dog park too! Only thing to be aware of it that there is no bathroom on the main level of the house - one bathroom is upstairs, and the second full bathroom is in the basement.

TODD’S is KING! We have been searching for our new home & have stayed in 2 of their buildings. TODDs’ customer service has been fast, reliable & friendly! TODD’s has made us feel relaxed & welcomed during our visits. Our cat feels at home here, too! He has been anxious in other Abnbs, so it’s a great benefit. Their units are clean & stocked with essentials — like bathroom, laundry & kitchen supplies. The bed is super comfy as is the living room couch. The TV is large & U can stream your favorite channels. They even supply a safe — for your valuables — and an ironing board & iron for that quick press! A big closet, too! We have very much appreciated TODD’S staff for many reasons. They WANT to help & they WANT their guests happy. They went out of their way to help us elongate our stay, when we realized we needed more time! They kindly juggled other reservations to ensure we could stay longer. Such a pleasant surprise & experience! We recommend TODD’s highly!

This is our second time staying with Dmytro and Sophiia and we are obsessed with this place! Huge bathtub, comfy beds, and a peaceful neighborhood. This place has it all. Thanks for everything 😊

Patricia and Guillaume’s home and the grounds are absolutely lovely. Huge floor to ceiling windows out to the large yard in back. Big kitchen, great patio for barbequing, amazing pool with all the chairs, loungers, and floaties you need. Ping pong, pool table, comfortable, super clean, and really felt like you were invited into someone’s special place. This home is even better than what the photos and listing describe. The hosts are friendly, helpful, gracious, and excellent communicators. Highly recommend.

Sofiia and her services were exquisite. Her rental home was inviting, warm, and matched every description listed in the details section of the app. The home was cleanly, well organized, and arranged to be at the convenience of the renters/customers. Her communication was timely, well mannered, and always helpful when reaching out. I recommend Sofiia and her listings for anyone looking for an Airbnb!

We had a great stay at this apartment with our family of 6 (4 kids 2 adults). The building is a short 10 minute walk to the metro and was a great home base for us during our trip to DC. The beds were extremely comfortable, better than many hotels I have stayed in by far! Place was VERY clean. When we first arrived in March it was really hot and the heater was running. I realized that I could not switch to the AC because the building controls the heat or AC settings. We turned off the heat and I opened windows because it was cool outside. I was thinking about buying some fans for circulation but found 4 large fans in the coat closet, which was amazing and just what we needed! We set the fans up and the rest of our stay was very comfortable. There are also space heaters in the closet for very cold nights. Very thoughtfully laid out space and great communicative host. She also provides a guidebook that helps answer questions about the space and amenities.

Berhane was a very gracious host. He was easily reached. Quick check in.. Very quiet. Spacious porch. The area is beautiful, as is the home. It is five minutes from the Glenstone museum, which is open Thursdays through Sunday. It is about 20 minutes from Chesapeake and Ohio Canal National Historic Park. It snowed while I was there with my dog. It was as if the snow made the home and its surroundings more peaceful. We enjoyed our stay Berhane.

I recently had an incredible stay at this Airbnb and couldn't be happier with my experience. The apartment was spotless and well-maintained, providing a comfortable and relaxing environment. They were attentive and responsive, ensuring every aspect of my visit was seamless. I highly recommend this Airbnb to families and anyone looking for a superb place to stay near DC. Julie's place in Crystal City was perfect for our family of five. Some of the highlights for us: Walkable and convenient to Metro, making DC city center, Arlington and the airport easy to access. The apartment was quiet and peaceful, with a patio overlooking a pretty courtyard great for winding down at night. The beds and pillows were super comfortable! Fun restaurants within walking distance, we especially enjoyed the "Water Works" food park and ice cream shops with our three kids. We appreciated thoughtful touches like laundry detergent, coffee, and plenty of clean extra linens. We have zero complaints! Julie was very responsive and helpful with local recommendations and the apartment was comfortable, welcoming and quiet. We highly recommend this special spot!

Everything was as advertised. Great value, great location with access to shopping and quick ride to tourist areas. It was a bit cold even with heater but it is a shoulder season so not too concerning. It was also in the instructions and communications that you might need to use the portable heaters and comforters.

Pros had everything we needed , very clean , very new , appreciated the attention to detail ! 7-11 across street and very good restaurant , (only had breakfast ) (Ruth’s all-day) nice little place ! Cons nice little place ! lol ! If your over 6’ you’ll have to watch your head in the living room , parking is small , so if you have a truck it’s not going to work , and the only inconvenience was the couch , it’s small and only seats two , Would stay again !

From my first enquiry, Sarah was quick to respond and helpful. As I have mobility issues, I had questions about how accessible the unit was and if there was somewhere secure to park my mobility scooter. Sarah offered various options, including providing a lock and cover if needed. She also followed up shortly before our stay, as she had done some exterior work and wanted to make sure that the unit would still suit our needs. The unit is spotlessly clean with very comfortable bed & linens. It is in a charming quiet neighbourhood but close to a busy commercial area with shops, restaurants and subway station all very walkable but it is in a very hilly part of the city. Sarah procured a parking pass for us in advance & finding a spot was not an issue. There is a little noise from above, but nothing that you wouldn’t expect from a basement unit. Overall, the place was ideal.

Jad was very accommodating. We arrived about 30 minutes early and he did allow us to check in early. When I had questions he was very responsive with answers. I would absolutely stay there again.

The townhome had an amazingly clean, bright, and welcoming atmosphere. We had everything we needed including a modern upscale kitchen with new appliances. We would book it again next time we visit Alexandria.

Very clean, nice and quiet location. Alexander was helpful and communicative. If staying outside the capital (my preference) good for commuting.

We had a wonderful stay. The house is so beautifully furnished with every amenity including a home office. Sitting in the living room was our favorite because of the comfortable seating, the spectacular view, and the perfectly placed skylights. Jamil was such a responsive and kind host. We look forward to staying again.

my family and I had an amazing time at Julia's place. She is an amazing host and the house was well furnished and we really enjoyed our 11 day stay there. look forward to coming back again.
