We love this home! Our family of eight ranged from ages 15 to 65 with spaces and activities to engage and disengage. The teens loved the indoor pool/hot tub while the adults played pool and games downstairs. The furnishings are beautiful and comfortable. All the amenities you would need/want are here including extra towels, bedding for all ages, and shower supplies. There are pool toys, sliding doors that lock to the pool (if you have littles), and even a karaoke machine! Bedrooms are spread out so if one room watched television late at night, the other rooms had quiet. It is a quick jaunt to hit a restaurant or sporting event. The skyline views at any point of the day are gorgeous. Cindy and Jeff put a great deal of planning into creating this oasis of a getaway. They are awesome hosts with clear instructions typed out leaving no need for assistance the entire weekend. We would love to stay here again for our next family retreat!

This was a great place to stay to go to the Oregon Ohio State game! Because it was later in the year, we were worried that the pool would have been closed down, but it was open and even though it was cold, we had a blast swimming in the pool and using the hot tub. It’s a beautiful relaxed setting for an Oregon getaway!

This was the perfect place to host my family and to enjoy the weekend! Many essentials that make traveling across the country so easy! Lots of space for the 6 of us, and it was perfect for what we needed!

We had a great stay at Carolina’s place. The home was beautiful and had everything that we needed. It was well stocked and super clean. Good location and quiet street. My wife liked the Nespresso machine and I enjoyed the garage. We would absolutely stay here again!

The house was beautiful, spacious, and clean. It was beautifully decorated and had all the amenities you could need. The hosts communicated very well and had very clear instructions for check in and out. I will definitely rent from them again but longer next time so I can enjoy it that much more.

I traveled back home to Eugene with my family to take care of a close relative that had recently been in and out of the ER. This house was an oasis of calm during the trip -- a classic mid 20th century Coburg Road area home, with just the right touches of modernity. The house was clean and comfortable. The beds were perfect to sleep in (the firm pillow was amazing for my often painful neck). The location was perfect -- just off Coburg Road, centrally located between my relative's house and PeaceHealth Riverbend, and we could easily get anywhere we needed to go. This was a perfect Airbnb experience. Kudos to Americana and Neil. I couldn't recommend it more!

Beautiful house, very quiet and great location.

We had such a lovely stay. We were in town with friends and had a great time in the house. The host was so nice and the outside space is awesome.

We stayed for over a week while attending a class and felt right at home! Heating system was great and I loved having access to a full kitchen. Would definitely come back.

This might be the best Air BNB I've ever stayed at! If you have the opportunity to stay here, DO IT. Here are a few highlights: * Working Vintage Pinball Machine! * Functioning Pachinko! * Enormous CD Collection! * Fabulous Decor! Incredible Layout! * Fireplace Inside! * Gorgeous Fragrant Clematis in Front! * Rock Maze out Back! * And Much More! Chris set the combination lock to our phone number, so getting in couldn't be easier. The beds are cozy and it's quiet at night. Chris checked in to make sure we had everything we needed, but I can't think of a thing he's overlooked, from the bikes in the laundry room to the coffee maker in the kitchen. Even the welcome book was peppered with little jokes. There was so much to play with and admire I can't list it all. We had a great time opening the beautiful wooden puzzle boxes, one of which has notes from previous guests. Many people left slips of paper with quotes so we added to the pile - what a fun and original guest book!

We had a wonderful family gathering at Randy's lake house, spending tons of time in the water and enjoying the kayaks and stand up paddle boards. We are big game players so both the beautiful patio table and the dining room got lots of use. So nice to be close to amenities in town but get to go back to a lovely natural setting. Thanks for sharing your place with us!

Great spot with just about everything. Nice backyard perfect to enjoy on a sunny day. Hottub was excellent, and covered so you can enjoy it rain or shine!

We usually stay with my in laws when we visit Oregon, but due to their age and health that's no longer an option. Scott's place was perfect for us in every way... not only did we all agree we would love to stay there again whenever we visit, but my husband got inspired to do some projects at our house to make it feel more peaceful and less cluttered, like Scott's. Thank you so much for a pleasant spring break!

We had a great month long stay. The house had everything we needed and our dog loved the fully fenced front and back yards. I worked remotely, but it was easy to enjoy as the neighborhood was walkable to fun casual eateries and to local markets, and it was a short drive to so much more! Thanks for hosting us, we’ll be back!

James was so helpful when we needed to book back to back trips! Always helpful and really good location for what we needed! This is a great place to work remotely with a full desk set up already in place!

We've stayed here three times now. We love the location and especially the giant living room and dining areas. Beautiful view of the river -- most visible in the winter when there are no leaves on the trees. Host is very welcoming and responsive. I'm sure we'll be back again!

The house was modern and comfortable. The jacuzzi was fabulous on the cool nights. Kitchen was well- stocked with all the necessities to prepare meals. The memory foam bed was super comfy!

We’ve stayed here before and it is a go to place when visiting family in Eugene. Lots of space, clean, quiet location and easy to get to various parts of Eugene.

Five stars well deserved. A beautiful and spacious home tucked away in a quiet Eugene neighborhood. Uncluttered, clean and with a kitchen well equipped for cooking. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this home, and certainly plan on staying again when visiting Eugene.

This was the second time that my boyfriend and I stayed here. We definitely wanted to come back and so we were happy that it was available for our trip. It is just right across the street from roaring Rapids Pizza Company and they are amazing. Super fun for anyone that has kids so that’s a plus. Frank is a really responsive host and the place was clean and nice.
