Deuxième séjour dans cet appartement à Cascais. Très proche du centre et la mer! Facilité de stationnement, appartement en très bon état et grand. Je recommande vivement.

We had a great stay over New Year's. Ra was not there, but he was flexible and left the key with a friend before we came so we could get in. Ra was always responsive to our questions and gave clear instructions. There's plenty of good food nearby, and nice viewpoints in close walking distance. I worked two days from the office space, which was very convenient for me. As a typical Portuguese home, it's quite cold in winter due to lack of central heating, but Ra provided an electric heater to survive prolonged periods of sitting still inside. It was convenient to have access to a kitchen for breakfast and the occasional other meal at home. Highly recommend, and would come back!

Hätte ich gewusst, wie schön die Ferienwohnung ist und wie gut uns Cascais gefallen wird, wären wir definitiv länger geblieben als nur zwei Nächte. Die Ferienwohnung ist wirklich großzügig, dass man da locker ein oder zwei Wochen verbringen kann. Wir waren zu dritt. Der offene Wohnzimmer Küchenbereich ist wirklich total toll. Das Haus stammt aus den 1920 Jahren und wurde wirklich mit viel Liebe saniert. Man hat ein Gefühl von Sommerfrische. Die Ausstattung ist hochwertig und wir hatten alles was wir benötigten. Ich würde die Wohnung tatsächlich allen aus der Familie und auch meinen Freunden weiterempfehlen. Zwar gibt es keinen Balkon, aber das hat uns überhaupt nicht gefehlt. Alles ist gut in der Nähe, Restaurants gleich in der Nebenstraße, es war aber ruhig. Zur der Zeit, als wir da waren, wohnte über uns eine Familie mit Kleinkind. Das hat frühmorgens schon ziemlich getrampelt, ich eruiere davon wach. Naja, ist halt ein Altbau…

Ha accolto egregiamente me e la mia compagna. Posticipando il check in per venire incontro al nostre necessità. Durante il soggiorno si sono scaricate la pile dell'aria condizionata e Luis tempestivamente è arrivato per portare pile nuove. Inoltre ci ha fornito un utilissimo servizio di deposito bagagli al check out permettondoci di visitare la città int totale tranquillità. Veramente un host amichevole e professionale che poche volte mi è capito. Consigliatissimo! 👍🏻

We had a wonderful time exploring Lisbon from casa bay for our friends 40th birthday 😊 it was light filled with great views! We walked the neighborhood and down to Belem tower area, as well as to the Bairro Alto neighborhoods. Wish the elevator was working, as the spot is on the 4th floor, top level. And wish there was a lock box or key pad as it was a bit difficult with only 2 keys for the 9 of us. Otherwise a great lovely space!

Great staff for a great apartment in the city center. Close to all commodities, restaurants and tourist attractions, I wouldn't think twice if I need to book a place to stay for another trip in Lisbon.

We had the most amazing stay. We were welcomed quite late on a Sunday by Leonel, who is such a lovely, friendly and efficient person. He was so helpful during our stay, making sure everything was working well. We were really grateful to be able to leave our luggage’s after check out for few ours to an office space not far from the flat. The beds were really comfortables, and all the facilities were top notch. Thank you for everything. We would gladly come back. PS: Hope you will enjoy your new family adventure this summer!

Loved staying in Antonio's apartment in lively Alfama. it's a quick drop down to the walking streets from the beautiful Miradouro de Santa Luzia. As I suspect all Alfama apartments are, space is tight but it has everything you need and is kept in good repair and clean. The apartment overlooks one of my favourite bits of street art, is 1 minute from great street restaurants and 20 seconds from my favourite Ginjiinha stall.

The stay at Jean Michel was very good. The place is clean, comfortable, quiet and peaceful. The host was very helpful, and I am very grateful for that. Everything he recommended to me, worked very well.

Natalia ha sido muy amable, nos recibió ella misma y nos explicó todo, además de darnos algunos consejos sobre la ciudad. El apartamento está bien, tiene lo necesario y bien comunicado con el centro en transporte público (los uber son muy baratos). El vino que nos regaló ha sido un detallazo. Tomar en cuenta que es un duplex y el baño está situado en la planta baja (habitaciones arriba) y que hay una escalera de caracol estrecha, no ha sido ningún problema para nosotros, pero podría serlo para personas con movilidad reducida.

Famille de 4 (2 adultes et 2 ados) nous avons passé 4 jours à Lisbonne, très belle ville. Le logement de Emeline est parfait si vous recherchez du calme, pas très éloigné du centre ville. Nous avons beaucoup apprécié la très bonne qualité de la literie (lit king size pour un chambre, 2 lits 90 pour l'autre chambre), la très grande propreté de toute l'appartement, la sobriété du logement. La cuisine est moderne et très bien équipée, un grand frigo et un lave-vaisselle pour ceux qui restent plusieurs jours. La salle de bain est petite, mais propre. Le métro est à environ 5 min à pied pour se rendre en moins de 30 min dans l'hyper centre. . Le quartier n'est pas touristique mais vous pouvez y trouver de petits commerces bien pratiques (asiatiques, indiens, fruits et légumes pas chers). Nous n'avons eu aucun soucis avec les escaliers. Le système d'ouverture pour la 1ère entrée en indépendance nécessite de disposer d'un tél portable avec connexion. Emeline est très réactive , merci !

We had an extremely enjoyable short stay at this lovely apartment. Situated in a nice quiet area it was easy to get to anywhere in Lisbon. Really friendly and helpful host made for a perfect city break! Would definitely recommend to others think of visiting this great city!

Die Wohnung ist genau wie auf den Bildern zu sehen und bietet alles, was man so braucht. Die Lage ist gut und man ist schnell am Wasser und mit einem Uber auch schnell in der Innenstadt. Und doch kann man auch seine Ruhe haben. Die Wohnung ist modern eingerichtet und angenehm. Was man sich bewusst sein sollte, ist das nur bedingt Tageslicht in die Wohnung kommt. Mich hat es nicht gestört, aber ich habe es nicht direkt so auf den Bildern wahrgenommen. Der Kontakt war freundlich und schnell. Das passt so :)

La définition de "super hote" est amplement mérité pour Vitor et sa femme. leur gentillesse, bienveillance et sympathique ont contribué largement à la réussite de notre escapade à Lisbonne. De la réservation au départ, Vitor est a l' écoute, arrangeant et très réactif. Il sera là pour vous accueillir et vous donner toutes les informations et recommandations nécessaires à ce que vous passiez un agréable moment dans son logement et cette très belle ville. Le logement est conforme à la description, très bien équipé et super propre. Victor et sa femme font le maximum pour vous accueillir dans les meilleurs conditions. c est un réel plaisir Il est extrêmement bien situé de tous les quartiers et monuments a visiter, tout se fait à pieds à moins de 10 minutes. ce fut une très belle expérience et nous sommes ravis d avoir fait connaissance avec Vitor et sa femme, ce sont des personnes merveilleuses Vous pouvez réserver les yeux fermés vous ne le regretterez pas ! nous nous reviendrons !

Fantastisch Penthouse!!! wat een luxe en top-voorzieningen!!! Carlos is superhost niet voor niets!!! omgeving is rustig, huurauto voor naar Lissabon vonden wij een pré. geweldig restaurant op loopafstand!!

Miguel was very friendly and flexible with the check in and check out time. The apartment is large with a great view! We had a lovely stay.

Fantastic location in old Sintra! Well equipped kitchen and comfortable beds. We loved people watching from the balcony doors down to the main square. We walked to Peña, Moorish Castle & Quinta de Regaleira. We were there just before Easter (low season) and found parking on road as advised by host. Used the drop off/pick up space nearby for unloading.

what can I say, Amazing host and accommodation!! This is our Lisbon home. We will be back for sure. Better than the photos and description. And yes the 28 tram is nearly at the door. Thankyou Ricardo for your time and your friendship. Oh and the jacuzzi !

Was a nice place warm as it was very cold when I was there. Lots of things around restaurants there’s a bar close by so I can get a little noisy on the weekends. Other than that it was great and Tad was very helpful and accommodating!!!!

What a great location in a very nice, quiet residential area, yet so close to everything. Situated midway between downtown Lisbon and Casçais, this really is the best of both worlds. Great for exercise as the apartment is very close to the beach and coastal walkway, also close to extensive public garden areas and the historic Palácio Marquês De Pombal and associated gardens. Easy access to Lisbon and Casçais by local train (10 mins walk way), or driving via the scenic Avenida Marginal coastal road (almost as fast, and a lot calmer, than via the highway). A great spot from which to explore the Lisbon region.

Alojamiento muy recomendable. Dispone de plaza de estacionamiento privado lo cual es un valor añadido. La ubicación del alojamiento es perfecta, en el corazón del barrio de Alfama. Próximo al apartamento hay panaderías, supermercados y zonas donde poder comer, así como la parada del tranvía 28. El anfitrión muy amable y dispuesto a prestarnos toda la colaboración necesaria para que nuestra estancia resultara agradable. Tenía el alojamiento preparado y nos permitió acceder antes de la hora convenida. El apartamento está bien abastecido (artículos de aseo, lavavajillas....) y completamente equipado. Estancia muy satisfactoria.

Wir hatten einen wirklich tollen Aufenthalt in der Unterkunft von Ana und Jorge. Jorge hat uns freundlich empfangen und alles gezeigt. Wir haben eine kleine und leckere Grundausstattung für die Küche bekommen und haben uns sofort zuhause gefühlt. Ana hat uns immer wieder hilfreiche Tipps gesendet. Für unsere kleine Tochter haben sie alles nötige bereitgestellt. Wenn wir mal wieder in Lissabon sind, dann auf jedenfall hier!
