Duarte Province : locations de vacances avec piscine

This home is perfectly located in the center of Tenares. It's walking distance to a couple of Colmados (grocery stores). It's just a few minutes drive from Compin Club (Pool), Hermanas Mirabal House Museum, Tahini by Chef Javier (very good food), and Gold Club (for those who like the "disco"). When you walk in, you feel like you're in your home right away. The house can accommodate 2 couples with multiple kids or a close group of 6-8. With two bathrooms, one is located in the rear bedroom. In my opinion, more people may be uncomfortable merely for the sleeping arrangements. Other than that, the home is very spacious. All spaces have an air conditioner and ceiling fans, making a perfect escape to Caribbean weather. Would you prefer to be outside? You can always enjoy the pool in the back. If I come back (or when), I will try to stay here again.

This place looks just like the pictures. Very secure, lots of space and works well if you plan to cook. Luis was on top of everything and quick to respond. If you need a comfortable spacious place in Nagua, this is it.

The home is pretty much as advertised and all of the pictures are accurate, it can just use a few upgrades in some spots - but nothing too major. It is a nice place for a family, and the outdoor pool area is nice for entertaining. A couple of details - if you are a light sleeper it can become a bit noisy from everything happening in the busy streets outside, but we did kind of expect this in the campo. And also, it was quite humid when we came in, but I think if you keep the air conditioner on for a little while it would clear it up (we were out for a few hours and did not want to leave them on). We felt very welcomed - Christian was an amazing host, very responsive and always checking in on us. We appreciated his small touches. Honestly, the house does need a few updates but at the end of the day it was Christian's communication and willingness to help us at all times (even on Christmas Eve) that was the most appreciated and that reflects the review.

Great place! Stayed with family for a get together. Great host. Beautiful house friendly people. Has a lot of amenities things to do. Loved it!

Excellent stay. Heck, we did not fully took advantage of the place. Next time? Not going out at all. The place was awesome. The guy who aided us, Jose, was charming. He even took down some coconuts for us, which were delicious. Very comfy living rooms. We travelled as a large family, and the house was very family-friendly.

The house was so beautiful. The pictures really do not do the house justice ! Very well kept, clean, peaceful.

Excelente sitio, cerca de supermercados, resaurantes y plazas comerciales. La atención fue genial, Bryan siempre atento a todas las necesidades y muy dispuesto a resolver lo que se necesitaba. En general muy recomendado el sitio.

This is the only viable AirBnB option in SFM. All the others are subpar or inactive for extensive periods. Verdana has over 20 units in the complex that you can choose from. There is security 24/7. And there is parking. The units aren’t luxurious. But for the price and the location, it’s your best option. All the basic requirements are satisfactory. Will return if ever needed.

Apartment was nice, safe area or location. Host was attentive and very responsive. Overall great experience Will recommend, happy stay.
