Le propriétaire ainsi que son équipe sont très à l’écoute de vos besoins. Il n’hésite pas à vous faciliter la vie si vous avez besoin de taxi, tuk tuk ou autre. J’ai passé un excellent séjour ici. Je recommande fortement 😉 Pour ce qui est de la chambre, tout est impeccable, et dans un endroit très calme et en même temps pas loin du centre ville.

Nice basic accommodation with everything you may need for a short stay. Convenient location near a major attraction and big road to city center. Better than many other options in this price range

Seyha is a super host. He communicated with me very well prior to our arrival. Some of us had an early flight and made the request for an early check-in which was granted. We had booked 3 bungalows, and we were very happy with the accommodation. Seyha provided all the information that we needed for Siem Reap and was very responsive to all our questions. During check out, 2 families had late flights and again, Seyha let us stay until we needed to leave for the airport. Bungalows were perfect for a family, they were well equipped with pots, pans, crockery etc. I liked the extras like corkscrew, ladle and a basic set of seasoning, oil etc. Bed linen and towels were clean and nicely presented. Having a washing machine and place to dry clothes was very helpful with the kids in and out of the pool all the time. It was a shame to be woken early each day by loud kids in the pool that did not seem to be staying. The rules say no loud music, parties or visitors but we had 2 nights were some guests invited friends over and had a really loud party. We had to make many requests for them to turn it down; it was new years eve so probably this is what happens during this time. Great place to stay - the only thing I would ask is a common shaded area with furniture where people traveling together could meet and be together - for board games for example. The space above the coffee shop(Berm Berm) looked perfect for this, but it did not have furniture (yet). We felt quite happy and enjoyed this space very much. We would highly recommend it for people travelling with children. It is a very family-friendly place. We will come back and stay here again and again when we come to Siem Reap. Un peu désuet comme hôtel concernant la salle d eau et la piscine , mais très largement compensé par un accueil absolument remarquable de l ensemble du personnel , adressé à retenir sans aucune restriction. Si je retourne à SIEM REAP je retourne à cette adresse

We had a very comfortable stay at Angkor Heart Bungalow. The rooms were spacious and very clean. The pool was a perfect temperature to cool off after sightseeing. Everything we ate at the hotel was delicious, especially the Cambodian breakfast. But most of all, as everyone has said before us, we were impressed by the incredible hospitality of the staff. Nana and his team took great care of us throughout our stay, consistently showing kindness and generousity. We highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for quiet accommodation away from the busyness of town.

It is a really beautiful house way better than our expectation. It’s a high end Khmer style wood house sitting in a huge garden. The house is high ceiling, more than 5 meters, and with huge family room, about 200 square meters, in the center of the room . This cool and spacious family room makes us just want to stay in the room and relax. Four bedrooms are spacious too, with four full bathrooms. There is a big swimming pool with a nice pavilion aside. Makes it a beautiful recreation area. The hostess Angela and her husband are so warm hearted. They are very responsive. Overall, this house is much better than you see from the pictures. I guess it could be one of the best rental houses you can get!

Eine der besten Unterkünften, die wir bisher über Airbnb hatten. Sabine und Natalie haben sich ein wunderschönes Zuhause in Siem Reap geschaffen. Wir blieben fast 2 Wochen und konnten durch viele Gespräche mit den Beiden einen tollen und authentischen Einblick in das Leben vor Ort erhalten. Außerdem hat Sabine uns tolle Kontakte vermittelt, z.B. eine sehr witzige TukTuk-Fahrerin mit der wir unsere Angkor Tour geplant haben. Wenn man doch noch Tiere liebt, fühlt man sich in dieser Unterkunft wie Zuhause!
