Perfect place for a family visit. Spacious living room with an open floor plan to the kitchen. Perfect for pool parties and watching the game. A quiet neighborhood that is so peaceful. And bradley the host is super responsive!

what's more could we have asked for? the location was great, only minutes from a grocery store, and the palace station, which was a great place to get our feet wet gambling. The strip was only minutes away as well. We also did some tourist stuff and found the location convenient for that too. The layout of the house gave us all privacy when needed but offered great gathering spaces. the pool table was level, the hot tub was hot and the heated pool was my favorite part. When I come back to Vegas with a group, this will be the spot I hope to get.

내 집 같이 편안하게 지낼 수 있어서 아주 만족 할 수 있었습니다. 무엇보다 깨긋한 주방은 요리하는 사람들을 즐겁게 했네요. 수영장도 너무 보기 좋았지만 날씨때문에 이용하지 못한게 너무너무 아쉽더군요. 다음에 베가스를 온다면 다시 한 번 빌리고 싶을 정도입니다.

Carlos place was wonderful. We felt at home. Carlos always responded to my questions and concerns. Would totally recommend his place.

Randy was super helpful answered all our inquiries right away and the home was perfect, all the amenities we wanted. Very clean. We were in town for work and having a clean home to return to each day was so nice in such a busy city.

Good location as a base yo run the Black Canyon 100k. Beds were comfortable, kitchen well stocked, bathrooms clean.

We really loved staying here. Nicollete was very easy to communicate with and helped us with anything we needed. We have never had a host so willing to help us with our stay. The house was perfect for us and the pool and hot tub were awesome. Will for sure stay here again.

Our family enjoyed our stay at Chelsea’s place- it looked exactly like the pictures. Conveniently next to a few supermarkets so that was helpful. Chelsea was very responsive. Thank you so much!

Very clean and safe environment. My friends and I enjoyed our stay. We did a lot of cooking in the house so it was great the Airbnb had all the items we needed!

Family surprised our dad for an 80th birthday party. Perfect house for many guests and was equipped with fun things to play. Leslie was very accommodating and helpful.

Due to travel baseball and numerous vacations, we stay in a lot of short term rentals. Rarely is the home as nice as the photos. This home was so much better! It had a beautiful open family room with a sitting area to watch TV with a large dining table and counter seating and it was all open to a large kitchen. It also had a separate casita studio apartment included and both walked out to a great swimming pool and hot tub. They stocked extra towels and I know it sounds ridiculous but most properties stock the cheapest one ply toilet paper, but this property had nice, soft 3-ply. This is indicative of how they care about their tenants. We will look to stay in this property every time we come to Vegas. It was amazing!!

Lovely home will definitely stay again.! It close to the boating dock makes it easy & quick to haul our boat there! They also provided beach towels.

Great house with so much space! We didn’t realize how many beds there were. We are close to everything walking distance and driving to the strip was very close too. Host was super nice and accommodating, thank you!

Absolutely spotless house! Perfect location next to trails and a beautiful look out! Felt safe, cute backyard space to hang out the master bedroom was decorated so beautifully! They were great hosts and responsive.

Beautiful small two bedroom house, perfect for a short-term stay. Hosts thought of virtually everything and are extremely responsive and accommodating; we wanted for nothing. Especially liked relaxing on the patio by the pool even though the weather was a little too cool to use it. We're hoping to stay there again on a future trip!

Good location just off the strip. 7-11 a 60 second walk from the house. Easy to get to and from the highway to get anywhere

I had a wonderful time staying at MJ’s place. They were very accommodating to our needs. They were responsive. It was very clean, and there were a lot of personal touches that went a long way - you could tell they cared about their guests. If I am ever in the area again, I will be choosing their place. A great stay!!

Joan’s place was cheery, comfortable, and clean, exactly like what was shown in the pictures. There were plenty of towels, cups, kitchenware, and everything we needed for our stay. The instructions for check-in and check-out were very clear and straightforward. We didn’t need to get in touch with Joan at all during our stay. The house was very spacious and I would highly recommend staying here for couples and families alike.

SUZANNES PLACE WAS JUST GREAT. Clean, spacious well stocked with Towels and bathroom supplies. Shampoo, conditioners body wash etc. Suzanne-has Everything needed to just Get out and enjoy Lake Havasu City!
