The lower level private entrance apartment was very nice with all new furnishings, comfortable bed and sofa, smart TV, plenty of books and games. The kitchen was well appointed with high end small appliances ( microwave oven, toaster oven, single pan cooktop, Ninja coffee maker and an under the counter with complimentary goodies ( sweet muffins English Muffins, butter, cream cheese, Starbucks ground coffee and orange juice) and some small bag snacks (popcorn and chips). The bathroom was very nice with plenty of towels and complimentary shampoo and conditioner. Judy was a very gracious and friendly host with quick responses to any questions or sought after recommendations. She gave us 4 wineries to try and we loved all 4 of them. You can’t go wrong with this Airbnb.

The place was charming, well stocked and very comfortable. The communication was great and we would definitely rent again.

Had an amazing stay at this property! The house was spotless and so well-maintained. The owners were incredibly accommodating, making sure we had everything we needed for a comfortable stay. The pool area looks fantastic, and though it wasn’t open during our visit, we’re already looking forward to coming back when it is. Highly recommend this place for anyone looking for a relaxing getaway! 5 stars all around!

We had a wonderful stay with our family! The property was beautiful and very private. The house was large and for the most part had everything we needed with the exception of towels. We traveled with 8 adults and 3 kids and there was not enough bathroom towels, and absolutely no kitchen towels to do dishes. The house was also very cold in the bedrooms and the thermostats were all locked so there was no way to adjust. They said they were set at 69-70 but it was more of 66 in the house at all times according to baby monitors. The washer also smelt really had of mold. However, despite these we had a great stay.

It is helpful if you know a little bit about the location. There are no stores or distractions of any kind, just Mother Nature. If you are blessed to come during the Fall season, you will be regaled with an abundance of multi-colored leaves falling gently from the sky. Go for a walk around the lake, or if you’re feeling ambitious, walk to the Appalachian trail from her house! Penny is a gracious hostess, the house is open for you to share, and you have a lot of privacy, as your room is on the far right hand side of the house. We saw her on average of ten minutes per day. Bathroom was impecable, and you have your own coffee maker/mini fridge/closet area. Bed very comfortable.

Our family stayed here for 5 weeks. The hosts were very accommodating. You can't beat the mountain views. Peaceful spot for hiking, campfires, and relaxing. The kitchen was well stocked with dishes and pans for cooking. We had everything we needed during our stay and truly enjoyed our time together at Ravens Rock. Thanks for hosting us!

Every bit of attention to detail has been paid. The farm is breathtakingly beautiful, calm, and so easy to get to! We went to a local vineyard and ventured into Frederick— all lively drives and less than 20 minute drive. All dishes, cookware, and necessities were amply available. The beds were comfortable, the sheets felt amazing, the towels were soft and the fire pit was an absolute delight. Thank you for such an amazing trip!

Amazing house, gorgeous, comfortable, amenities and commodities way above description. The surroundings are peaceful and quiet. We had a wonderful time with the family; all from 8 to 80 enjoyed every day to the max. On top, absolutely wonderful-top-of-shelf hostess. Don’t think twice, just go!

Fantastic, classy property on a beautiful piece of land overlooking rolling hills and mountain views. Plenty of space for everyone to feel comfortable, have fun, have their own privacy when needed, and plenty of space to gather. Incredible well-appointed kitchen with high-end cooking appliances and amenities. Leena and Michele were hyper responsive, friendly, and had the house in perfect shape for our arrival. A great property to rent for family or friends, and close to plenty of activities in Stephens City and Winchester.
