Cancún : locations de vacances dans un complexe hôtelier

We (2 female friends in their 60's) truly enjoyed our stay at The Diving Lounge. It was pleasurable in so many ways; beautiful location, with wonderful walkability, and super friendly staff. We had the sense of being part of the community from the start. Cabina #1 was spacious, clean, and comfortable with everything we needed for an exceptional stay. Host Briana was responsive to any inquiry and the staff on site were available to assist promptly as well. We loved being so close to the ocean, on the sand a few steps from our door, as well as the food and beverage options delivered by friendly, capable staff. We talked frequently of coming back again as soon as we could and plan to do so. The Diving Lounge in Puerto Morelos is truly a magical spot.

We had a Wonderful family trip at the Diving Lodge! It is right on a beautiful beach with umbrellas and beach chairs. The rooms were clean and the beds were actually soft and comfortable (major plus). We had children with us and they even had some beach toys for us!! It is walking distance to places to eat or a short drive. We would definitely book again if we are in the same area.

Posto corrispondente alle foto, facile da raggiungere ed accedere, meglio noleggiare un auto perché le distanze che sulla mappa sembrano minime in realtà sono importanti, ed i taxi si approfittano sempre dei turisti. Comunque ottima posizione nella zona hotelera, a 5 min di auto dai più moderni centri commerciali e 15 minuti dall Aereoporto di Cancun

We only stayed one night but wish we could have stayed longer! The location was absolutely perfect and our host was always quick to respond. We will definitely be back!

Briana es una excelente host, siempre nos apoyó en lo que necesitábamos y fue muy atenta. Ubicación inigualable, tranquilidad por las noches para descansar e ideal para ver el amanecer con una taza de café frente al mar!! Sin duda regresaremos pronto

Bogue is a fantastic host, easy to communicate with and very responsive. Made the booking process very easy. The hotel was nice, room was spacious and with a great view of the ocean and the pool. The nights get pretty loud with entertainment so I would suggest to anyone wanting to stay at sunset royal to stay on the higher floors. We were located on the 5th and could still hear music and activities from the lobby. For an all inclusive you kind of get what you pay for just don’t expect the best quality for the food. Breakfast was nice waffles pancakes etc all you can eat buffets. Lunch and dinner… ehh. Food gets very repetitive and if you stay only in the hotel you will get sick of it very quickly. The staff on the other hand are amazing always at your service and always trying to accommodate bringing drinks etc. I would recommend tipping anywhere from 1-3 dollars they will remember you !! All in all we had a great stay with minor ups and down nothing is every perfect but its expected. Would definitely stay here again and would most definitely use Bogue in the future for reservations. PS: watch out for the fees, resort has a mandatory sanitation fee at the end cost about $40 in total for 3 people.
