Great place. It was very clean and looked exactly like the photos. The caretaker, Kailash, was also very polite and helpful. The only downside is that it’s in a gated society and the neighbours complain about the smallest of noise. There was a complaint about people talking laughing in the swimming pool even though it was during daytime, not that loud and there was no music or anything of the sort. The place itself, however, is great and well worth it. Maybe if you’re going with a smaller group (we were 9 people), you won’t have issues with noise complaints either.

It was the perfect get away that we had in mind. The view from this stay was absolutely beautiful and the fact that this was situated on the river bank was simply amazing. The property has beautiful lawn area and has compound wall for privacy. Over all we loved the stay. If you are looking to relax in the slow pace of south goa, then this property is for you especially if you are traveling with family. Our stay at the villa was fantastic! The location was excellent, with general stores nearby for convenience, yet the surroundings were peaceful and perfect for a relaxing getaway. The accommodation was comfortable, with clean and well-maintained rooms and washrooms. A special mention to the caretaker, who was extremely welcoming and provided us with great service throughout our stay. Overall, a wonderful experience, and we would highly recommend it to others!

We will definitely go back and that’s a testament to the way this stay was for us. Absolutely matches the description as shown in the pics. Extremely well organised and has everything needed for a comfortable stay. We traveled with aging parents, toddlers, and it was convenient for everyone. They do daily cleaning and make the beds which was just like a hotel stay. And beaches like Betalbatim and Sernabatim are only 10 mins drive. Convenience store is 2 mins away. Highly recommended. Only improvement suggested was if the bedsheets and covers could be cotton. But this is not a deterrent not to try this great stay!

Great location for family or 2/3 couples- good size rooms each with en-suite. Pool is clean & complex is small, clean & safe. 2 mins walk into main shopping street with Restaurants. ATM outside gate & great restaurant opposite, although all we tried in town are fantastic. £1.50 tuktuk to beautiful beach or 20mins easy walk. Definitely recommend

Colva beach is walkable from this property. The host is extremely responsive and helped us with our requests. The house is clean. I'd definitely recommend this property if you're looking for a calm area with easy access to the beach.

The location, the property, the host, the apartment itself - I highly recommend it all. Longer Review: The Unit is: - Ideal for solo travellers, couples, or 2 friends. - Clean, homely and had everything I needed. - Close to Majorda and Utorda beach, a cool museum/coffee shop and a several great restaurants. - In a larger beautiful property owned by Astrid and her fam that's well maintained and really green (they live separately in the adjacent house). The place is quiet, private and idyllic. Astrid and her mum Melba are wonderful hosts - the perfect mix of "respectful of your privacy" and "super warm/helpful/doing everything to make sure you have a great stay". I interacted more with Melba and she is a truly gem of a human being. Super friendly and positive and welcoming. (She fed me a bunch of delicious local goan dishes!)

Great place to stay. Had 2BHK with clean rooms. AC in both rooms. Kitchen utility available, Clean bathroom. Near by Carmona beach to hang out. Also grocery store, restaurant are near by the residence. Parking available for bike and car. The host is very friendly and responsive. Overall a great ambiance place to stay in South goa.

I had an amazing stay in this cozy and well-equipped apartment! The place felt like a home away from home, with everything I needed for a comfortable and relaxing stay. The apartment consists of a spacious living room, a cozy bedroom, and a fully functional kitchen—perfect for those who love the convenience of home-cooked meals. Pratik is super host and his parents are very cool and responsive. One of the best parts of staying here was the convenience. There’s a general store right below the apartment, making it super easy to grab any essentials without going far. Whether it was snacks, toiletries, or last-minute groceries, everything was just a few steps away! The location is another highlight. It’s close to the beach, which means I could enjoy beautiful morning walks by the shore and stunning sunsets in the evening. Plus, there are plenty of hotels and restaurants nearby, offering a variety of delicious food.

The host was very responsive and the place met my expectations. Very close to airport. Not recommended if you pla to visit south Goa from there as it is 1.5 hours ride with your own vehicle

Taber's place was lovely! It was clean, felt safe, there were no check in, check out hassles. Taber provided all the amenities mentioned in the description; the kitchen was well equipped, there were sufficient towels and blankets provided, the bathrooms were extremely clean, the hall had a lovely collection of books etc. The best part was the little balcony area from where we could see the river which is just perfect to wake up to. Me and my friends felt very much at home and we even extended our stay. Would definitely love to stay here again!

After we booked the stay, our host Shweta answered a lot of questions that we had in mind because we had a kid with us and wanted to ensure everything is as per our need. The flat is located right next to Birla Mandir. It is in one of the gated societies where you get your dedicated car parking. The flat was very spacious and have all the amenities needed. We cooked our own breakfast and tea and prepared meals for the little kid with us. We had our own car so going from the flat to nearby places was easy. All in all it was a lovely experience staying in Zuari Rain Forest Stay.

We had an amazing stay at Omar's place. He has been very helpful and responsive. We stayed for whole one week and it felt like home. Looking forward to visit his home again. Thank you Omar for hosting us.

We have visited Goa and chose to stay in this apartment. I must say a very good decision. The apartment was clean and equipped with every necessary item. The caretaker was very polite, we had a pleasant stay it is ideal for family, friends, couple everyone. I didn't expect this at all but we had a really comfortable and pleasant stay. Right from kitchen to laundry everything was available. Just one concern we had in the master bedroom's washroom there was slight open space from which the bugs and honeybees used to come in the washroom, which made it difficult for us to use that washroom. So please fix that. Rest it was all good.

We had an excellent stay, and the host was very responsive and proactive. Our caretaker was incredibly helpful, assisting us in finding nearby attractions and great food. If you’re visiting South Goa, I highly recommend checking in here for easy access to all the main spots. The place is peaceful and calm. Thanks a ton!

This is the perfect homestay you have been looking for and I say this after enjoying 2 perfect days at this place! Mr. Purnanand and the Staff has beautifully taken care of the place. So many beautiful plants all around the compound, waking up to the beautiful view of coconut trees from the balcony is just blissful ! Each an every tiny little thing is already taken care of, toothbrushes to microwave safe vessels.. I mean wow ! The lamps, good beddings, management has taken a lot of care in making your stay comfortable! even though we didn't get time to eat home cooked food, Mr Purnanand helped us to order delicious food from a very nice restaurant from the locality. You can take a walk around the place or enjoy the greenery all around. Interior of the space is just far more beautiful and calm than the pictures. This place has very good and helpful staff. I would always look forward to stay at this same place !Highly Recommending this Place. Thankyou.

We had a wonderful stay at this cozy Airbnb, conveniently located near the airport—perfect for our one-night stopover. Alok's place was beautiful! It is in a quiet neighborhood but still well connected. The beach is less than 10 mins away. The place was stocked with everything we might need, and the caretaker was extremely helpful.

The place felt the perfect house to live in Goa with your family or friends and our experience was nothing short of amazing, comfortable, fun, peaceful and beautiful! Sid was super helpful, very responsive and definitely a SUPER HOST! Our stay made our trip even more memorable. Lastly, it’s a place I would want to go back to and if you’re in Goa, I would recommend staying here because it’s so comfortable and aesthetically pleasing and beautiful! Bonus points for it being in a Resort so full time CCTV surveillance and guards at all times makes it feel safer and secure.

Been there in Dr Ransley's flat for 2 days. the stay was good and comfortable. host is very good nature guy and always helpful. would like to recommend this place if you want a good stay in Colva near the beach. the flat is sufficient for 4 people as it have one extra bedding+ sofa cum bed along with one bedroom having queen size bed.

Cheryl's house is conveniently located. Condominium with closed guarded territory. Spacious free parking, there are always free spaces. The apartment is spacious enough for two people, a large refrigerator, a washing machine, a microwave oven, a water filter, air conditioners in the living room and bedroom. There is a small balcony. The apartment is well equipped. Good high-speed Internet, and with rare power outages in the condominium, it continues to work from an autonomous source of electricity. Plus - not the sunny side, not hot and comfortable. The beach is a 5-7 minute walk. Overall, a good location and we are happy to recommend Cheryl's house for a comfortable stay in Colva
