Estuvimos una semanita en el apartamento de Mamen, el cual es precioso. Tiene todo lo que necesitas y estaba muy limpio. Cerca de todo, la playa y el paseo marítimo a 5 minutos. en general hemos estado muy agusto. y que decir de Mamen, una anfitriona muy atenta y majísima. si volvemos a Altea, lo volveremos a elegir.

Cuida mucho los detalles, esta pendiente del viajero. Es muy completo y bien equipado. Aire acondicionado, wifi y television que funcionan muy bien. Y parking privado. Excelente trato propietarios.

Excelente lugar para desconectar y sentirse como en casa. Preciosa Urbanización con jardines y piscina muy bien cuidados. Zona muy tranquila para descansar y recargar pilas. La limpieza impecable y la amabilidad de Tiffanny para resolver las dudas fabulosa. En resumen, excelente elección. Volvería sin dudarlo. Muchas gracias por todo.

Michel and Leonie are real superhosts. They looked after us really well from the beginning after booking and were always available to answer any questions we had. The apartment is in a perfect, quiet location and has everything you need to spend enjoyable days by the sea. We definitely recommend booking.

What an amazing place. The photos looked good but the reality is so much better. With some lovely little touches that really made me feel at home and more. Astrid couldn't have been more helpful. Even down to the last day when I was ill and Astrid offered a place for me to stay if I couldn't travel - fortunately, I could travel but it was reassuring to know that there was an option if needed. Amazing and I can't recommend highly enough.

Wir hatten einen tollen Aufenthalt in Luis Apartment. Die Wohnung ist modern und sehr gut ausgestattet. Die Aufteilung war sehr gut für 4 Erwachsene und ein Baby (Baby Bett wird gestellt). Zentrale Heizung was im Winter sehr wichtig ist. Tolle Terrassen, großer Garten mit Pool und ein Aussenspielplatz für unser Kleinkind. Luis und Olga sind sehr hilfsbereit und schnell bei allen Fragen. Vielen Dank für alles, wir kommen gerne wieder!

Wonderful combination of being so close to the centre of Xabia/Javea - just a few steps away from one of a number of charming squares - while having a delightful small swimming pool for enjoyment on hot days. We loved the outdoor terraces along with the pizza oven while being able to wander in to town at any point as well. We used local buses but for drivers there is a useful garage. Five good bedrooms spread around the house which has been converted and improved with love and care. Check-in and check-out was through representatives of a local property company who were efficient and friendly.

Laura and Robs place was incredible. We had the best 2 weeks in their lovely home. We stay in spain alot and their home and the area was just absolutely stunning. So much to do for the little ones which just made our stay. We will certainly be booking again. Thankyou so much.

We hebben een heerlijke gezinsvakantie gehad. Prachtig huis met mooie details in de inrichting. Keuken heel compleet qua apparatuur en servies. Fantastisch zwembad met een geweldig uitzicht. ‘s avonds met de verlichting echt een plaatje! Communicatie met Wim verloopt soepel en je voelt je meteen welkom. Genoten van de mooie omgeving, de baaitjes, en restaurants. (Ook daar krijg je tips voor van Wim) Wij komen zeker terug! Dit huis is echt een aanrader!

Tolles Haus in Strandnähe. Erika war sehr hilfsbereit und zuvorkommend. Das Haus überzeugt durch die Lage, das Design, mehrere tolle Terrassen und den Komfort. Gerne wieder!

Great spot in Benissa close to restaurants (just a few) and the grocery store is walkable. Beach is super close as well! Definitely more quiet of an area not a ton todo but close drive to Altea and the downtown area of Benissa

Maravillosa estancia en Oliva Nova.Una casa recién reformada, preciosa y muy cómoda, con aire acondicionado por conductos en todas las estancias. La zona exterior estupenda con un porche , jardín y piscina los cuales los hemos disfrutado a tope. Muy cerca de la playa y de un carrefour exprés.Zona muy tranquila con poco ambiente pero a nosotros no nos ha importado. Lo peor , la cantidad de mosquitos que hay por la zona, pero a base de repelente lo hemos sobrellevarlo bien. . Los anfitriones siempre atentos y amables. En resumen un alojamiento súper recomendable, para repetir 👌

Nuestra estancia en Javea ha sido increíble, principalmente gracias a Inma, desde el primer momento nos recomendó lugares para visitar, como llegar a ellos y los mejores trucos sobre la zona. Una anfitriona espectacular. El apartamento es tal cual las fotografías que comparte y tiene todos los servicios que describe. Sin duda si tenemos la oportunidad de volver la elegiremos de nuevo. La limpieza 10/10.

Apartamento muy limpio y confortable. Camas y almohadas comodísimas y de calidad. Descanso asegurado. Zona tranquila pero todo muy a mano, además de la cercanía a la playa. Lavandería y súper muy grande en el mismo edificio. Gran detalle las cápsulas de nespresso y amenities del baño. La verdad que la decoración y calidad en directo supera lo visto en fotos. Si vuelvo a Benidorm lo volveré a elegir como alojamiento sin ninguna duda.

Ładne mieszkanie w dobrej lokalizacji. Piękny widok z balkonu. Mieszkanie ma wszystko co potrzebne. Bezproblemowa komunikacja z właścicielami. Polecam!

I highly recommend this place, it was clean spacious and had great views. The pool area is very nice and big.

We stayed in Victor’s apartment during 15 days and it was amazing. The apartment was exactly like the photos, it has e everything to spend a nice days relaxing , the area was quite calm, the building is very organized and clean and it’s close to the restaurants, bars, supermarket and the beach. Victor is a great host, always prompt to help, solve issues and provides the feedback very quickly. I recommend Victor and the apartment to all that would like to spend their holidays near the sea and relaxing.

Le logement d'Eva et Ruben est somptueux. la terrasse est très bien avec une vue incroyable et le jacuzzi qui est vraiment un plus. il est de plus très bien situé proche de Calp,Benidorm, Alicante. il ne manque rien on a juste à poser les valises et profiter. Nous avons passé un excellent séjour malgré la Dana sur la fin du séjour. Ruben et Eva on été confronté au phénomène est nous sommes de tout cœur avec eux. Merci à eux et bon courage.
