Cala Moresca : locations de vacances

Consiglio vivamente Podere Sasso Antico , una bella colonica ristrutturata con buon gusto ( non il solito " arredo rustico") Il piacere di stare in cima al monte , con ampie vedute, un panorama mozzafiato, silenzio e notti stellate e godersi di giorno il mare, Baratti e dintorni, che sono raggiungibili in pochissimo tempo. Susanna è una padrona di casa accogliente e premurosa , vi darà tantissime informazioni , e Peppe ( il loro cane) è adorabile. La strada sterrata si inerpica nel bosco ma Susanna mette a disposizione il suo fuoristrada ( se non si ha una macchina adeguata) e questa diventa una divertente esperienza. Ci tornerò sicuramente!!! Staying at David's place was wonderful. When we arrived, David and his wife Mika gave us a warm welcome and showed us around. The following days we really enjoyed living in their house Tre Mari, it was cozy, very clean, the kitchen was very well equipped and the bed super comfy. The view was breathtaking. Finding the way to David's place was easy, because he described it really well for us. Be sure to rent a small car, because the roads can be tricky, but we can guarantee it is worth it! We also enjoyed the company of David's 2 cats that live outside while we stayed at Tre Mari, they were cute and cuddly. If you don't like cats in the house, don't worry, they stay outside anyways. Monte Argentario and the whole area is very well suited for daily hikes and breathtaking views, and there are many really nice bays for swimming. All in all we can very much recommend this place, it was a great vacation and lovely to meet David and Mika.

The house was very clean and the neighborhood was safe. Very close to the Conad supermarket and it has a large kitchen with all the cookware and space to make a good meal. We were happy to have the ice maker built-in the fridge for our drinks. We also liked the smart TV where we could watch shows in English since we are tourists and don’t understand Italian. Proximity to the beaches was good. We thought this house had an ocean view, and even though it doesn’t, the beaches are close by and absolutely stunning. I think this part of Italy is a hidden gem.

Wonderful stay! So peaceful with incredible views, I slept better than I have done in years and we were so grateful for Luigi restaurant and sightseeing recommendations. The beach at the national park was amazing and we loved the thermal baths- remember to take off silver jewellery though! Location fantastic and we would love to return one day. A very big thank you!

Appartamento moderno, funzionale, con una bella terrazza. Si trova in un quartiere tranquillo, dal quale si raggiunge facilmente il mare a piedi (5’). Si può arrivare a Santo Stefano camminando 20 minuti a piedi su una strada ombreggiata e pedonale. Casetta consigliatissima se siete a la ricerca di una vacanza tranquilla con un mare cristallino.

Vi havde et rigtigt godt ophold i Monica’s hus. Huset havde hvad vi havde brug for. Monica svarede hurtigt på vores henvendelser. Huset er godt placeret med kort afstand til byens plads med et godt udbud af mad,drikke og hygge. Det er godt med “gode ben”, både i Monica’s hus og i Cetona. Vores varmeste anbefaling.

Die Wohnung war einfach fantastisch! Die riesige Dachterrasse mit dem atemberaubenden Blick über das Wasser und Monte Argentario war unser absoluter Lieblingsplatz. Besonders die Outdoor-Küche, in der wir gerne gekocht haben – super ausgestattet und perfekt, um den Tag entspannt ausklingen zu lassen. Antonio war unglaublich freundlich und hilfsbereit, immer zur Stelle, wenn wir Fragen hatten, sehr nette Unterhaltungen. Man hat sich sofort wohlgefühlt. Alles war sehr gepflegt und sauber. Wir hatten eine großartige Zeit und kommen definitiv wieder. Zuletzt: Auto konnte man super unterstellen (kleine Garage in der Nähe der Wohnung). Absolutes must-have für Monte Argentario, Parkplatzsuche gestaltet sich hier sonst schwierig.

We stayed at Mel's Casa Luca in March 2025 for over a week. Tucked away yet near medieval Campagnatico, it’s 5 minutes from the E78 to Grosseto/Siena, 15-20 minutes to Grosseto, and 30 minutes to the sea. Casa Luca, one of three stone farmhouses on what is essentially an olive farm, offers resort-like amenities which are shared with the guests of the other 2 houses: a trampoline, large pool, and ample walking space. Casa Luca is a single-storey house with two bedrooms with plenty of storage, comfy beds, an open-plan kitchen/dining/living area with Netflix, a big bathroom, and a well-equipped kitchen. Outside, there’s a private garden, terrace, BBQ. There is also a shared bakehouse with a pizza oven and huge dining table. We loved it and highly recommend it!
