We stayed in the penthouse apartment for one night. It was not only spotless but it was stunning. The terrace has a view to remember. We could see all over Brighton including the Pier and beach. Check in was very easy and the person on reception was lovely and very helpful. I think great value for money. I will definitely be back.

We had pleasant times in Brighton. Perfect for traveling with little kids, great location and services, clean and cozy environment, highly recommended.

I really loved the appartment we booked. All very modern, clean, nice kitchen, all amenities you need. Really enjoyed the stay and it definitely worth the money. People here in comments were complaining about the deposit, this is working like a hotel, so you just need to know in advance, that they will take deposit- 100£ was for me, I saw for bigger appartments can be 250£. But I didn’t see a problem with that at all. Very good location as well. Plenty of things to do.

Super clean, very easy check-in, centrally located. And real milk in the fridge!

Although we couldn’t stay at SoBo House due to a last-minute flight diversion, the host was incredibly understanding and supportive throughout

Lovely place, lovely hosts! The studio is small but so well optimised that you have everything you need without it feeling cramped. Good location, a few minutes from the beach. The hosts were responsive, friedly and overall lovely! Great place, would visit again

Great location for restaurants and the sea. Close to a bus route into Brighton and also within walking distance of the railway station. The apartment was good within a kitchenette, table and sofa (although the shower was tiny!) Super guest area with a brilliant kitchen and bathroom to be user by people in the apartments.

Thank you for the wonderful stay. The serviced apartment was exactly what I needed working away from home. Everything was as detailed in descriptions. I was dubious about noise levels but actually it was super insulated and quiet. Only down side is the shower is designed for slim people with minimal shoulder span.

The apartment was clean and well thought out. The pull out double bed meant that we had plenty of room in the daytime. Ramona was very accommodating and we were able to access our room early, after a very long journey, which was most appreciated. The apartment is just a stones throw from the seafront but the street was quiet at night. Great place and fully recommend.

Cute and cosy little place in a lovely part of Hove. This was my second visit as the first was comfortable and good value for money. Would stay again and would recommend.

Great place, better value than most hotels with the same standards

I stayed at sobo for 2 nights, and felt so relaxed and home. I felt looked after, as each time I messaged i was answered quickly and warmly by Ramona and James. I love the clever way so many different features are stored and tucked away, and i had all i needed to be comfortable. I had a great TV with cable, and there was tea, coffee and various snacks, cereal too. Milk also very welcome. I would definitely stay there again
