Great location, 5 minute walk to downtown with its many shops and great restaurants. Private backporch is up in the trees. It's approx 10 minutes to ski at Sugar and Beech Mountain. Five minute walk to Lees-McRae College. Dogs & cats allowed, maximum limit of 2, under 40lbs. Must be clean, nails trimmed, no fleas, well behaved & not bark excessively. $25.00 per pet per day fee.

Stunning Spiritual Sanctuary (recently renovated)

This is a 1,100 square foot, 1-bedroom, 1-bath condo with an upstairs loft, 40-foot ceilings, contemporary furniture, nice touches, and a view that has to be seen to be believed. PLR Well behaved dogs are welcome. No large/barking breeds. Two dogs max. Internet is strong, cell phone is not. Unloading can be a challenge, not great place for elderly or children, a lot of stairs. Some of windows don't close fully. Please prepare for your arrival and read this closely.

Quite possibly the best place to stay in town. This fully remodeled condo is walking distance from downtown shops, restaurants, and bars. Covered parking area provided. Clean, quiet, and modern including all the amenities of home with none of the fuss. Once you arrive it will be hard to decide; should I stay or should I go? Stay in the comfort of this private little oasis, or go out into the quaint and inviting downtown Morganton? You decide. We'll take care of the rest.

Sugar Ski and Country Club - Sweet Suite

Newly renovated condo at Sugar Ski and Country Club, the only ski in/ski out complex on the mountain! Check the slope reports and live cams on Sugar Mountain Resort website. 4 wheel drive may be needed in inclement weather. Elevation is 4900 feet for long range views that can be enjoyed from inside the condo. A set of Dimplex electric fire logs means you can simply turn on a cozy fire as soon as you arrive. NO PETS!

This condo is located less than a quarter mile from the Beech Mountain resort for skiing/snowboarding in the winter and mountain biking in the summer.
